It provides good-quality food, comfortable accommodations, and great customer service. The rooms aren't particularly large. The lighting are a little dim. If you're going there for a photoshoot, please bring your own artificial lighting. It's a little extravagant, but it may be reserved for a special event. I guess, It only, provides a plating system. Interior is quite good and gives vintage look.

A pretty decent hotel, with so much quiet around. Given the fact that this is located near High Court and is in a purely residential area, provides utmost peace and safety. The staff are very well behaved and friendly, which makes the stay quite good. Rooms are big and the bathrooms even too. Cleanliness is ensured which is very much required with Covid all around.

I have not experienced such a pathetic service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

It is overpriced and no sense of service. For events like marriage,reception,etc they will show pictures of stage and decoration which they will not be able to deliver on D-Day. Food quality is pathetic.

While the exteriors look good, the rooms and building needs a lot to be improved. Gives a very rundown look and feel. They seem to focus more on Banquets. There is no proper resturant for dining. In fact the resturant is non operation for all practical purposes and mostly room service. The rooms are not sound proof. U can hear next door TV! And imagine if a function is going on!!No English chanells on TV. Most channel's are not subscribed. The worst part...everybody expects to be tipped. In fact they ask for more when u give!!! Poor attitude of the management to not cut this practise. In summary, just not worth the price.

Dirty ..rooms are very small in comparison to prices they charge ..there are many options near by better and at lesser prices.. AVOID THIS ..also dont book the rooms via online ..they will charge putting suites but in actual they will offer small rooms which are bit old style and very basic

One of the best place i can say for engagement or marriage ceremony. It will give a palace like feel and its pretty good to see this type of place. No doubt it is costly but worth it. Housekeeping is very impressive.

Nice place. I booked the hall for my daughter's first birthday celebration and it turned out to be a good decision. A gathering of 150 people can accommodate easily. Although the food was not that satisfactory. The fruit truffle was really very good. The staff and manager both were very supportive.

Booked room for one day in this property. On day of checkin owner called me and said we are facing some electric issues at our property and we will not be able to give you rooms, and was offering me rooms in some cheap property. This is a regular practice from such hotels to take booking in higher prices and cancel those we have already booked. This has caused me so much problems finding new hotel in short time.

It is a decent hotel for budget travellers. Also has a Banquet suitable for a gathering of 100 persons. Food (breakfast & meals) are good. Staff is well behaved.

Nice inn with a good ambience and friendly people. There was ample parking space and it's located in a calm place away from the loud horns of the town.

Horrible experience! Booked it for my father. Called at the hotel for early checkin they accepted and mentioned about the charges and everything. My father who is 60+ was kept waiting in the morning at 5AM as the room was not ready. Later at the checkout, the hotel staff misbehaved and was impolite. They said something else before the checking and they refused about everything during the checkout. Misbehaving and being impolite is something unacceptable, specially when we called to clarify everything before our reservations. I will not recommend this to anyone. As the hotel staff behavior was rude.

Room service is v poor Staff behavior is worst they lack even basic etiquettes . The only good thing is food. Better hotels are available in close proximity.

All the staff here either Mr. Vikram ji or there Co-Worker Majboor , Kuldeep Thapa are very helpful and very well behaved. The food here is almost like home. Doesn't stay very spicy. The only problem is that the quality of their room is a bit low in quality. which they should improve accordingly. There is no mesh on the window. There is little airy room. The lighting in the room is not good and the beds are too small. Both the beds cannot be placed together as there are electric plugs in between. There was gun dust in the cupboard, Daraj etc . The curtain needs to be kept a little nice and clean.This is my personal suggestion. If you agree, please care .Rajnish Yadav

Good place to host medium sized functions. The decoration was good, the food was decent enough too. The rooms were the best, neat and tidy.

Hospitality is'nt worth what they cost it from customers and they didn't beleive on then hindi proverb ATITHI DEVO BHAWA .They are goone of our society. I don't know government and admisnistration make they to develop their place which they can't worth of and their land and soil of their land was extraoridinary fertile but still they are making plots on it not using for cultivation, what i'll say to rustic people who always seeks to make all peoples loss as well as public

Superb ambience! Located in the safest vicinity of military area. Having lush greenery around. No noise pollution, infact pollution free area. Nice place!

The property is located in a very premium area but it is poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty and looked very unhygienic.
