- I basically goes to the bar - Bar is good, but not for couple or any female - Most or completely this is Male bar and the environment of the bar is not suitable for ladies............... - Beside this a family Restaurant, decent restaurant you can go and enjoy a good time with your family,if you want my advice then i suggest you can find much better restaurant in the near by area - Rooms are okay............means it is closed and compact, bathroom is awful - HYGIENE is awful, if you are want a hygiene and clean and open rooms do not CHECK IN in this hotel................. - service is also okay okay to Disappoint range - Only plus point of this place is the BAR that it - And this too because it is very economical compare to its Competitors

We had booked around 20 rooms in this hotel for a wedding, this was my experience: Pros: 1. Prime location 2. Decent parking available 3. Flexible in terms of checkout time. Cons: 1. Rooms are horrible, gives you a feeling of a lodge. 2. Toilets have no geyser, showers don't work, toilet doors don't close we'll, still some toilets have Indian seats. 3. Management is very poor, no man power, the receptionist makes a announcement on mic, which are heard all around the hotel. How bad is that! 4. Restaurant service is very slow. Overall, the hotel is very expensive for the quality of service it provides. Invest your money somewhere better!

Hotel Vilas is good option to stay. Staff of the hotel is too good and helpful. Nice food but it's need renovation and maintenance. This hotel contain lot of parking area.

Booked for engagement program but they spoil everything, Pathetic service ,Suffocation in the rooms , u ll feel like vomiting after entering the hotel , you will see floating latrine in the washroom , hotel staff blame hotel owner for such pathetic service and infrastructure Will not recommend at all.

Had a one night stay in the hotel. Was visiting prayagraj for my SSC exam. Reasonable price and excellent location makes it a great place for staying.

A very old and dilapidated place. In a severe need of maintenance. The rooms are dirty and infested with mice. W/c is literally unusable. Food in restaurant is not good still pricey! Won't suggest anyone to stay here

Food service very good and good atmosphere in dinning hall. Every meals good with badget price.

Good and very cooperative staff. They took us in at 3 in the morning. Room prices are affordable and negotiable for number of people. It is located in one of the posh areas and you have malls close by. The railway station is also at a walking distance. Food offered is of good quality and low price. All in all it's a good place.

Waiting 45 mins for reception counter no one attend full lawaris hotel and smell like gutter

Very poor staff and very dirty rooms

Worst hotel i have ever witnessed in my life. If by any chance do you choose it, dont forget to carry your own bed sheet, pillow covers, towels and toileteries. It seems unhygenic so you may even carry your anti allergy creams/tablets. Coming to the positive part-the food is really good. Service is poor but good taste makes up for it.

If I could, I would have given zero stars. Overcrowded, musty smell in the rooms and everywhere else. They don't even change the bedsheets. The blankets never seem to have been cleaned. Bathroom was jugaad. You could hear the sound from the adjacent bathroom. Could not even think of spending a second here so left without checking in. Checked into Grand Continental just opposite.

Though situated at a very prime location, the condition of Hotel Vilas is far from satisfactory. Though the room where I stayed was bigger , but it was hardly maintained. Room Service was also very poor. Not at all a good place to stay.

Review m minus star bhi hona chahiye....my family fixed this place for engagement ceremony....we are extremely disappointed with the survive provided....ac was not working... didn't serve the snacks properly....we will never recommend anyone to fix this place for their special moment ..

The place is good. The staff are courteous and helpful. We had ordered 1 Hyderabadi Biryani...taste was good quantity was fine for 1 person. Service was also good.

Decent rooms. Range starts from 800 and higher. Staff was also good. I stayed for only some hours so not to say anything more. But room was ok
