Location is very good Couple friendly. Everything is above good but they take much more time to prepare the orders.

Absolutely pathetic. I ordered dinner (cholle rice roti combo) for my senior citizen parents via Irctc. We never got the food. On calling the restaurant, they said let us check and call you back which they never did. On calling the restaurant repeatedly, there was no answer. My mother is diabetic and the next stop on the train is not for the next 3 hours. So thank you very much Naini coffee house for putting the health of senior citizens at risk. You simply shouldn’t have confirmed the order if you couldn’t deliver. I would have ordered from elsewhere. Do not depend on them to deliver food for your loved ones as they never will.

I have ordered with zoop, Dont order with them, they left me hungry. By saying we are confirming with the restaurant. "DON'T ORDER WITH THEM" The train was almost 20 min delay and I ordered atleast 1 hour before. Surely company is not capable to manage their business. As well Restaurant is not capable.

My father's retirement Lunch was organised here. Their food is nice and the place is hygienic. The Coffee House is situated just above the Patanjali Store in Mevalal Ki bagiya Tiraha in Naini Allahabad.
