This hotel is one kilometre away from the railway station of Prayagraj Junction, platform no 6 at Civil line prayagraj. Hotel is much more expensive as per the services served there. Cleaning is not good on the floor, while there is wooden flooring in the rooms. Housekeeping services are okay type. The hotel is on the first to third floor and the restaurant is on the fourth floor, but the lift is not working. We were going through stairs as our room is on the second floor. Staff behaviour is good and good quality served on breakfast is good and tasty. Based on my experience, look the another hotel in this budget range. You will find a good hotel with good services. Hotel is at a quiet place, you can sleep piecefully without chi chi po po ..... Have a nice stay...🫡🫡

Situated in the prime location of Prayagraj's civil lines, the hotel caters to the visitors of Prayagraj for their business tours. There is also a restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel. Although there are no particular view points from the windows of the hotel the rooms serve the basic necessary for a decent hotel room.

It is gud place to stay..i visited prayagraj thrice for some work.. and each time I stayed in same hotel. Hotel staff is very cordial and helpful. Food is also good .. and available at cheap cost

The hotel is nothing like in pictures...the whole reception and corridors are stinking. The room was ok but dust was everywhere. Breakfast buffet was not done...even did not provide breakfast in room after 3 reminders . All good reviews are fake. Just avoid if you want to have a good stay.

Worst Hotel in India- Pathetic Staff I have stayed at so many hotels but at this one I had the worst experience. Staff is very rude and unresponsive. They first take the bookings and then refuse to give the rooms and also don’t return the money, so be careful and don’t book this hotel. After lot of argument they gave us a small storeroom which has rats running there; although we had booked 3 deluxe rooms. They provide rat rooms in name of deluxe rooms. Pathetic manager, she do not know how to talk to their customers. I don’t have words for that rude lady. Kindly don’t book this hotel and get aware of the fraud they are running.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely regretted it. 1. The rooms are very small and expensive. 2. The food is mediocre at best. Buffet has only 2 items. Breakfast has very limited items, not even toaster was provided. Breakfast always started late and ended early. 3. They have around 18 rooms, the overall cleanliness of the carpet in the corridors and lift was not upto the mark. Very dirty basement area in which they have a small party area. 4. They have very limited parking area, which is usually taken up by the staff vehicles. 5. Bathroom ceiling kept dripping with some liquid, didn't get fixed even after complaining. 6. Service is horrendous. Room service food gets delivered after 1.5 hours. Tea ordered but never got delivered. They never cleaned the room daily, after multiple follow-ups they clean grudgingly. Unless asked they won't change bedsheets. Unless asked they would only leave one fresh towel in a room of 2 occupancy. Won't give you daily water bottles unless you remind them. 7. Receptionist is terrible. Won't help you at all. The entire hotel is short-staffed. 8. Wifi worked well. 9. Very thin walls. You can hear everything from the corridor. Many people in our case faced issues with key cards which kept stalling.

So we visited Moti Mahal deluxe for the restaurant and it was horrible.. hardly any staff available.. does not look at all like Moti Mahal ... Dirty table linen , 🦟 mosquitoes everywhere, and the most dull atmosphere ... No ac working The name is getting spoilt of Moti Mahal by giving it's franchisee to such hotels .

Staff was courteous and attentive, room was having all amenities like hot water, dryer in bathroom, TV, mirror, locker, Almira. Restaurant is above can go there or have room service, taste was also ok. Other cheap roadside options also present just at the corner as it is student hub area.

A very clean, comfortable room was allotted to us during a very smooth check - in process. Had a very pleasant stay and the location of the hotel is just perfect! The room service was slightly laggard but nothing to really complain about

The Cennet Butique Hotel Prayagraj provide you a great luxurious suit and room. Well maintained and clean place to stay. Room service is great I ordered Veg Spicy Chap, Bitter Garlic Naan and steam rice the taste is authentic I enjoyed the taste. Love to visit again

Worst staff behaviour. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel via goibibo and at the day of checkin I was in Varanasi and changed my mind to stay in Varanasi only instead of going to prayagraj so I contacted the hotel to cancel my booking but they refused to cancel it. So instead of wasting money again on another hotel in Varanasi, I went to prayagraj and went to hotel in evening for checkin but they refused to give me rooms and told me that you have cancelled it but on phone call on the same morning they refused to cancel booking. Also at the hotel they refused us to give rooms and refund too, so after 1 hour fight they agreed and showed us rooms which were very dirty and of low category then what I booked for, so again after fight they provided us correct rooms which were also not that good as per the images. Next morning we were heading out for a site visit at 9 AM and was supposed to be back by checkout time i.e. 11 AM but they forced us to checkout that only. I'm from lawyer background and thus knows all the legal action that I can take against them because of which they gave us rooms. So, I strongly recommend others to avoid this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. I NEVER SAW THIS RUDE STAFF.

