Either the AC's don't work or the people working there the trainers switch it off... The trainers aren't helpful... The trainers keep asking for money and I don't even know how they are certified they don't even know any good exercises... And lastly the songs oh god... Bhojpuri... Or bihari whatever they are...

Well I have been working out here from last two years , and one thing I must say you can't get any better gym at this price in Kareli. There's enough equipment and space to workout and best part is the trainers , they are so friendly and approachable that you won't have any problem in your workout. Really a great place to stay fit.

If gym is a perso then the trainer is its heart ..the trainer here is awsome who is not at all dependent on the machines and takes personal interest in each n every member ...Badar Sir rocks !!!!

Sehat Ghar Gym. No doubt one of the best gym and trainers like amir sir and sourabh sir both are amazing. As well as place is well Maintened and yes within 3 weeks I have lost my 3 kg. Thank you Sehat Ghar Gym 🏋🚴💪

The location of the gym is easy , easy to reach, but non certified trainers are here , the atmosphere of the gym is quiet unhealthy , people doesn't come with proper gym track , no restriction for gym wear and other gym equipment people can come here in their casual wear 😅, people can workout here without shoes , without towel. No proper cleaning , gyming machine and equipment are unserviced.
