No coordination between Manager and staff or whole management is irresponsible in nature and behaviour would be befitting. Items on menu when served are not upto the mark this shows that whatever they prepare and serve customer will have to accept. The portions of the items or meal is less according to their prices. Some items are heavily priced with only a single piece is served. In Madhurima on the night of November 10, I had gone to dinner, we had ordered two thali, when we canceled one thali after 5 minutes and asked to order dosa instead, he said sir dosa is over, that's why he said thali It is expensive and I should not cancel the plate, and 5 minutes after our plate arrived, they served three plates of dosa on the other table, because of this useless service, we felt very bad, please take special care of these things whenever you go. lie to sell their expensive things

This place serves high quality food and ambience of restaurant is quite good. I also liked the fact that the average wait time for food is around 10 minutes (that is quite an achievement as place deals with lot of customers). The price is reasonable as well.

To all those people who think vegetarians don't get to eat delicious food or vegetarians don't really have much options trust me a single visit to Madhurima will change your view. I gave a party here to a friend of mine from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia who is a complete non-vegetarian and had similar mindset. He was really mesmerized by the taste n variety he got here and the visit really changed his perceptions. This is the best restaurant in Lucknow for sure. I have been coming to this place since my childhood and even after so many years I have not found even a single good restaurant that could match Madhurima in terms of taste, quality, service and pricing. There's not even a single dish here that you'll regret ordering be it something that you have already tasted or something that you're trying for the first time. Their staff is really humble and sweet. I have been coming to this place and I'll always be coming to this place. If you are in Lucknow and looking for some real yummy vegetarian food which is not just tasty but also pocket friendly then this is the place to come to. I went to this place today and I am in love with their food, value for money with beautiful interiors. The Staff is Professional and they serve you good, healthy and hygienic food. Quality is worth it and this place is clean enough and much spacious. Restrooms are clean and they also serve you clean and RO Drinking Water.

Deceiving the customers by not sharing the quantity of Combo meal on Zomato. How can one charge 160 for just 1 Aloo Paratha. When asked restaurant about it I was told that it had curd as well.

Worst service worst behaviour of staff. Food is simply waste of money. Not even a single item was bareable. If you find any good review i know it's fake or paid. Quantity too is below average. Prices are too high for the kind of food they serve. Also the kind of soda they using in there chole is extensive and can have health repurcussion.

It is pure veg restaurant. So good option for strictly vegetarian people. The restaurant and sweets shop is adjacent to each other in the same area. There was good eating area for dinner and separate area outside for snacks like dosa, etc. Overall can go for dinner, the staff was helpful. I my view the snacks would be a must go place. Since it is monsoon Ghevar was available in large and small sizes.

Worst Experience ever. Totally ruined my evening with family. Food is tasteless and the worst part is the too slow service even with fewer customer. Staff is way too lazy. Don't even know what to serve when. A simple example, a paneer gravy doesn't have paneer chunks.

After sending review Executives from M&H quickly contacted me and resolve the issue by sending same Rainbow pastry again as complementary .This time taste and freshness of pastry is awesome for which M&H is known .

This was my second visit and this time I tried: Dahi ke kabab- 1* as there was no dahi in the kabab! It was too sweet.. I don't know why they call it Dahi Ke Kabab:( Mashroom Manchurian Dry- 3* mushroom' quality was questionable; taste was okay. A bit spicy! Schezwan Noodles- 4* portion and taste was good! Kadhai Paneer - 3* rich gravy! Rabadi/Rabari - 5* Missi roti and tandoori roti! Parking: Madhurima does not have a parking space! Street parking is available around the outlet and flyover!

I have been here in evening for a quick snack bite with tea. The location of the restaurant is good although there are only road side parkings available. There is a designated attendee to help you with parking. There is a Banquet, hotel, restaurant, bakery and sweet shop in the same premises. I visited the place and had 27 deluxe thali parceled to my office the food was nice and the cost of the thali was ₹260+ 5%gst if you require a company bill. The food is good but the parcel system could be a little faster so as the food is still hot enough. Otherwise every thing is fantastic.
