Didn't want to give even one star Went for ssb allahabad and stayed hear...worst service..worst room...charged extra .... unprofessional behaviour...small rooms and pathetic washroom with tap continuously running...there was no mobile network available in rooms...I had to sleep at 11 pm but the staff members were playing songs and talking late at night and you can hear them all. Nothing like what was shown in the pictures. I don't give reviews generally but i preferred to do so just to help those who are going for ssb interviews or to those who are completely new to the city....just dont go by the pics ...search hotels in or near civil lines or Ashok nagar , they will charge more but you will have a comfortable living.. Thank you

I stayed here for 5days and it was a good stay. It's affordable and budget friendly. My room no. 12 was better looking and manageable than other rooms. It was an AC Room. With two mirrors and attached bathroom. With Clean Room. The helpers n workers are very obedient and sincere. But the best part is you must go to the hotel physically for booking the rooms as it reduces the cost of commission provided to the commerical websites for booking hotels and rooms. The hospitality was fine. I never suffered any issues for good 5 days however, sometimes the things were not available due to odd hours but that was also manageable. On an all, The Receptionist and the Staff makes sure you feel like home. Thank You for the providing such sort of hospitality to us(5 females) being a female the issue of security and safety is our priority which was correctly addressed by the Hotel Owner. They're going to help you with so many things. Everyone is helpful and friendl there. Thankyou for the hospitality, CITY HOTEL.

Worts hotel to stay in prayagraj, only looking for money no sense of service worst quality of staff behavior smallest room with bed only 5 feet long one can't sleep on it, provides only one towel and one soap no extra even for two people. Amount wants in advance because after such a bad quality of experience no one wanna pay a single penny. Total waste of money worst place to stay.

1.One of the worst property of Prayagraj. 2. Rude and unprofessional staff behaviour. 3. Dirty, stinky room and bedding as attached in the pictures. 4. Looting customers in the name of payment upon check in. Taken excess amount than showing on the booking.com portal. 5.TV was also not working. 6. Room doest meet any standards. 7. Supply water is provided in room and that too from dirty tap. 8. No tea kit, dirty glases. Once book here and you will regret always.

Nice place to stay, cozy but rooms are too small although staff is good but they demand tip too much each and everytime. They allow a visitor to stay with some additional charges and it's almost close to every place in prayagraj.

NEVER BOOK HERE. Very bad hotel. We prebooked for 2 rooms in this hotel for 3 nights but they forced us to stay in 1 room and the workers was very disgusting always asking why we are not having our breakfast,lunch etc from them. Worst experience.

The room quality is bad. They make you fool by pictures of their hotel rooms. There are many fugus spots in the room they serve to us

No lift, service is bit slow at evening till morning. Bathroom rugs doesn't get dry your legs.

This hotel was good , and all people were kind and there were many facility which i liked , price was 800 rupees for 6 members, although room was small but that was okay

Worst hotel,staff keeps asking for tip.High charges with zero facility even lift is not available for luggage.

TV not working, AC not working. Already police raided this hotel as said by neighbours Don't visit here but it's totally depends upon your views .

Good stay at very reasonable price, rooms are well furnished , staffs of the hotel are well mannered, cleaning is also upto mark, beds of the rooms is the most comfortable part,there is wifi and dinning option is also available,and for guests there is on site parking available. Will book this in my next visit.

A good property near Jhonson Chauraha, Vivekanand Marg, Prayagraj. Staff is well behaved. In room food service, drinking water is present here. Room service also on time & quick. Washroom are hygienic but according to price I m not satisfied bed condition. Pillow, bedsheet etc are not as hygienic as it to be in that price. Good hotel & check everything befor book the room. 👍🏻🌃🚶🤗😊

The hotel is very bad and the hotel service is also very bad and the quality of the food is even worse. The quality of the food is much worse than what is served at a cart.

One of the best cheap hotels in prayagraj. Rates are reasonable but if you want you can negotiate a little bit. Just one thing the ventilation is not that good other than that its good for one or two day stay.... If you want in this range otherwise better options comes with a better price tag.

Its a effectively great place to visit and stay in prayagraj ... Not so much distant from PRAYAGRAJ junction and you can just reach here easily.

Quite ridiculous..not worth staying..unhygien prevails everywhere. Not a single room appears to be neat N tidy.

Hotel was average ,food was not spicy and qualitative,only stay here if it's necessary, means u have no option other wise drop the plan to stay here,

If you just want basic facilities,and cheap room to stay this is the hotel for you. I mostly ate aloo paratha (per paratha ₹50). The bathroom was very narrow, me being 6 foot tall it was little bit hard for me to take a bath. The room service was nice, but when i was staying there they were coming very frequently to take orders,it was bit annoying to he honest.

The image shown is of AC room. The non-AC ones are worst ever I've seen. AC room is good, well furnished, a very clean bathroom with western toilet, geyser. Room service of freshly cooked veg food available, very reasonable rates, & good quality & quantity of food. Thalis are very good for their price.

good hotel to stay. Food was good. specially the aloo paratha and omelett. I stayed in a single non AC room. room was good according to the price. but I cannot give another 2 star because you cannot close the bathroom door.
