Variety are very vast and have good design from the market. They provide authentic product as it is Tata brand which is trusted by large number of people. The staffs are polite and soft spoken. Faced some issue one should be careful of. I went to buy a gold ring. I went on 25 Dec 2022 the gold rate was approx 55,000 per 10 grams (24 Carat) in the market/Google but, at Tanishq the rate was as follows: - 1. 24K - 60,000 2. 22K - 55,000 3. 18K - 50,000 Above all values are approximate. I don't know why they are charging more of same carat of gold from the market. They are taking minimum 10% making charge. GST is 3% which is common all over the market for gold.

My shopping experience with Tanishq was absolutely delightful. The staff member Mitali was very sweet and patient to help me choose my jewelry. She was cooperative and enthusiastic throughout the process. Great experience.🌹

The reason I'm giving 1 rating to Allahabad Tanishq store because they are fraud. They have been looting innocent middle class customers like me, my sister and mother by giving us gold rate Rs 5000 expensive than cities like Varanasi and Lucknow. Apparently Tanishq offers different gold rate in different cities, which can be understandable. However, I'm unable to understand the huge difference(~5000) that Allahabad store is providing. After enquiring about this floor manager Sachin said I can not do anything about this, this is the price we are getting from Bangalore HQ. Well my question is why such difference? and people should know that they are not only paying high making charges but also a huge gold rate.

Best place for buying jewellery in allahabad, got lot of designs for every kind of jewellery and at a very prime location. Parking space is also good, not huge but decent. Gets a little overcrowded on special occasions but that's the market. Follows all the covid norms and the staff is also very helpful.

They are overcharging by almost 4000 per 10 gram on 24karat gold price ,dated 22 October 2022.On asking staff who were present at store, they have answers without any logical reason for this price difference and refusing to discuss on this query. Too much disappointing experience, certainly this particular store letting down the brand value of TATA. It looks like most of the high ratings and reviews are paid reviews . It's better to compare gold prices before blindly trusting Tanishq Brand.

First a representative came and showed 4 items and left After waiting for a long time , another representative-Neha Tiwari came and showed us 2 items I told her my specifications but she said she doesn't have I showed her one of the items on display and asked her to show more of the kind. Again I got the answer that she doesn't have. Clearly she wasn't interested in showing me the bangles unless the store really doesn't have even the basic requirements.Pathrtic service.
