Everything was fine. Food was delicious. Room was neat and clean.staff was helpful Room price was the only issue. I booked it for rs 696/- from OYO but when i reached at the hotel, the receptionist said that online price doesn't matter to them and the room charges are 1350/- it felt like a scam.

Please avoid this hotel. You guys will get great hotels in this price in the city and locality. Unclean rooms and bathrooms, bugs in bed, weak AC, poor service, rude behaviour by staffs and owner/manager. Can guarantee you unplesant experience.

To be honest.... Totally Worst Hotel... We booked this hotel from OYO but at the Check In Time... They Demanded More Money.. Staff are too bad and misbehaved With us.... Really Really Bad Hotel... Giving one star because there is no option for minus rating.

Although the stay was very good, there was only some basic issues regarding the washroom and also the room. Water flow in the washroom was very low or to say no at all and the rooms were kind of small.

Fraud Hotel. They will ask you to pay extra money as soon as you reach there. They say their room charges is 1500/day and anything you paid on Oyo doesn't matter to them. They will ask for you this rates. This is pathetic and fraud things oyo is doing these days. Don't ever pay on oyo app. If you cancel your booking as the Hotel denied checkin, they will deduct half the price you paid. I chose this hotel on the based of ratings and comments but I think these are also fake.

They have good staff and very nice in house restaurant with amazing food quality 😋 very nice service in the town .

The hotel was good, but the service is not. No antimosquitos or towers. Noisy rooms but cleans. We try to order the dinner with 90minutes of advance but it was impossible. They said we have to recall them with 45 min in advance.

AC was not up to the mark. No temp control and also there was no vanes so it was problematic. No toiletries provided.

I book the room from oyo but when i visit the hotel the receptionist madem refuse to give rooms. I sat for an hour and i ate paneer dhosa there Food was good.

Room are just ok but hygenic and clean .Linen was also clean . Staff is very friendly and helpful . Food is also good but little expensive .location is awesome as everything as a tourist is around in 5km vicnity . Overall value for money option.

The worst hotel i have seen . What is the benefit of booking online when u asked to pay for more . I have booked this for 670 and after coming to the hotel they are saying that online prices are not applicable u have to pay 1350. Booked 2 rooms. I must say the room service, reception, each and every staff members were so professional. They even changed the bedsheets , cleaned the rooms on every alternate days. Completely satisfied.

Room was good .But cigarette smell was coming from beside washroom since a portion of washrooms are connected by hole.

Hotel is good to stay only. Please don't go for the food because food is worst. Even they don't know to cook the rice properly. Even road side food is far far better than their food. I'm going 3 star only for hotel rooms but for food they don't deserve any star. They do not have parking so before booking check with them.

I am impressed with the Positive behaviour of owner and Receptionist. Well settled Location and Nearby Allahabad Railway station. Location, Service,Behaviour, Cleanliness, Wifi,From Start to End It's best in best with average rates. Thanks to Oyo and Also Thanks to Shanti Hotel Owner. He provided free early check-in with no extra charges. I must say If you visit here ,You will feel relax and You will enjoy your tour and holiday with this hotel. I would like to give suggestion also, If you are arranging any party or whatever Please ask them to keep music low , coz your customer will get annoy and also they feel irritate with loud music . I was very sceptic about its quality given the name which doesn't reflect it's true qualities. Anyway I was very warmly welcomed and assisted for everything I needed. The best part was the food served to me, it seemed that someone has cooked it with a lot of heart and definitely with fresh oil. Thanks to Anurag for taking such good care of the guests.

Hidden stains in Bedsheets. Everyone will stare you like you are an alien. Felt very scared during my visit.

Room service and the food was superb. Bathroom was clean and everything works properly. If you want to stay near the railway station or if you are in Allahabad for SSB this is the best place for it. Extra Information :- You will also find E-Rickshaw all day. It cost ₹20 from New Shanti hotel to SSB center and Railway station in E rickshaw.
