Not too good, they charge high for all products as compared to market price. Staff behaviour was good but they don't deliver quality product which people want, so whatever everyone is saying in following review, my point of view is also same. This food center is affiliated to IRCTC, I think IRCTC need to check their quality and force them to improve in quality, after that gave them their tag, because Prayagraj is a great place, not only Indian, Foreigners also visit this place, so these little stuff show poor quality of management of this city.

They serve very bad food, and there behaviour towards the customer is even worst and also the rates are even Higher than usual. Just don't go there.. it's just a waste of your time.

Total Fraud. They just charge heavy in name of quality food and serve stale food. Better to avoid them. There agent comes in just before Allahabd station asking for food orders and seek payment. I had resisted on payment in advance to which they agree but the quality of Food is pathetic. Better to order somewhere else.

Plz avoid all the 5star ratings those are fake this hotel just doesn't run good thus sell food in trains disguising as irctc i am also scammed food quality is worst they come near allahabad before time try not to pay frauds like this and only pay to official irctc member the irctc member don't seal their food like them this is one 2nd they don't give before 8pm 3rd never take food in name of irctc from anyone when train is stopped 4th to check u can tell irctc to take money later if the person hesitates then he/she is a fraud and not official irctc member They come in train taking a lot of food gives randoms and take money and gets out before train starts plz avoid or report them to pyaragarj polic station

I bought 2 plates from train for dinner. They tell that it contains paneer ,6 Rotis ,dal fry , and allu sabji But 4 small size rotis , two allu sabji of outdating and very bad daal . Don't trust and never buy it froud people's Don't buy ever . Not able for half star also. Waste of money
