*NOT WORTH TO BE NAMED AS INTERNATIONAL* You can look for better hotels with the same price range. Absolutely not worth even half the price we paid. There were flying ants in our room, along with bugs and God only knows what other insects. The toilet in our bathroom had yellow stains, and when we asked someone to clean it up, a boy showed up and refused to do so, saying that the stains won't go. We had to ask multiple times for him to clean it. When he left, the whole floor was soapy. Not only this, but the seat of the toilet wasn't fixed to the bowl. The sink is open and there is some brown algae growing out of the drain as shown in the photo. I don't know if they replace, or even clean the sheets as there are some mysterious stains on it, absolutely disgusting. The kettle that they have provided us was rusted, and when we asked for another one, the replacement wasn't working and they never got back to us even after we told them. The floors are DIRTY. If you dare to look behind any furniture, you'll be disgusted. Frequent power cuts, and sometimes the power switch outside the room will trip and the guest has to check what is happening and switch the power back on. The breakfast tastes stale and unhygienic. Absolutely DO NOT eat here! When we called the owner about our complaints, he just told us to pay the money. He does not seem interested in improving the quality of the hotel at all. And also When water bottle was ordered we got an unsealed and opened bisleri bottle which we didn't use And the A/C was not working properly and we couldn't sleep properly He just wants to provide the minimum possible services with the cheap quality and charge exorbitant rates! Horrible. I hope no one else experiences what we went through at this hotel.

Starting from front desk where staff is extremely polite and helpful, then moving to the rooms which were spacious and with decent interiors. Responsive staff where it is hospitality or reception, decent bathrooms. The pros are the location (heart of the city) and the price, this is the best hotel with this range in Prayagraj. This hotel is my go to stay in prayagraj.

I booked my rooms via Agoda, also called and confirmed my booking pre-arrival. After reaching the hotel, receptionist informed me they do not have my booking as they no longer work with Agoda and asked me to contact them instead. My family was tired so I ended up paying *2wice for the rooms. Absolutely not a single apology! Rooms are horrible. Bed sheets are dirty, wall corners are filthy, bathroom shower broken, bathroom mats disgusting, no towels, no kettle, mosquito nibbled all night and the list goes on. I’m never coming back to this hotel again neither going to recommend it anyone. 1 star for the very active and helpful Dheeraj who is a room service staff. Two words - STAY AWAY.

Hotel is a ok ok hotel, can’t call it a 3 star in any angle. They don’t give water bottles , Breakfast is pathetic , 2 idly and bread toast , they charged me 250rs for breakfast which is the worst that I ever had. Reception discussions are Non professional. The blankets and towels are not washed , families should avoid this hotel. It is highly prices for the facilities they provide.

Room were clean and good, lift facility is there, food quality was OK, selected items (tea/ paratha/ toast/ fruit) in complimentary breakfast, rest on paid basis.

NOTE: no restaurant service allowed in room like lunch or dinner only tea coffee. Night staff have very less interested in good hospitality. Overall a Average choice for budget stay up to 3000. Special suited for people visiting High court for official purposes, walking distance from here of 10_15 mints.

To stay for night to relax in long road it's good to stay ...hotel parking is open but ok as in hotel lobby front....rooms are small but ok for 2 as for relaxing u need good bed and washroom which was good.....I paid 1500 through oyo...so that good in that much....don't have electric kettle in room so tea lovers carry ur own😋

Worst experience they are taking whole room charge before check in and when you check in the room and you have any issue regarding any thing like tv not working and all, They clearly said sir today it's not possible tomorrow will resolve the issue means they know you stay is for one day and tomorrow you will check out. You pay super deluxe but unfortunately the service you recieved is zero even you feel cheated i am 100% sure.

Everything is good , only the staff could be a bit well dressed and a bit of deep cleaning is required in the bathroom area and if possible please recharge the tata sky once the guest has checked in , else just remove it from the rooms. Recommended and sure to visit again . The location is good. The staff and management are good, understanding and well mannered . It could be a more better experience if packaged drinking water a litre per room per 24 hrs be provided as prescribed by the standard law and the breakfast be at a reasonable price (as 200 per head for it is too much) or free for guests.

