Hare Krishna 🙏, People. ISKCON Temple doesn't need a review. They are always ecstasy. So as this one as this is worth a million visits. The relaxing premise, beautiful deities and regular maintenance of temple is what attracts much.

Someone who is a follower of Lord Krishna doesn't need any review to visit there. Such a beautiful place, full of peace and positive energy. Situated exactly on the bank of river Yamuna and that makes it more beautiful. One should definitely plan to go there.

ISKCON practice is kirtan, a congregational chanting or singing of the Hare Krishna mantra. Kirtan is both a way to express devotion to God and a way to attract newcomers to the movement. Devotees gather in public, in streets and parks, to sing the mantra accompanied by instruments like the mridanga, hand cymbals, and the harmonium

Its core beliefs are based on Hindu scriptures, particularly the Bhagavad Gita and the Bhagavata Purana. ISKCON is "the largest and, arguably, most important branch" of Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition,[3] which has had adherents in India since the early 16th century and American and European devotees since the early 1900s.[4] ISKCON was formed to spread the practice of Bhakti yoga, the practice of love of God in which those involved (bhaktas) dedicate their thoughts and actions towards pleasing Krishna, whom they consider the Supreme Lord.[5] Its most rapid expansion in membership have been within India and (after the collapse of the Soviet Union) in Russia and other formerly Soviet-aligned states of Eastern Europe.[6] Its core beliefs are based on Hindu scriptures, particularly the Bhagavad Gita and the Bhagavata Purana. Very nice place....good art ....this is the symbol of Spirituality A breathtaking temple complex, beautiful from both the western and eastern entrances although the eastern with the palm trees and water was especially gorgeous. We went around 4pm on a weekday and it wasn’t too crowded. We hired a tour guide, who was helpful for showing us around and telling us all the detailed stories of the religion and history, although it also would be a nice place to explore at your own pace and feel uninhibited taking pictures.

As you step into the temple, you are greeted by an aura of tranquility that fills the air. The sacred space exudes an atmosphere of serenity and harmony, inviting visitors to leave their worries and stresses behind and embrace a moment of inner peace. The temple's architecture reflects a timeless beauty, with ornate decorations that speak of wisdom and reverence. Soft, warm light filters through stained glass windows, creating a gentle, ethereal glow that bathes the interior in a soothing ambiance. The sound of softly chiming bells resonates throughout the temple, serving as a gentle reminder of the present moment. The rhythmic chants of monks or devotees echo through the halls, creating an enchanting harmony that seems to cleanse the spirit. The temple's inner sanctum is a place of profound stillness. The air is scented with incense, which adds to the atmosphere of spiritual purity and reverence. Here, devotees gather to meditate, pray, and reflect in silence. The silence itself feels alive, filled with the collective energy of peace-seekers and spiritual seekers from all walks of life. In this sacred space, people from various backgrounds come together with a shared intention: to find solace, to seek answers, and to attain a sense of inner equilibrium. It is a place where differences dissolve, and compassion and understanding take root. As you prepare to leave the temple, you carry with you a sense of peace that has permeated your being. The serenity of the sacred space lingers in your heart, providing a gentle reminder that, in a world full of chaos and challenges, peace can be found within, and this temple is a haven for the weary soul to return whenever in need of solace. As usual the iskcon temples have their own enthusiasm and piousness. It is heartening to see devotees, pray and dance without any other bother of the world. Those bothers they leave it to shri krishna to manage. They trust him completely. If he could manage Kauravas Pandavas and the Mahabharat then what are a few more daily problems to him.

Sri Sri Radha Rasbihari Temple is really a huge and magnificent temple complex made up of marbles, which provides a spiritual aura in the dry and fast life of Mumbai- the Financial capital of India. It's very near to Juhu beach. The temple is huge and gives a chance to soothe our inner self. People are found doing Kirtans and praying for hours here. There is a Temple hall, Book & Gift shop, Prasadam counter, Food court where you can find ample Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Jain food options... Jai Shree Krishna

City of Holi River Ganga Yamuna Saraswati What is ISKCON The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), otherwise known as the Hare Krishna movement, includes over six hundred major centers, temples and rural communities, nearly one hundred affilated vegetarian restaurants, thousands of namahattas or local meeting groups, a wide variety of community projects, and millions of congregational members worldwide. Although in less than sixty years on the global stage, ISKCON has expanded widely since its founding by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in New York City in 1966. ISKCON belongs to the Gaudiya-Vaishnava sampradaya, a monotheistic tradition within the Vedic or Hindu culture. Philosophically it is based on the Sanskrit texts Bhagavad-gītā and the Bhagavat Purana, or Srimad Bhagavat. These are the historic texts of the devotional bhakti yoga tradition, which teaches that the ultimate goal for all living beings is to reawaken their love for God, or Lord Krishna, the all-attractive one. God is known across the world by many names including Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh, Rama, etc. ISKCON devotees chant God’s names in the form of the maha-mantra, or the great prayer for deliverance: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. Many leading academics have highlighted ISKCON’s authenticity. Diana Eck, Professor of Comparative Religion and Indian Studies at Harvard University, describes the movement as a tradition that commands a respected place in the religious life of humankind. In the 1980s Dr. A. L. Basham, one of the world’s authorities on Indian history and culture, wrote of ISKCON that, It arose out of next to nothing in less than twenty years and has become known all over the West. This, I feel, is a sign of the times and an important fact in the history of the Western world. Prayagraj Triveni Sangam Is a place where Three Holi rivers Ganga Yamuna and Saraswati Saraswati river is Hidden as it has high sound in ancient time The Kumbha mela is arranged in city in 2019 next Kumbha mela will be in 2031 Every 12 year Kumbh will be arranged and in every 6years ardha kumbh will be there During kumbh thre will be huge peoples sadhu sant will be comming here for Snan Kumbh Mela or Kumbha Mela is a major pilgrimage and festival in Hinduism. It is celebrated in a cycle of approximately 12 years, to celebrate every revolution Brihaspati (Jupiter) completes, at 4 four river-bank pilgrimage sites: the Prayagraj (Ganges-Yamuna-Sarasvati rivers confluence), Haridwar (Ganges), Nashik (Godavari), and Ujjain (Shipra) The festival is marked by a ritual dip in the waters, but it is also a celebration of community commerce with numerous fairs, education, religious discourses by saints, mass feedings of monks or the poor, and entertainment spectacle. The seekers believe that bathing in these rivers is a means to prayaschit (atonement, penance) for past mistakes, and that it cleanses them of their sins. The festival is traditionally credited to the 8th-century Hindu philosopher and saint Adi Shankara, as a part of his efforts to start major Hindu gatherings for philosophical discussions and debates along with Hindu monasteries across the Indian subcontinent.
