Worst ever stay. I have given1 star because google does not have option to award 0 star. I checked in on 28th Nov and plan was to check out on 30th Nov. But their world's worst services started right from my check in. As they allowed us to our room, it was stinking, there was a dirty towel, uncomfortable bed and ill maintained furniture. TV was not working (it was not recharged), staff was pretending to put a lot of efforts to make it work and finally gave up. Then we ordered our dinner, a tasteless food with burnt daal was served to us. Because we were 3 adults so they arranged an extra bed which is even more uncomfortable than the double bed. With a hope to end the adventurous stay with this 7 star hotel. Next morning we were struggling to get water in our room. Staff was trying to convince us that it is only our room which has all these problems but soon all the guest around my room were running to get water supply in their room. All this drama went on for more than 2 hours. House keeping to plumbers everyone came but water did not came from the tap. Finally they gave us a wonderful solution that we will give you water in buckets so as to make us bath (how caring the staff was ). All these world class services we bought @5300+Tax + Breakfast. At time of booking hotel demanded 100% advance initially but I made only 50%. Luckily we got a room in another hotel to say good bye to Hotel Harsh Anand , Civil lines Prayagraj.

Did not stay there! As soon as i reached the hotel was asked to pay the booking amount i.e.Ra.4500/-, as i booked the hotel on phone. Had no other option as there was UPSC exam on the day and almost all the good hotels in civil lines were fully booked. Then they showed me the room which was pathetic, ugly and outdated which they termed as "HERITAGE". I asked them if there was any other room available to which they replied that there was no other room available. As we were 3 people there was an extra bed which was placed as we checked in. The extra bed was literally like a road stall. A wooden plank, placed on an rusty iron stand. Kept my luggage and left as i had to reach somewhere. While i was on my way back i decided i wont be staying in the hideous looking so called "HERITAGE" property, so i decided to check out. On reaching the hotel i again asked them if there was any other room available and told that i am planning to leave as i cannot pay Rs.4500/- for such pathetic outdated room. Suddenly a room became available which had a slightly better condition. I asked them why was i not showed this before to which they had no reply. But this room again was not worth Rs.4500/-. So i finally left the hotel after payin them Rs.4500/- for keeping my luggage for 3 hrs.

I personally having a very bitter experience with Hotel Harshananda would never recommend anyone for party booking there. I had booked the lawns of the Hotel for marriage ceremony of my Sister. Due to lockdown the event could not take place at the hotel lawns (which was not at all a fault from my side) and was performed at my residence. A huge amount of Rupees One lac fifty thousand was paid as advance. On request of refund of the amount paid as advance the hotel owner flatly refused and issued a demand letter for payment of balance amount. Whereas all other hotels and marriage lawns have refund the advance.

Very poorly maintained property and very poor house keeping.. Strictly avoidable... Owner's of the hotel should either turn it around fully or rather close it.....!!!

Visited this place for my cousin's wedding. The location is nice and the place is spacious. The decoration was good. The quality and the taste of the food was good as well.

Location of hotel is very good, one whose train arrived late can stay here It is one of the best places to stay in prayagraj near railway station. I had also attended a marriage function here, It was nice experience!

I visited Hotel Harsh Ananda with my family. There was a Fashionista Exhibition. Some unique, designer, & charming collections of jwelery , outfits available there. But the rate of the stuff was pretty handsome😅

Pothetic hotel never try to stay not even think it's better to spend night in some Oyo room. Bundle service pothetic rooms poor food and impolite staff no professional etiquette. Please please never book this hotel. This is banquet you also not able to sleep. Rooms and reception all are at one place plus locks and doors are pathetic. No security. Please stay away staying here is injurious to health and life both. Mentioned non veg in menu but not available.

It's situated Near shubhas Chauraha , Civil lines Pryagaraj, From here you can easily reach Prayaagraj Junction , which is about 500mtr form this hotel , BOB city office , max Store , Tunde kabab , El chiko Restaurant , Old Coffee House , PVR or Vinayak City Centre , Raj Karan , Star world Palace, Civil Lines state bus Terminal all the places are under 500mtr to 1 Km from this hotel. parking Facility is also available in tHis hotel.

a good hotel if you want to revisit old hotel days and also enjoy modern hospitality. A reasonable price hotel for family stay.

<<Never book this hotel as venue for your marriage function>> So booking Hotel Harsh Anand for marriage venue involves two parts a) booking the premises, and b) booking the “Parihar Decorators” for decoration, catering, etc. Hotel has a tie-up with them and one is forced to book them. While hotel premises would deliver on their promises basis the package chosen and provide decent enough services. But the decoration company (“Parihar decorators”) are a big cheat and would make sure that one’s marriage function is ruined. The worst thing is that all payments are made in advance and once as customers we are cheated, there is nothing much that can be done. As we don’t have monetary leverage, these folks are hell bent on cheating and not delivering on the promises/expectations made to the customer. Please be aware to not choose this hotel and if you still want it make sure to just not choose same decorators which hotel provides. I can go pages about the issues and hassles they had created during my sister’s wedding in July’21. Summary would be issues ranging from a) setting up a smaller stage then what we payed for, b) not putting floral decoration which was promised and for that we had payed extra (over and above their standard packages), c) pathetic catering services, d) pathetic food stall stand setup which fell off in the evening (luckily no one got hurt), and most importantly e) no ownership from the decoration company. The organizer/manager (don’t want to take names) ran away in the middle evening and we had to coordinate with drunk associates/workers directly with absolutely no responses. If you need more details, please ping me, will share details of their modus operandi of how to cheat customers.

Attended my family's 3rd wedding at the Prayagraj heritage, the decorations from Parihar Decorators was usual as always, up to the mark! Loved the whole theme idea by the guys! 💝💝💝
