Reliance trends mall is located in civillines allahabad near subhash chauraha. It's one stop mall for everything like clothes for men,women,kids and electronics gadgets and home appliances and shoes. It's neat and clean shopping mall and they maintain good hygiene and also they follow all the covid measures properly. Staff behaviour is very nice and they all are well mannered. You will find alot of brands for clothes. The range and variety is good and you will get your choice of clothes here easily. On the upper floor there is electronics segment where you will get TV,Fridge, camera, smartphone, air conditioner etc. of different brands. Full range is available here. And after all this there is also basement where you will get the shoe department where you will have options of puma,sketchers, woodland and many more options for shoes and slippers. Top floor of this mall has gold's gym in case you are fitness freak you can visit there also as it's one of the best gym in the city. Overall its very nice mall with proper parking place for your vehicle and hassle-free shopping with good range and availability of your required items. From my side it's a thumbs up for this shopping mall.

Good place for shopping. Best if you have coupons and offers otherwise the cost is not budget friendly. It has footwears also. Overall this place has everything you need.

They wouldn't accept any of your vouchers and most of the time their payment modes has some issues and it is the most time consuming activity here and staff here is not at all helpful instead they will not tell you whatever you ask and redirect you to customer services.

It used to be a nice place, but now they have the same stock of clothes even after you visit there after 4-5 months. The AC is off since years which makes the place so suffocating in these times that you would drain all your day's sweat without even working out. Not a recommended place to visit unless they get the AC repaired and replenish their stock with some good stuff.

Worst experience ever as the air conditioning has INTENTIONALLY been not repaired. So many people breathing the same air with no sort of cooling involved it becomes insanely humid and hot. Feel sorry for all the employees who have to suffer through it for work. 5 If you can tolerate the heat then you could probably get some deals but honestly not worth the suffering through it. As long as the sales stay high the QAr conditioning will never get fixed.

The store is not good enough in collection. Store name is 'Trends' but not in collection. Apparels is so old. I don't know why after pandemic most of the store had running out the trending collection. Prices are high and quality is not good as Price. Reliance foodprit is also located in first floor of the Trends this is also not gives good experience. Footwear attended and other staff have no idea what they are doing.

Feels like fish market, very congested place, only technical items are good I don't know how people buy clothes, clothes are spread everywhere.

Good variety of apparels along with reliance digital on the first floor ,the best part of this store is having a good parking space as it is difficult to find parking place at civil lines This time I even saw reliance jewellery in the same store this was something different for me and you can always get discount at trends

Located at a hub of clothing stores, this one boasts a huge stock. But maybe because of space constraints or lack of a good visual merchandiser, the arrangement and presentation is severely lacking. It is difficult to locate or choose because of this and also definitely makes the interiors look very hodgepodge.

It is a very nice store here there are many companies of shoes and slippers and there are many types of variety, the showroom is very well kept and good facilities are provided here.

They have got all kind of collections you have to search for the offers, all offers aren't applicable on every brand. Over decent place to buy clothes.

If you want a single store for your multiple clothing needs this is the place for you. Ethnic, western, casuals everything available under one roof. They have very good offers almost always. Staff is very helpful polite and well mannered. Only thing which I found lacking is variety in design if you have to purchase gown you will have but options are limited may be this is because they want to keep everything under one roof but when it comes to styling designs and variety do matters.

Nice place to shop but be careful at the time of checking out and count you products purchased and handed over to you. I am say this just because of my few experiences that everytime when I visited i faced such issues on the billing counter. Please maintain the ethics in you staff for being loyal to the customers and little more responsible.

There is a lot of manpower but the service is very bad, it takes a lot of time for billing. Delivery is also very late service Discount remains even then they remove it here and there

The person who is sitting at customer service desk his behaviour was too rude.. i purchase some cloth from trends(near DHEYA IAS)which is at civil line.. but due to fitting issue i came here(trends reliance showroom civil line) for exchange but he rudley said to me that exchange your cloth from specific trends showroom from where you bought.

Service is good and they have various brands inhouse. Charges are as per brand you go for but discounts are given as per availability after the first shopping. Very cooperative staff.

Its ok for casual clothing. They have huge collection for this but if u r going for something unique n style portion,then its not a place for u.staff is attitude is good

Earlier this store qas good and now it looks like they have dumped items there. I mostly prefer to buy from trends as they are giving good discounts but now they are on down trends.I hope they will improve quality of their store in Prayagraj.

Terrible is the word. Their AC is off every single time I have visited since over 8 months now. The person at billing (I am not mentioning his name) is very very rude and literally misbehaves at the counter. It’s more shocking that his manager stands behind without even correcting this guy. Many of the items we wanted did not even get billed saying that it’s not registered in their system. If they can’t bill, why even put on display.

Collection is good but AC never works properly and there is always too much rush.Changing rooms have long queue. The clothes are not kept in proper organized way.

This place is in the middle of civil lines prayagraj and famous for Reliance Mall,where you can purchase clothes, jwellery items and electronics items i.e. mobile phone, washing machine,printer aircondition etc at all brands at reasonable rates and discounts coupon also available here for purchasing clothes.parking area is large and 30 Rs. rates for four wheelers parking duration 03 hour's.

The AC cooling was switched off creating a suffocating and very humid atmosphere inside the store. The staff was efficient and payment was speedy despite the long queue. A decent range of budget friendly apparels available here.

Reliance Trend is a multipurpose cloth shop, here almost all brands of clothes are available and there is almost reasonable discount, coupons are also available and the staff is also here Right now it is very good if you do not have any side effects If it has been, then immediately after finding the size of the same color, the staff here gives it, here jewelry is also respected, it is located in Civil Lines.
