Its a holy place. Very auspicious venue. One of mostsought after pilgrimage of the most populated country, India 🇮🇳 Very high significance scientifically and most importantly spiritually too. Particular planetary positioning including sun 🌞 , other stars along with the mixing of the greatest rivers Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati; makes it a very energy centric point. Now, one can imagine the significance. If taken bath during this period, one can achieve very healthy body and mind, and strive on the path of salvation.

We can't describe the felling of seeing the Sangam for the first time. Felt so blessed to visit this holy Sangam of three great Rivers. The commercial interest of people involved is quite high in Prayag raj when it comes to Sangam. It all starts from the moment you check in a lodge or hotel till you finish your bath in the holy Sangam.the auto people will drop you at Akbar Fort Ghat for that he will charge very nominal amount ,for us it was only Rs.100/- from railway station to Sangam.from there you can reach Sangam only by a boat that's what they said and we had to bargain hard for twenty minutes for Rs.800/- for 5 adults and 4 kids. They ask per person from 350/- to 800/- depending upon the looks of the people. We took boat ride from Fort Ghat, up to the Sangam and there again we have to pay another boat Rs.20 per each person. The interesting thing about all this is we can walk up to Sangam on foot without the need of either of the boats. Which was very disappointing. In such a holy place they should put up sign boards guiding people on such things. Any way it is very holy for any Hindu to take a bath in Holy Sangam. I was very lucky to take it. Always remember it.

Here is the confluence of the three rivers Gangaji Jamuna and Saraswati. The water of Ganga ji and Jamuna ji is visible while the water of Saraswati is not visible. The water of the Saraswati ji is visible from the water. The scene here is very beautiful.

Very amazing view of the mergance of Yamuna into holy Ganga is visible here and they take you from the boat to the point in the river flowing where You can easily see the mergance of yamuna into ganga and people take some dips in the holy river here. Very safe in sense of drowning. No one even if he/she wanted to drown, one cannot. The place there has Enormous amount of sand below the river, so it doesn't hurt ..like dome other ghats ...the stones and rocks hurts on the foot. OVERALL VERY NICE EXPERIENCE.

Excellent place of worshipping River Trinity. An ancient valued place since ages. Ganga is well known for salvation. It's well said in ancient texts- Reva tate tapam kuryat, maranam janhavi tate. It's developed in a nice way. At Triveni Sangam, the Ganges and the Yamuna can be identified by their different colours – the water of the Ganges is clear while that of the Yamuna is greenish in colour. The third river, the mythical Saraswati, is called invisible.

The place where 3 rives meet & mix up to form the holy River Ganga. The site of the two rives mixing can only be seen as the river Saraswathi mixes with these underneath which can't be seen. But the mixture of the 2 rives can be seen very clearly & it's a joy to the eye. Most of the people come here to take a dip in the holy water.

It's a lovely and memorable place where Ganga ji, Saraswati ji, Yamuna ji meet. Red Fort also situated here. It's a beautiful place where you can take a lot of selfie and see the sun rising in sky in morning and raising down in evening. Place where you can take snan(bath) . If you sit hare at corner of ganga ji you heart feel very good

Divya Kumbh, Bhavya Kumbh 2019, this is the Kumbh Mela place which host about 5 million pilgrims once in every 12 years. This is the place where Three Major Rivers (Ganga, Yamuna, and Sharashwati) of India meet each other and makes it "Sangam" This year's Kumbh (starting from 15th January 2019 to 4th March 2019) was well managed in terms of Cleanliness, Accommodation, separate food zone and various Akhada of sages. Kudos to Uttar Pradesh Govt. And Administration for commendable job during Mela.

The holy Triveni Sangam is the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. All three rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati are highly revered rivers in Indian mythology, and hence the confluence point of these rivers hold tremendous religious importance. According to Hindu mythology, taking a bath in the holy Triveni Sangam is supposed to flush away all the sins and free you from the cycle of rebirth. Moreover, the Sangam itself is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The brownish Ganga meeting the slightly greenish Yamuna is indeed a sight to behold. Every 12 years a great Kumbh Mela held here. Kumbh Mela is the tradition and culture of India. There is cleanfiness werywhere in the kumbh. And thousands of sweepers is present everywhere in the Mela. Police and paramilitary forces has also engaged here. So that there are no traffic jams and crowdes anywhere in the fair. Here boats are everynhere at the bank of sangam. Millians of devotees across the world visited this sacred place. Holy people "sadhug and sadhvis from worldwide places stayed here for the whole kumbh Mela duratian . Amazing lifetime spiritual experiance and zlimpse of great indian culture and ancient tradition. All facilities and management were just outstanding.

This is most visited place in Prayagraj. It is basically the confluence of India's Two Holy Rivers - Ganga & Yamuna. So one can actually see the different color water from the two rivers from this ghat. The Ghat is Colourful and has many Wall Paintings of Stories from Ramayan & Mahabharat. As it is always crowded, you will find it to be messy cz many rituals are performed and ppl come here to have a dip in the holy water. Pooja related rituals and the waste is thrown in the water making the water full of waste garbage. The Ghat has many vendors and the lane is very small. There is a Hanuman ji Temple in which the Idol os huge and Hanuman ji is lying down. Due to Floods I couldn't not witness it as it was submerged in the water. There are boat roarers that will take you the sangam but it can be seen from far. Make sure you visit the place early in the morning. Cycle and Rickshaws know the place well. What i loved about the ghat are the beautiful wall paintings !