I had really beautiful and amazing experience with staying in Cennet. Good experience from the time I booked the combination till the check out time. The only small negative point I felt is that the window was there only on first floor for the room type I booked. upper floors rooms don’t have window in room type. However, I would still recommend this property based on overall experience as the stay was really good. The staff (specially Priyanka) was helpful and courteous, the good quality was really good as MotiMahal us in same building, room service was pleasant and location is also good. Hotel is Not very far from many key places and also having access to totos or autos.

During my visit may be paint is newly done and hole room is full of paint smell , water geyser is also not working properly, hot water flow is very low , Also for buffet breakfast they have one food is ready,if you need something it takes too much time , nothing is ready to go. But Bed is too good

* Location ia top nitch - civil Lines * The room was good. Though felt a bit small at times but overall it was enough for two people * The staff was polite and well behaved. But gave only 3 star because the service was very slow. Either i had to call twice or theice to get a thing done or it would would take them 30min or more to get things done. Overall, i felt the room was a bit overpriced for the services provided. But that in no sense means that the hotel is mediocre. It is top notch.

I wish there was a rating called as “Pathetic”. I had booked it for my sisters function. However the services which they offered was horrible. The rooms were booked for 2 nights - my guest had to suffer WITHOUT electricity for both the nights ~ and there was complete BLACKOUT. No power back up at all. Rooms were stuffy. Hotel staffs were unfriendly and you will usually find them drinking alcohol at the reception area post 11pm. Instead of giving us some levy on the entire bill amount because of the trouble they caused us ~ they wrongly charged us for water bottles more than actual consumption. Cennet being a boutique hotel really need to up their game. NEGATIVE RATING for everything. Don’t ever visit them pls if you want to save your reputation.

Very poor service of the hotel.not at all punctual in timings.we had suite room towel was torn, breakast was free as per package ,no buffet counter for breakfast, butter was stale, only two items for breakfast avaliable very very poor rating.

Very good place for small get-togethers and farewell, fresher's parties. It has a medium sized hall for indoor events and rooftop for other events. Service, location and privacy are good.

It is very overpriced and overrated. It is a very small lower class hotel, with bad surroundings. There is no proper parking, restaurant. Rooms smell bad, fitings, washroom not working. Food is low quality. Please don't pay over 1500-2000. We had horrible experience.

I stayed with my wife in 201, main door eye piece was visible from outside... balcony door was open whole time due to bad maintenance, food was good hygiene was good, service is good, but when it comes to privacy my experience was preety bad although I was offered another room but didn't like it.....I will suggest If you are staying with your wife or girl friend or family then do inspect the room in every manner the main door eye piece balcony door.....AC was not working in this hot summer my personal experience was bad and felt unsafe .. though the owner personally attended android listened to the issue carefully... I will suggest this hotel to everyone but do inspect and stay at your own risk.

It's a good place to sit and eat in a group or individual . They have also a small rooftop corner in which we can organise a small get together or party. Vegetarian and Non vegetarian both can go there but variety of dishes are very less. Overall its nice place with peaceful dining area and noisy dj floor with rooftop in Allahabad .

I travel a lot but review very few hotels just because other traveler get aware. This hotel has following problems: 1. The service is very bad eg. to get anything done you will have to ask the reception multiple times. 2. Rooms has mosquitoes. 3. This hotel has smallest washroom i have ever seen. 4. The Hotel has a parking and I specifically asked them to arrange for the car and my driver but the parking is so small that my car and driver slept outside the hotel. 5. The Hotel’s wifi stops working and don’t work after that till next day. So the price the hotel is taking (3 star price) and the kind of washroom, room and services they are giving don’t match. Please choose hotel accordingly. I will also like to request the hotel management to please improve your services and amenities.

*Worst Experience* The hotel is confirming the bookings by displaying different best pictures of only 01 room. But the other rooms are the worst that i have experienced ever. They are totally doing fooling people by showing one and providing the others. The main thing is that they confirm the booking by accepting payment first and then if the visitor doesn’t like to stay, they won’t refund the money. Food quality is also very bad. I would personally suggest the other travellers / visitors not to book this hotel in the future by mistake also.

Stayed for two days. They upgraded my room to Executive room, though I had a booking for Standard room. I had booked my stay using MMT App. The room alloted to me was little stuffy with no window. For second night, they upgrarded my room to Mini suite at no extra cost. Appreciate their gesture.
