They are extremely competent, meticulous, and skilled in dentistry and patient care. Over the years, I have had fillings, crowns and cleanings. All done without any problem or stress. This includes work done for my mother, father and sibling. They also make use of the latest technology to enhance services. From my experiences Maruti dental clinic is a finest clinic for orthodontist. Specially Maruti sir is very kind and generous personality in the case of handling the patient and there related treatment. Also the staff are very cooperative. The most important is the fees and all is very appropriate and affordable with fix rate and total transpiracy.

The doctors provide the best possible treatment, even severe cases are very well dealt. My father receives his treatment from Dr. Siddharth and has had no complaints whatsoever.Been a patient of orthodontics, my Doctor being Dr. Namrata. Had a terrible experience here with Dr. Narmata and Dr. Siddharth, they were unprofessional, rude, and charged excessively. When my mother started facing issues just after one month of the treatment , instead of talking nicely or solving the issues, they mistreated, abused my mother and kicked her out. Avoid this clinic, terrible service, and disrespectful staff. Many police complaint has been filed against them. They are just taking advantage of CGHS patients and fooling them. God will never forgive them, they and their children will certainly suffer badly in their life. They made cry so money people. This clinic will shut down soon forever.

We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Namrata and her staff. My neighbour was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Namrata was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Namrata is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Meena and her staff for kids and adults.

Dr Siddharth is very good dentist and very humble person. He is very understanding and listens to your concerns. 5 members in my family/relative consult with him and totally satisfied . Very impressed with overall Experience. I highly recommend this clinic.

Very well trained staff and doctors. Cleanliness is very well taken care off. I visited Dr. Namrata for removal of my retainers, although my primary treatment was done at Delhi, but she was kind enough to take my case and complete my orthodontic treatment.

This is the best clinic for Dental related issues. I had some pain in the month and Dr. Narmatha had given me best treatment and no I am pain free. Highly recommended to anyone.

Excellent doctor duo..! Very thorough and caring. Earlier I was a bit afraid of the procedures of the RCT but Dr.Namrata Jaiswal was very sensitive to my fears and went extra mile to make me feel comfortable. She's like this with all her patients. Love her!

Worst experience!! They don't pay attention to patients much and by any chance if you are a pensioner going via CGHS they will treat you like beggars like they aren't getting paid by CGHS. My mother was told by Governemnt hospital dentist, a private dentist and junior doc at Maruti that she needs to get a teeth removed and RCT for three other teeth. But the senior doc at Maruti said she only needs removal of teeth and no RCT needed. For removal she was asked to come again on another date on multiple occasion even when we had prior appointment.when we confronted them they agreed for removal on a certain date.Above all they didn't cleaned the wound after removal. When my mother had pain for days she called to make an appointment then she was asked to come and get it cleaned. Before that no intimation or advise was given for another visit. Imagine if she took it lightly and never called them, she still might be suffering with an infection because these people don't have a duty to inform. Pathetic experience!!

Recently done with restoration process with this clinic. Overall good but still feeling uncomfortable after restoration. Waiting for adjustment in bite. I hope doctors will have some solution about this

One of the best dental clinic in Prayagraj, both the doctors Namrata ma'am and Siddharth sir are doing commendable job. Completely reliable surgeons, more power to them.

Dr Siddhartha and his wife, they both have no basic etiquette how to talk with their patient. She insulted a 55 year old women in front of my eyes, when she was crying with pain. Both doctors charged more than 80,000 for her treatment, and provided guaranteed for three years atleast. As a result, when she came back to the clinic after a year with full of pain, both dr Siddharth and his wife insulted her and kicked her out from the clinic. I was very shocked by their behaviour. I cant even imagine, a doctor who has such a noble profession can behave like this. The doctor, not just misbehaved, but also harassed that 55 year old women, who was alone, poor, helpless and a widow. I still cant forget doctor's words, when he kept shouted on that old women - "BHAGO ISKO, BHAGO ISKO". Its very shameful, a doctor said these things to their patients, but not helping to get rid of their pain.

Doctor is very nice...but the one who did the cap fitting grinded my other teeth and now after 5 months that teeth became sensitive....I am very unhappy by that

Zero knowledge or you can say they are working for money. I got my Root canal and capping done from this place in 2020. Doctor’s name was Siddharth Jaiswal. At that point of time he was being very polite but 8 months after, the cap got demolished and it broke, because of the wrong capping, the pain started all over again. Recently when i went for another treatment in Bangalore. My dentist said that the capping was not done correctly because of which it has created an infection. (This doctor will call you multiple times so that he earns at every appointment.) I also called Maruti to get my details about the treatment but they said that they will not provide any details online. Overall : A BIG ZERO FOR KNOWLEDGE A BIG ZERO FOR HANDLING THE INFRASTRUCTURE A BIG ZERO FOR NOT MAINTAINING THE RECORDS OF OLD PATIENTS AND A BIG ZERO FOR ETHICS In the world full of technology, he is unable to handle the records of patient well enough. Suggestion : I GUESS HE SHOULD START DOING SOMETHING ELSE AS THIS DOESN’T SEEM TO BE HIS MAIN STREAMLINE. THE NEXT TIME IF ANYONE GOES THERE PLEASE CONFIRM WEATHER THE CERTIFICATES HE HAS PUT AND THE MEDALS HE HAS PUT IN HIS CLINIC ARE REALLY OWNED BY HIM OR NOT. Will update this review with the medical records once i get from my new dentist to show case what he diagnosed and what Dentist Siddharth Jaiswal did. PS : You might find many paid reviews above but this might help you to choose the best for your teeth as this whole clinic is nothing more than a trap to earn money. Also giving the rating as 1 because google doesn't allow giving the rating in either 0 or negatives. Otherwise this place is a big zero.
