Joined subscribed with a years package. Soon as the first week ended I intimated the gym management that i would not be able to continue due to some personal problems and reasons & along with that i asked them to genuinely deduct a months charge from my subscription fee & kindly refund me the balance. It was okay then with an answer "that we'll see to it" which seemed promising then. As the month ended i approached the management again fr a fair call to my timely intimation but they again crushed the conversation by saying okay we'll see to it. Month of December I couldn't go as i had informed of the management earlier with the request for refund but now when i had to personally call and request the director there Mrs. Archna Agarwal, she bluntly with profound rudeness denied of any such refund policy at all and said that she will not refund the balance at all. Owing to such disappointment I had to write a comment which makes me sad. Allahabad is a small town as she told me over the phone, little does ma'am realise of the adverse effects it would cost on her own gym. SO BASICALLY I'M DENIED OF MY OWN BALANCE AMOUNT OF SUBSCRIPTION AT THE GYM AFTER WORKING OUT FOR JUST ONE MONTH, WHEN I HAD EVEN GIVEN THEM A CLEAR INTIMATION AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF GYM ITSELF. MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED !!!

I've heard bad reviews regarding the policies. Unethical to retain a customers money n force upon the customers irrational policies.

Its the best gym in the city with high tech machines and highly experienced trainers! Really loved the ambience and overall experince is very good. Newly introduced cross-fit area which I have not seen in any gym of Allahabad till yet! Thanks a lot for making me fit :) good job.
