Worst hotel i ever visited in my life.. greedy for money... Please don't visit ever.... I am student i booked online from MakeMyTrip and they dont give me room till 12pm ...no empathy staff have...i have waited aprox 6 hour to get room ..even i paid all online..

Not so good not so bad.Overall it was OK to stay there. But one thing of concern is that they do not wash the blanket or change it.when I made an issue about this they even did not respond and remained silent. They had just resetted this on the bed after first use as I could find 3/4 female hair from the blanket itself. There was also stain mark in the bed sheet. One wing from the fan was missing 😀 and as I made a complaint about it at the day of check in they came to repair it on the day of chech out. It was very bad service experience. But that's not a big issue. Ac was working properly. I stayed in a 8/10 ac room for 1600+taxes for a day. It was overpriced for the room size. But since it is very near to the station they will not listen your bargaining even for a rupee. However staffs were polite.

Rooms are good but the service is very poor. They don't clean the washrooms. Ventilation issues in rooms. Very close to the railway station. Try not to book online. It is available offline also. So try booking by reaching there.

The property is old but maintained well. Good behaviour of staff. Prayagraj junction is couple of minutes away. Taxi for airport is easily available on genuine fare. Overall it is value for money.

Prices of rooms are fine at all and exteriors are also attractive but their is lack in cleanliness

Hotel is close to Prayagraj Juction. The hotel building looks good from outside but it is not the same from inside.

A decent hotel with about 80 rooms (as informed by the manager). Rooms are available for all price range but the rooms are a little too shabby. The hotel requires a lot of work to be called the best hotel but a decent place when on a budget. The room service is okay and so is the food. Among very few good hotels near the railway station area but still requires a lot of work.

It's in good location. Recommend this hotel. Occupy the rooms after seeing it. In Prayag Raj, it's very bad experience with other hotels.

Rooms are average. But the service and location are excellent. If you have a tight schedule while visiting prayagraj, this is where you should stay.

PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!!! They charge money like 5 star hotel but they give you service like 0 star hotel, the wash room was dirty and insects were running plus wifi wasn't working AC wasn't working and I had to go to the reception more than 5 times just to request them to turn on the main point from down there even after paying so much amount and also the tv tata play was ended too, I don't know when and If I wanted to give an suggestion to the hotel owner is that it is time you close your shop asap.

Best part about this hotel is its prime location just near to Prayagraj Junction. The breakfast had limited options but was delicious. Rooms were a bit untidy especially the pillows. However the service was good.

Worst experience. I paid for a room in advance and the receptionist said he gives me the receipt when I check out. The different receptionist was in the front the next morning and asked me extra money for receipt. The location is nice but the receptionists were terrible. Also the bash room is stink and dirty

Not clean small rooms, and bathroom is horrible,, looks like comod they never cleaned,, you will not eat food if you enter the bathroom

Old lodge...entire room with toiled are shabby, stinky. cots are shaky....except it's location, nothing is good...Management hesitates to give wi-fi

Rude Attitude. Take extra charge for reached only 2 hours early.. no TV service. TV is in room but no dth connect. Not good.

Near to railway station. Taken non AC room, the room was small, ventilation is a concern. Space only for bed. However the cleanliness is maintained. With the money was expecting bit better facility, but not disappointed as got the room immediate booking.

Nearest to the railway station... Hotel rooms are good. Bathrooms are maintained. Staff is polite & well trained. Would recommend this to stay in the heart of the Prayag

Walkable distance from railway station. Fairly okay hotel , est in1959 so structure is old but it is well maintained. Safe to stay with family, washroom are clean n' renovated and there is a restaurant within the hotel. Fixed price in offline booking which in a way is good.

Best hotel in near Prayagraj Junction. Hotel also having Restaurant with Rasoi Name. Very tasty food.

I had stayed in their top most room rated 2800/-. The rooms r untidy, cockroaches everywhere,even on bed.they don't have even a big bedsheet for covering the mattress.The staff even the reception staff was too rude, they even don't know how to talk to their customers . The room service is not proper . the room don't have even complimentry things , not coffee nor sugar nothing.

Rooms are okay but bathroom condition is not much good, location wise it's a good location. Billing and supporting staff is rigid. But customer footfall is good.

Location wise it is wonderful as it is just 2 mins walking distance from the Prayagraj junction railway station. 24*7 check in check out facility is available. Rooms and washrooms are quite spacious and clean. Two lifts are available and both work together. Overall nice experience.

Room isn't worth the price but yes the room service was good and location is very near to station.

Receptionnists were rude and not happy to host a foreigner... I took a non ac room for 850rup... look at the pictures... it's a shame. The mattress (10cm thick...) lies on a wooden plank... ceiling fan isn't working. The room is smelly. No towel. Water is lukewarm. Wifi ok

Hotel staff is good but prices are so hiked...Hotel is nearer to Prayagraj Junction....Non AC room is of Rs 1000 and AC room is of 1500 so book ur room as per ur budget
