Arrogant
and
concluded

Stern

Rude
Behaviour.
After
some
friends
Reviewed
about
them
The
Management
is
consistently
Crying
a
song
that"Guests
and
hosts
were
drunk."
They
cannot
prove
a
single
instance
where
guest
and
hosts
were
Consuming
Alcohol
in
their
Premises
nor
any
event
where
Guest
Or
Host
Collided
with
the
Management.
Issue
was
created
when
my
friend
was
welcoming
his
Guest
,the
Ownership
continously
forced
him
three
four
times
to
pay
the
remaining
amount
in
due
course(
which
was
paid
instantly)
My
friend
Booked
for
the
event
Through
a
Reliable
source(
In
which
manager
said
"
Ghar
ki
bat
hai
paise
ka
koi
issue
nahi
hai"
Abhi
kuch
advance
kar
dijiye
Baaki
party
ke
baad
ho
jayega.
And
he
went
Reciprocated
to
his
statement
as
the
Party
initiated.
Issue
was
completely
Related
to
Pay
the
Dues,
in
fact
my
friend
told
me
that
he
went
to
pay
the
remaining
amount
on
the
day
of
event
in
the
afternoon,
but
there
was
no
one
to
entertain
him
at
the
Reception.
Alas
if
you
Go
after
9
pm
to
the
Restaurant,
their
staff
are
drunk(in
frustration)and
misbehaved
and
consistently
asking
for
Tip.
So

if
you

Planning
for
Event
then
Go
for
a
Place
which
have
Polite
and
Humble
Staff
and
proper
Hotel
Management
Trainee
included
in
their
Working
Horizon.

a

like

that
Mr.
Anwar's
irresponsible
attitude
caused
the
trouble.
He
should've
asked
politely
for

payment,
we
were
there
to
pay
you
after
the
party(As
Mr
Anwar
asked
me
to
do
10
days
prior),
His
arrogancy
and
ruthless
behaviour
incited
my
friend
to
speak
in
a
louder
way(for
which
you
are
referring
him
drunk
as
you've
no
option
to
defend
Anwar)and
when
they
went
to
owner
to
complain
about
him,
Even
He
did
not
Ascertained
his
fault
That
went
surprising
for
them.
You
should
train
your
staff
to
stand
on
their
words
pre-booking
and
Post-booking.
And
avoid
doing
Hypocrisy
with
customer(By
inveigling
him
so
he
can
book
your
banquet).
