Monument is beautiful only problem is that less monitoring/security towards littering, throwing garbages, writing comments on monuments and smoking inside this area. Rules and regulations are written in posters around it but no one was there to check. You will definitely enjoy the architecture of this place but local crowd is making it worse to visit

Basically it is a tomb with a wonderful lawn area with greenery surrounded by mango, neem trees etc., The best time to visit is in the evening. Can visit with friends and family, for children it's a good play area. Had drinking water and washroom facilities No entry ticket Note: pleas keep surroundings clean, throw wastage in dustbins, don't pluck the grass or leafs of trees.

Khusro Bagh is a large historical garden, in which tombs of Prince Khusro, the eldest son of Emperor Jahangir and Sultan Begum are located. The three sandstone mausoleums within this walled garden, represent an exquisite example of Mughal architecture. The design of its main entrance, the surrounding gardens and the three-tier tomb of Sultan Begum has been attributed to Aqa Reza, Jahangir’s principal court artist. The entry is free from morning 7am to 7pm in the evening. People come here with their friends and family to chill and relax, click photos and many of them play cricket and other outdoor games.

Serene beautiful place in the midst of railway station chaos (approx 400m), generally not so crowded and with facilities to take rest and apparently a picnic spot for localites. Only issue is that in summer it gets difficult to stay there with not so much of wind blowing. Regardless you can see students studying in the park. washroom and drinking water is also der in park

A rather unique place. There's quite a lot of real estate to cover so make sure you don't go alone. Can get mentally exhausting. Try to avoid the noon sun. It can get unbearably hot. The condition of the monuments is quite good I can say. It isn't ruined or damaged. The buildings are well preserved and worth getting pictures taken at. It's situated right by a busy road. But it's pretty silent inside. Beware of people though. Lots of them. Sitting and lying around. There's a bit of littering too. People don't seem to care much. If the overall cleanliness was better, I'd have rated it a 5 star. It's a good place of interest to visit, nevertheless.

One of the important place to visit in Prayagraj Here you can find beautiful garden and orchards and the beautiful makbara of different mugal Begum's. Please go and see..it's really an amazing experience...means you see the khusro and his mother tomb..you see the how beautifully inside the tomb ..verses are written...and many more please go and see.. The three sandstone mausoleums within this walled garden, represent an exquisite example of Mughal architecture. The design of its main entrance, the surrounding gardens and the three-tier tomb of Sultan Begum has been attributed to Aga Reza, Jahangir's principal court artist. The entry is free from morning 7am to 7pm in the evening. People come here with their friends and family to chill and relax, click photos and many of them play cricket and other outdoor games. We noticed that local public also uses this for morning walk and a place to get fresh air since it is very nice atmosphere here in the morning. It is open from 6.00 am to 7.00 pm and free for entry. Khusro Bagh in Allahabad is a historical gem that transports visitors to a bygone era. Spread over a lush expanse, this serene garden houses mausoleums dedicated to Emperor Jahangir's wife Noor Jahan's family. The intricate Mughal architecture is captivating, with delicate carvings and symmetrical layouts showcasing the artistic prowess of that era. The garden's ambiance is tranquil, offering a welcome respite from the hustle of city life. The symphony of chirping birds and rustling leaves adds to the peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or quiet contemplation. The well-maintained pathways allow visitors to explore the site comfortably. The mausoleums, adorned with intricate frescoes and calligraphy, stand as a testament to the rich cultural heritage of India. History enthusiasts will appreciate the detailed inscriptions that provide insights into the lives of the entombed. The symmetry of the structures and the meticulousness in design reflect the architectural brilliance of the Mughal era. Photography enthusiasts will find the site a delight, as every nook and corner offers picturesque frames. The play of light and shadow on the ornate carvings creates mesmerizing visuals. However, it's essential to be respectful of the historical significance and maintain decorum while capturing the beauty. While Khusro Bagh may not be as well-known as some other Mughal monuments, its historical importance and architectural beauty make it a hidden gem worth exploring. The lack of crowds allows for a more intimate experience, enabling visitors to immerse themselves in the historical narrative without distractions. The proximity to other historical landmarks in Allahabad makes Khusro Bagh a convenient addition to any itinerary. Whether you're a history buff, a nature lover, or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, Khusro Bagh offers a unique blend of these elements, making it a must-visit destination in Allahabad.

A historical monument at Allahabad, maintenance is ok, not very good as it is of at present. Excellent piece of art and sculpture of the Mughal era. The middle one is the most beautiful which belongs to the sister of khusro, daughter of Shahjehan. Visited after so many years and regained memories of my past too. The garden are well maintained by the department of agriculture. A good place to visit here at Prayagraaj.

