Dr. Kritika Aggarwal and all her pawns are just running a hotel that charges 10-20k just to keep a patient there for as long as possible and then force a discharge when they screw the case. My father lost his battle with covid due to sheer negligence from the doctors. They kept blaming him for not cooperating, didn’t give him glucose while he wont eat food, charged and kept us waiting for 3 days a test result that never happened. They charged us 15 for a bed that was 10k. No reports, no further procedures, nothing was in place. It’s just a scam! This review is just the beginning. If you are reading this, even set your foot into this hospital. You’ll probably save a precious life that means nothing to these leeches!

This hospital is total scam and fraudulent. They charge for tests they don't do. They don't attend to the patient when needed and are inhumane. They worsened the case of my friend's father and forced us to take him away from the hospital when he was in the most critical of stages. They have zero ownership or any values to be dedicated, noble frontline workers which the nation requires. They mistreated him to the point he begged us to take him out of that hospital. There was zero improvement in uncle's case and they have no specialists to attend to something as life threatening as Covid-19. It kills me to say this but we lost on 21st May. This is all because of a hospital which thinks it can cheat people because it may be considering that most people who come there aren't educated enough to know when they're being cheated. I would beg you to not take your loved ones or anyone for that matter to this hospital as they will only scam you and cheat you and not give a damn about life or death.

Doctors are very careless about their duties. if some one has need to access the doctors around 6 o click then he /she waits till 10 'o' clock . If timing are around 8'o' clock doctor will come 9:30, then will go to round. Pathetic doctors will treat private hospital as government hospital. Specially child specialist. Every staff member will give you different timing some one will tell 8 o clock and someone 9 o cLock.

Doctors behaviour are very nice and friendly. Dr. Niraj Agrawal is very clear to tell about the actual conditions of his patients.Cleaning is good.. staff behaviour is nice. Admin incharge have good knowledge of her roles and responsibilities. She is strict towards her duties. Yeahh i can say treatment is expensive here. But if your patient will go home with you after fully cured then you will not mind about it.

With Grace of God and Care of Doctors My grandfather was diagnosed with Covid-19 on 16th of September 2020. He being 92 years of age, we were worried about his health. Pros Doctors and staff are supportive..decent cleanliness and hygiene.. TPA assistance (insurance and claims) was good.. Cons Noisy hallways..staff keeps making a lot of noise even during night hours..pretty disturbing for patients..late night announcements on speakers don't help either.. ACs in private rooms are not remote controlled ones.. So you have to climb and stand on the bed to manage the settings through the embedded panel..

I had very bad experience in 2013 when I have admitted my mother. However, could not give review thinking as my first experience. During Holi time in 18th March 2022 my son was not feeling well and had loose motion and vomiting. I called to hospital number and asked for paediatrician but due to festival season junior dr was there and they said cone down for emergency case, when ai reached hospital and saw dr he was literally not looking dr on appearance. I thought I may be wrong and when he spoke he started 'ka problem ahay' I replied about my son health and asked are you dr? He said ha hamai hai dr koi shaq i said no and without asking any issues further he asked private ward leba ya general leba.. I really pished off the way he was talking and thought surely he is not dr probably he is acting as a dr but again i confirmed from other staff and they said he is only dr available. I ignored this and went ahead and took private room and when I asked sanitizer they even didn't have it in the hospital ... i thought I don't need to compromise with my son health with these people and started on another hospital hunt and reached Nazareth, here at least I got junior who asked few things which a dr should ask and I felt better that I am on right place at least. This is my experience not saying everyone would have face this but this is surely another face of hospital ... keeping staff who don't know how to talk and during pandemic thy don't even use basic atticates.

Accelent facilities last year I got my mon admitted and she has recovered drastically. And again I admitted my wife for delivery. Over all experience is good, doc and all staff are good. Facilities available for all kind or treatment.

It is the most irresponsible hospital in civil lines. The doctors do not attend to the patients and are nowhere to be seen. Been almost half an hour since we called for an emergency doctor but nobody responded. Very dissatisfied with the services. Still cleaning the hospital at 9:25. Very unhygienic environment. In the month of September 2020, when doctor from Najreth hospital referred for RTPCR of Covid-19 testing. Vatsalya hospital gave 2 different bills. One for testing and another one for consultation by Dr. Neeraj Agrawal. Even though we never saw the doctor's face. Why the consultation fees was required if Najreth doctor already prescribed for the test? The healthcare has a poor condition in the city where private hospitals focus on making money... Must appreciate the government testing infrastructure and the quality of government hospitals like SRN and the doctors there playing god's role by saving lives selflessly.
