The hotel is in a good location, by the river Yamuna. Popularly used for events, room service can be improved. Rooms are spacious, the suite room was really good on the first floor. The food lacked hygiene, the taste was homely. Open area present for walking around. The boating place is adjacent to the hotel. It's a govt hotel, and ramps and lifts are present, so comfortable for all age groups and physically challenged.

Staff will keep on asking for tip which is really annoying for visitors. Management should give proper training and salary for staff else they will keep annoying customers for tip.

Rooms are very old. Trash bins are dirty. Walls are cracked and all bathroom amenities are very old.I believe the hotel says free WiFi but there is no WiFi in the room. AC doesn't work - it's there just for the look. There is no separate lock for inside the room. What's more shady is the note inside the room that says hotels are not responsible for any loss of property if we don't declare it? I understand hotel not taking responsibility on the common area but how can we feel safe if they are not liable for safety inside the room? Since there is no separate lock inside the room, how can we feel safe sleeping at night? Food I had felt stale and reheated. They didn't have the charging outlet that fit my charging adapter. I asked the staff and he told me he will need to take my phone with him to his room and check if it works. Why couldn't he just bring the adapter and give it to me so I can test myself? The customer service is zero here - they act like they are doing us a favor by us staying there. In short, my mom and I couldn't sleep properly the whole night because we didn't feel safe at all. The least they can do is put a good separate lock inside the room so hotel staffs can't enter the room when we are inside. I will not recommend this place. You can see the beautiful Yamuna river outside but places outside mostly feels like the slum community. If you are a tourist, I will warn you to skip this place and choose a better place. P.S. one staff was kind when we checked out - he took his private bike and got Paracetamol for us. Even his kindness though couldn't justify adding a star to this hotel because we didn't feel safe and sleep well at night here.

This hotel is operated by u.p tourism. This is 3 star hotel in cheap price. You will be seeing best scene from the window of your rooms. All facility is available here like wifi ,fine dining restaurant, laundry, VIPs room, suite, cabana room is also available here. In this hotel all staff is permanent and they all are government employees. I hope you like this hotel.

Fare charged did not match the level of service & room at all. I was under the false pretext of lawn & river view from room balcony. But all you can see is, some construction site & bit of river view. The good view is only from suite room. The staff is very unprofessional. They enter room without permission & ask to turn off the lights/ac. The hotel is outside the city perimeter. Would not recommend staying here at all.

This hotel is a good hotel for tourists. But the hotel provides its lawn for wedding parties. You have real problem if you stay during these parties. Your room will be continuously disturbed in the night by marriage party people. The loud music would not allow you to sleep. The hotel is the best place to go to Sangam. You can sail in a boat from the hotel itself as it is on the bank of Jamuna. The view of the river is spectacular from the hotel.

After sunset, when the street lights are on, the bridges and the river create a beautiful picture. Take a room on the 1st floor (if available), as it offers a better view. The manager and the staff of the hotel had been very helpful throughout our stay. Wheelchair is available in the hotel, in case anyone requires it.

Rooms spacious with proportionately large wash rooms and a nice balcony facing East. Food was good, chefs respected the choice. Boats / CAR to triveni for TARPAN readily available @₹600 to ₹1000 a to & fro trip of 3 hours. Pundits are available to do the rituals. Front desk services were good. A few attendants were bit negligent, irresponsible and delayed work upto 6 hrs. Quality of morning bed Tea varied from very good to AAKTHOO level.