Khusro bagh is a historical place to visit in prayagraj (allahabad). This place consists of four monuments, basically tombs of khusro's family members, and huge gardens of trees that include mangoes, guavas, neem and a lot more. There is no entry fee so you can go anytime between sunrise and sunset. Food from outside is also allowed. The guavas from khusro bagh are famous worldwide as they all are exported to the various parts of the world and even in India. A must visit place for all. Very beautifully carved designs on the walls of the tomb of khusro, the nisar begum's tomb is the most beautifully made as she was the sister of khusro. All the other interesting historical facts are written there, you must visit with friends and family to enjoy that beautiful place.

The Khusro Bagh, located in Praygraj (Allahabad), The garden is a historical site, It houses the tombs of Khusro Mirza (the eldest son of Jahangir), Shah Begum (the first wife of Jahangir) and Princess Sultan Nithar Begum (the daughter of Jahangir). All three of them were buried in this mausoleum complex during the 17th century. Apart from nice monument there is no any guard for security or safety issue. That's reason People were playing cricket/ gathering each and everywhere which is not good for monument preserve. It is right location on Google maps. I clicked some of photographs through my mobile. ©Ranjeetography (all rights reserved)

Wonderful monument, with a huge park in the heart of Prayagraj. But sadly it is quite neglected. It's surrounded by high Mughal Era walls with a big footpath. But the footpath is taken over by hawkers and people spit right at the entrance. One needs to be very careful while walking. It's really beautiful inside, but looks thoroughly neglected. People climb up the Tombs and sit anywhere and everywhere. Unfortunately there is no presence of any security person to have any checks. I wish it's better maintained by charging an entrance fee.

Good place for spending some time and taking pics. There is no charges for visiting this place. It is located near Prayagraj Junction railway station. Khusro was the eldest son of Jahangir and queen Shah Begum, he was well educated and popular for his amicable manners and blameless public character. In 1605 C.E. when akbar lay seriously ill Khusro partisans, led by his father-in-law, Mirza Aziz Koka and his uncle Raja Man Singh Amber made strenuous efforts to put him on the throne but at last, Akbar on his death-bed nominated him as his successor After The death of Akbar, Salim ascend ded the throne and assumed the title of Jahangir A few months after Jahangir's accession, Khusro rose in rebellion and was completely defeated by Jahangir, Khusro was captured and blinded He died in confinement in 1622 C.E. when he was under custody of his brother Khurram, the future Shah Jahan Khusro was buried in Khusro Bagh near the mausoleum of his mother. The Tomb of Khusro was probably built by Khusro sister Sultan Nisar Begum It is a two storeyed building with arched walls surmounted by a large hemispherical dome on an octagonal drum, with a small pavilion at the corners. The interior consists of a single room, wall painted with a design of floral patterns, cypresses etc. On the dome, there is a painted medallion with star and geometric patterns, similar to the ones in the contemporay tomb of Itmad Ud Daulah Agra.

Historically vibrant place, good place for photography. Although Government/tourism ministry should enforce higher security in these areas. It is disheartening to see people, forgetting that they are doing an irreparable damage to these archaeological masterpieces, inscribe their initials, names, or messages on these national treasures.

Khusro Bagh is a large walled garden and burial complex located in muhalla Khuldabad close to the Prayagraj Junction railway station, in Prayagraj, India. It is roughly 6 km from the Akbar fort built-in 1556–1605. Situated over forty acres and shaped like a quadrangle it includes the tombs of Shah Begum (born Manbhawati Bai), Jahangir's Rajput wife, and the daughter of Raja Bhagwant Das and Khusrau Mirza's mother; Khusrau Mirza, Jahangir's eldest son and briefly heir apparent to the Mughal throne; and Nithar Begum (born Sultan-un-Nissa) , Khusrau Mirza's sister and Jahangir's daughter. It is listed as an Indian Site of National Importance

Khusro bhag is very good place for relaxing and for morning walk. Area is full of trees and flowers. Very well maintained. Very neat and clean surrounding. Everywhere in the park there is sitting chair for people. There is also an ancient structure like mosque. So many people of every age group were walking there in the morning and doing Yoga, playing different types of games. There is also a Temple of Rambhakt Hanuman ji. I feel very relaxed there. I'm there for my Lekhpal examination.

The place is situated near the Allahabad railway station. Besides park place has historic importance. The place has tomb of king n queen and the whole garden is covered with different plants... The nursery is also being setup there...ppl go out there in the evening n during winter season. Personal experience don't park your vehicle outside the baag otherwise it will towed by the police of Khuldabad.

