I had a big accident in which my mother died on the spot. After the accident, I started thinking a lot and I was like in trauma. And overthinking became the cause of my illness. Then, my wellwisher suggested me to do meditation. Then I searched meditation classes on google then I found Heartfulness Lounge. Then I went here on the first day and met my Mam, she told me about the classes. I thought that there will be fees here, then I asked about the fees, then mam said that there will be no fees here and I liked it the most. Then I attended classes and followed the routine and due to meditation my overthinking stopped and the concentration level in studies also increased a lot. This place is best for meditation and teachers here are also very good. Teacher’s guidance is like parents and I am not saying this because I don’t have parents. If you go to the lounge, then by the way they talk and care, you yourself will know that they guide us like parents. This place is very good in reality, if anyone goes here, he will automatically get cured and will be happy.☺️Everyone must visit here♥️