What a delightful day at Vitthal International. The kitchen service was good, well cooked food. There was enough parking space. It's winter time and we got the in-house blower that has helped to ease the stay. Overall Good Stay. #recommended #hotel #prayagraj @allahabad

While the property itself is decent, I must express my disappointment with the service provided. During breakfast, it was disheartening to observe that the staff seemed disinterested in attending to the guests. In fact, it appeared that those seated behind me (hotel team) were receiving better treatment than the customers. This left me with a sense of neglect and frustration. Moreover, I found the cost of the stay to be considerably high in comparison to the level of service provided. It's essential for guests to feel that they are receiving value for the money they invest in their stay. One aspect that particularly caught my attention was the mention of a buffet, yet the actual offering was limited to only two items – paratha and idli. This falls significantly short of what is generally expected from a buffet spread.

Hotel has good, neat and clean atmosphere. And staff correspondence and behaviour is pretty nice. And the taste of meals is brilliant comparing to others hotel. 😊😊😊

Now doubt the location was much much better. We just celebrated my parents 25th weeding anniversary the service is just mindblowing and the taste of every food items was so much delicious. Even our guests are so much happy to see the arrangements. All the things are just top class means no one can take out any fault from any where. I'm so thankful to 'pandya uncle' and his team.

The hotel had a good location. But both the managers at the reception Miss Siddique and Mr Akash behaved very badly with me and they are not even bothered about the room cleanliness, food orders, and other guest demands.The room was not made , lunch did not come even after ordering, and if we complain then they start arguing and ignoring the room services rather than apologising,Worst behaviour ever seen of the staff in this hotel. Owners please replace your staff coz you have nice chefs n lower ground staff even the night manager was decent .

The hotel is located in a perfect location, everything is nearby whereas Sangam is a bit far away but you'll find ola and uber in the city. Rickshaw waala takes 150-200 rs if traveling during Kumbh as the sangam area gets a bit rushed. Hotel staff is cooperative and polite so as the whole city.

I am actually going be point the dislikes below : * Parking is not private in hotel, it was free as there was a free space because of market so they don’t have any private parking dedicated by hotels. * They don’t give you water bottle, they provide aro water which is not at all taste good, you have to buy water if you want to have clean and fresh water. * When we enter into room towels are not there, I told them to provide then they didn’t provide at night after requesting many times they given us a towel but that is also not fresh there was a whole in it. * We booked our room from AGODA..first time and the experience is worst than ever. * don’t book the room here, this the only suggestion of mine.. rest your risk and experience.

Location is good but, the room service could be better ... Every time you come into the room, you need to adjust some switch outside to get the room lights to work ... It was difficult to figure out how to get the geyser to work...

The hotel is top notch and has premium facilities. We had a family gathering there. Everything right from the room quality to food and the room service, was just near perfect. The hotel is close to the main road and the market is accessible but it's also quiet, there's no noise at all. Mr. Ratnesh at the front desk was very helpful,as was the staff. Excellent stay.

Go with online deals! I had reserved the hotel by calling them for 3k. I had asked for early check-in and they mentioned it would allocated if available. After reaching at 8.30am in the morning they started asking questions with whom I spoke, early check-in is not feasible etc. I had to pay 500 extra to check-in even when multiple rooms were available. So better go for online deals with better prices rather than contacting hotel as they don't help.

Room is neat and clean and spacious too. Had no problem to check in and stay as well. It is located at one of the best places of Allahabad so did not have any issues related to transportation and shopping. Food at the hotel is tasty but a little on the higher side. After all i felt safe and had a wonderful stay.

We loved the Hotel Vithhal International - the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room for with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff specially (Mr Yuvraj) from front office supervisor . Our room had all of the conveniences and my friend loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!😊

This is Oyo property, located in pose are Civil Lines very near to Railway Station. Our check in wasn’t smooth, however rooms are tidy.. Room service is good. Breakfast has only few options.. Overall good hotel for official / single visit..
