Very bad hotel never suggest to opt for this hotel even in worst condition ,staffs are fraud they show lower price of rooms in apps but after getting there they will say that your booking is not confirmed and charges for extra money. Yesterday this bad incident has happened with me in this hotel. Really Very bad hotel.

Booked in ₹900(paid ₹757 got ₹143 discount on full advance payment) on Oyo app.. property manager asked for ₹600 extra on arrival. He Said room is available for minimum ₹1500. Or else offered to cancel our booking. Oyo customer care could not help me find some concrete solution as well. Said they'll pay ₹143 from their side which was discounted for advance payment. Just that. Or simply cancel our booking with a refund of₹757. Not something I wanted.

Worse experience......we booked this hotel through Oyo but at the time of check-in hotel they denied to provide room and ask us to top-up as per their tariff.....they know passenger are coming from out of station and they are helpless so passenger will agree on their cost ..then what the use of booking through Oyo and other site ....is it only to show the way of hotel to passengers?????

Booked in ₹1261 and paid 822 with oyo discount advance online on oyo app.manager asked for ₹678 extra for check in. He Said our minimum charge is₹1500. If not paid cancel your booking. Oyo customer care service also helpless. I had paid him 678₹ more and check in. I want my refund of extra charges but oyo customer service is denied.

These are the scammers beware from these type of hotel owners. When I booked a room here from Oyo the manager agreed to give us the checkin on call but when we reached the hotel he denied to giving us the room at 11 PM mid night and when I called the Oyo the property manager denied to talk with the oyo officials . So we went to the other hotel.But the scam was that even he denied to give us the room but he marked us as checked in and checked out after one hour so he can get the money from oyo.

This was the my worst experience, don't go with rating and reviews. They take your phone and submit review on their side also I can't understand why OYO book the hotel for us while the owner don't want to give us in that amount. Check In Issue, Tariff Issue, Owner wants bookings price more than floor price (they ask extra 500 to 600 for giving room) and when I contact to oyo regarding this issue they book another hotel in same range for me and I wonder there was same issue. I can't understand the glitch of oyo ... don't go by oyo ...1st contact to receptionist before paying and visiting the hotel. And last about the hotel... this is the like ran basera don't go here ... they provide used towel, used bedsheet they do not maintain hygiene ... there is no bath soap, shampoo, handwash, and breakable too much noising window AC, there is no backup for light, not comfy bed... it's just a like hostel home also they charged extra 500 to 600 for check in. Plz look another option or self visit. . Take bet on your own risk ...this was the ridiculous for me as I was aware to review Best of luck

This property is a Gimmick ! Please don’t book this property. I booked this property from Oyo application , It was showing me 1036/- they accepted the payment from OYO and denied my check in and ask me to leave the premises and denied my refund as well , They ask me to pay more amount to book the property at front desk. All there staff is very irritating and non qualified, Even owner of this Hotel is a greedy man . Room is very dirty , They have double bed with 2 mattresses and they both set apart from the middle , Pillows are so dirty it seems like they never spend a penny on there cleaning. Blanket linen is very dirty . Over all aaaaa thuuu! experience . Also reporting to google to minimise there rating ! Mrr fak fraud

The property is a scam!!! Once you get to the hotel the staff will straight forward deny you to check in and will ask for 500-800 rupees more than what you booked for and even after that the room will look nothing like what you booked and will again ask for extra 500 rs just to give you the room that you booked in the first place! The rooms are extremely dirty and lacks in every facility.

This place is full of bed bugs, worst maintenance, rude management, dirty rooms, smelly washrooms, cigarette smoky rooms, soiled room floors, dirty curtains. what not you can find everything "substandard" here. I won't recommend anyone to visit/stay in this bakwas place. Please find the photos for your reference.

So I booked this hotel for the convience of location and didn't expect a 5 star service myself, I agree. But after check-in I realised this doesn't even deserve a single star and I'll tell you why. In the ad they advertised a big room with sofa and all but in reality they provided a really tiny room with no ventilation and it smelled very bad like someone died in there. So we argued with the manager and after alot of negotiations he agreed to show us a different room and the room was as advertised as shown in the ad but it still smelled alot. Was very untidy, found a literal dead mouse in the room, uneaten food, used contraceptive, alcohol bottles, cigarettes butts. The condition of the room was unhabitable no matter how many times they clean it. And on the top of that the staff was very rude and not at all friendly. When we asked for toiletries, they directed us the the next kirana store. WOW! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK EVEN BY MISTAKE!

Well if I compare the price and the room it doesn't fit so well, if I'm spending 1200 bucks I'll even want a better room not a premium one but a good to go room. The conditions weren't good not even cleaned, the door was not locking properly and also the services were poor. I hope when I'll visit next the conditions will be better. The hotel is in Ashok Nagar colony of Allahabad, one can book the hotel easily from make my trip , the hotel is spacious and situated at secured location as few JUDGES of Allahabad High court have their home in front of Raka Inn , the hotel offers 24 hour services and has Luxurious room decoration

I really liked this hotel. Rooms are very spacious i found and luxurious, hotel is little old and i think earlier its a kothi. Staff is good and food is also ok. Recommended as a best budgeted stay. Location is only negative point but i think its not a bad location, its a posh residential area.

Best hotel with very spacious rooms, there was Jacuzzi in the room have never seen such big rooms in any of the hotels. Staff are polite and humble, the owners are very dynamic and ready to listen and help the customer .

I appreciate the efforts owners put to help guests to have a great staying experience, everything was well managed and hygenic, they deserves my highest recommendation.

There are different types of rooms as per room size and ambience but all are referred as deluxe rooms. The tariff varies as per the room type. The guys at the reception there are very humble and have great hospitality, they prepared a homely meal for us which I would generally not expect to get in hotels.. I would definitely like to stay there again when I visit Prayagraj in future

Not recommended No facilities,just book n sleep like a rain basera..bathroom selves are broken,the main thing is that property is situated in between a public colony not on road property,if you don't have any personal convince then to reach there is a big task,overall experience was so so niether happy nor justified for what they cost.
