Clean Rooms Clean Bed and Bathroom. Special mention for hygiene which is very well taken care of. Loved the overall stay in this property. Foods and beverages were great. Will visit again

This hotel is at a nice location where easily any cab or transport facility is available and it is also not very far from the station. Moreover, this hotel has good rooms to stay. The staff behaviour is good and friendly, food is also very awesome. Really liked the hotel.

Dirty Dirty Dirty I was on a week pilgrimage Trip, i stayed in several hotels, but this was awful First the guy on reception had false commitment on phone that they have parking, it was on road After reaching there at night after a long drive from banaras I wasn’t able to check more hotels so adjusted We were 3 persons i asked about extra mattress if available and yes they said they have full size mattress But at night they provided 2 inch plastic mattress Then coming to the bathroom it was below average And water was comping back to room instead of going towards drainage And when we took shower in morning it was boiling water in taps and showers and even in toilet jet spray No cold water option available Overall I won’t recommend this hotel Staff wasn’t professional Guard was yelling but I didn’t give a fk One star is like 10 star for them i wish I could give negative ratings One more thing when i called the restaurant instead of taking order they said a guy is coming to room for order and no guys has come till date I ordered food from swiggy Yeah they allowed that

Room was dirty. bathroom wasn’t clean and you have to swim if you want to use bathroom, drainage system was was chocked . Floor was beyond filthy. Mattress was dirty and sagged, room service was pathetic, i called so many times but no one came. They don’t have any car parking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel To anyone .

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff was terrible....i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and bedsheets was dirty ...bathroom was chocked and water was coming in room... And when we took shower in morning it was boiling water in taps and showers and even in toilet jet spray No cold water option available it is a mess in the middle of a messy location...they committed they have car parking but when I reached there there was no parking place and you have to park your car on road side on yourself own risk... only reason to book was i was tired after a long drive from Varanasi otherwise i wouldn’t ever book this hotel at all...zero start …. The Hotel/ Property staff is Excellent and upper management is also very good as a whole in terms of comfortability and respect to be given to their guests. As far as Security, cleanliness and hygiene is concerned, the management headed by Mr. Sushil Tiwari Ji and other management personnel of the property gives topmost and almost priority to all their guests. Overall, I must say that I enjoyed my stay and love to recommend to all the people of my concerned as much as I can. This property is on my first place to stay in Allahabad/ Prayagraj as it is very near around 1 to 1.5 km from the Prayagraj Railway Station only. It was a very bad experience. Very unhygienic rooms and toilets. rooms were smelling and food too was not good.

I did not stayed in the hotel but went there to check the rooms. Staff was rude, not interested in showing the rooms, they even did not wanted me to check the bathrooms before I book the room.

Good services and corporative behavior. Best hotel with a good location to access different places. No limitations for in and out, you can visit anytime.

Rooms were not exactly tidy. Plumbing was leaking. Roof of the bathroom was unfinished. There was a party hall next to the rooms. The noise from the party hall was disturbing us till 1 am.

Just now checked out from this hotel. The worst hotel ever o have ever stayed. Rooms are too bad. Nothing works properly, lift stuck I have to jump out from there. They charge for unnecessary item. They will give you unsealed bottle and charge you for the same, food quality is not good, bedding is costly, give you used towels. I stayed in 103 and my experience was bad. The works aren't good at all. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay anywhere but not in hotel sundaram, it is not sundar from any angle.

Booked 4rooms in July for accomodation of 8 people in October. We got four rooms, out of three have no proper door lock in bathroom. Water dripping from AC in 2 rooms, there is no window in 3 rooms, no tv is working in any room, comode rings are broken, taps are not working properly. Now why should people book this hotel for 2000rs per day per room ? The only positive thing is the food which is ok type and the behaviour of the staffs are good. Other wise this one is not recommended. One of the worst experience ever.

Hassle free check in. Courteous staff. Prompt services to any request. Good for families and couples. Clean rooms and toilet. Restaurant food was delicious but the quantity served was a bit less. Hot water was not available in bathroom but it was arranged on request. Travel assistance and necessary help was provided. Over all, am satisfied.

The experience was extremely worst. Rooms were extremely small, dirty washroom even the staff behaviour was not good. They misguided the customer with the pictures given in the site but the actual scenario was completely different. Very unhappy. Not recommended.

Hotel sundaram is good it is in main road Only all the main spot is nearby. But staff has to learn how to attend guest. They will just ring the bell and enter in the room without permission if your door is not locked then it is your fault😂😂😂. Room is not sound proof. Bathroom is ok not that much great as per the price. Food is good. ❤️ Receptionist is very helpful and guided properly about prayagraj.

Nice family hotel at prime location in Prayagraj. Location is at a walking distance from railway station. Nice rooms and good room service. They also have a restaurant at top floor. Overall very nice experience. Good for short stay

Just wrapped up a stay at this hotel. This is the worst hotel ever. It not just old but nothing works - no proper water, broken doors, no hot water, lift gets stuck, ants everywhere..worst of all, the service and people are just bad..they don’t want to take care of customers..my suggestion - stay far far away from this hotel. Also, it felt like begging for every little thing at the front desk. The reception folks are very rude and they feel frustrated when you ask for basic needs like pillow or hot water or any basic needs. The Hotel management should re-think on how to run this place. Never stay on rooms like 102, 103, 104..dirty smell with filthy water in bath rooms! Every thing is broken in this hotel. Only positive part was - today morning the people serving breakfast were the great ..other those two guys, everyone one just sounds grumpy and hate their guests!! Don’t go behind the colorful fake photos posted!!

Awesome stay in hotel sundaram, cool environment in this hotel. All staff's r polite, cool, friendly nature, area of this hotel s very much near to civil lines & other places. As a solo traveler got the best deal from MMT. Food also very good. Fabulous, excellent service got from them. Love to stay in hotel sundaram.