    • Khusro Bagh is a historical garden located in the city of Prayagraj, formerly known as Allahabad, U.P. • The garden is named after Prince Khusro, the eldest son of Emperor Jahangir, who was imprisoned and later murdered here by his brother Shah Jahan. • The garden is famous for its collection of Mughal-era tombs, including the tombs of Prince Khusro, his sister Sultan Nithar Begum, and their mother Shah Begum. • The tombs are built in the typical Mughal architectural style, with intricate carvings and designs on the marble and sandstone structures. • Khusro Bagh is a popular tourist attraction and a peaceful place to spend time. The garden is well-maintained and offers a serene environment with plenty of greenery and trees. • Visitors can take a stroll around the garden, admire the architecture of the tombs, and enjoy a picnic with family and friends. It's a great place for architecture enthusiasts. (• Visited on March 4,2023)

A nice and beautiful historical place to enjoy your day, sunset is so nice and calm. It's a masolem and since due to covid gates closes at 5pm. The authorities also need to take extra care the uncultured people and youths are destroying the walls by writing and people are littering the place over all I actually wanted to see it from inside but it was closed ☹️

A clean medieval monument.a place to explore the greenery and cleanse your aura. Suitable for morning walk.as the gate is closed just around sunset so plan your trip accordingly.parking issues exist. Better go with your own edibles and water bottles. From travel point of view it will take around 3 hrs enough to explore the place.

park is an area of natural, semi-natural or planted space set aside for human enjoyment and recreation or for the protection of wildlife or natural habitats. Urban parks are green spaces set aside for recreation inside towns and cities. National parks and country parks are green spaces used for recreation in the countryside. State parks and provincial parks are administered by sub-national government states and agencies. Parks may consist of grassy areas, rocks, soil and trees, but may also contain buildings and other artifacts such as monuments, fountains or playground structures. Many parks have fields for playing sports such as baseball and football, and paved areas for games such as basketball. Many parks have trails for walking, biking and other activities. Some parks are built adjacent to bodies of water or watercourses and may comprise a beach or boat dock area. Urban parks often have benches

It's an interesting place. The whole bagh is covered with trees and sampling of different fruits. (U can buy if u want). The main attraction of the bagh are the three tombs situated in the middle of the bagh with a lawn in front. Relax there and feel the nuance.

Khusro Bagh is a large walled garden and burial complex located close to the Allahabad Junction railway station, in Prayagraj (formerly known as Allahabad), India. It is spread over forty acres and shaped as a quadrangle. It is famous for the three tombs of Jahengir's family i.e. tomb of Shah Begum (born Manbhawati Bai) Jahangir's Rajput wife; Khusro Mirza, Jahangir's eldest son and briefly heir apparent to the Mughal throne; and Princess Sultan Nithar Begum, Khusro Mirza's sister and Jahangir's daughter. There is another tomb of Bibi Tamolan. The artistic beauty of the place leaves the visitors awestruck with the Moghal architcture. The beautiful arches, domes and chhatris are worth the time and admiration. The bagh also has well maintained gardens having trees of mango, guava, ornage and many more. We noticed that local public also uses this for morning walk and a place to get fresh air since it is very nice atmosphere here in the morning. It is open from 6.00 am to 7.00 pm and free for entry. The monuments are good, beautiful and they are worth the visit, although there are no entry fees because of which there are a huge amount of people over here. The gardens are also great and they felt great that too in the summer and I'm told that the best time to visit here is during the early hours in the winters. (November-January)

This park is right outside the Prayagraj junction station. Easy to get there in the electric auto. No entry fee. Big wall around this large park. Really liked this place. Necely attended lawns around the monuments. Orchards in the park are nice. Nice walking track around the park. Some construction activity in the park - I think they are putting new pavements. Ideal for evening walks. The monuments are beautiful. Upper levels and interiors are closed for visitors. Basic information is available on a stone tablet near each of the tombs. The usual tourist activity is conspicuouly missing. Not much information for tourists. Very few visitors.( I think Allahabad is really not a lifestyle city; people don't seem to need or like nicer things) Nice to see some people using the park for their studies. No love birds/ obscene acivity! Really a peaceful place. There is a small Hanuman mandir inside the park. I did not see any police / Security presence . Water and Toilets are available. I have not used them. No food stall, no sovuneir shop in the visinity. Nice but I appreciated place. It is in the wrong city.

I didn't thought it would such a beautiful place. From outside it feels like it is ruins but when you go inside mama miya so beautiful and majestic. Frankly speaking better than delhi monuments. Only thing they lack is outers gates maintaince and cleaning
