Staff behaviour is very bad they are completely unprofessional. Also don't fall for the 5 star ratings at the time of checkout they start shamelessly begging you to write a review for them. Happened with multiple people in front of me who were not happy with the services but they have given 5 star just to get rid of them at the time.

Writing this review after continuous harassment that I faced for treatment of my mother. Below are the issues that I faced: 1. Multiple postponements: It has been a month since a date is assigned for cataract surgery, and they cancel it at the last moment, and it happened four times. They don’t have respect for patients’ time. 2. Asking for Security Deposit If you have insurance policy and want to go for cashless. But still they will ask for security deposit (9000 in my case). 3. Delay in filing for Claims: They take 3-4 days just to file claim 4. Lack of Clarity: Hospital staff lacks clarity when it comes to providing information to the patient in laymen's terms. They don’t explain things in detail to the patient. If you ask a question, you will have the same answer. 5. Unprofessional and none takes accountability here The staff is very confused and unprofessional. They say something first and after some time say something else. Even the doctor talked rudely to my mother during while check-up. Lastly, do not go for ratings. They will beg you to rate 5 stars regardless how your experience have been. UPDATE : After escalations to Gurgaon team, I was referred to Juhi Kalan branch and surgery happened on 25th Jan'22. It has been two weeks since I am asking them to share the bills (Payment was done thru insurance cashless transaction) and every time they say that they will share over mail next day. (DONT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO WANTS TREATMENT THROUGH INSURANCE CLAIMS).

I had a wonderful experience at Eye-Q.The doctors and the staff were very competent and dedicated towards their job. My routine eye checkup is successful within no waiting time and a big thanks to Eye-Q Eye hospital for their services. I must say it's the best eye- hospital in Kanpur and and I am so much satisfied with Doctor.

One of the worst hospital and kanpur staff behaviour. My mother treatment was going there and i was bound to go there as our eye surgon only seat in kanpur swaroop nagar branch. I am sharing around 1.5 yr exp with this hospital. 1> no staff is working on there own responsibility even if you want to preapre insurence paper they take too much time. 2> They ask you to spend your entire day in hospital opd. There is no proper process and queue management. There process is like a simple government hospital. 3> my doctor contract was over with this hospital but on contacting to swaroop nagar brach they never share this information even every time saying he is on leave. 4>there center manager dont have proper manners and traning to treat with customer. He is only blaming your fault apart from accepting own branch. 5>the cost of treatment is diffrent from other branch ,they ask you more money . I faced issue once i ask them for costing they provide me 74k cost but same injection at lucknow branch is 65k. Since seating Doc was expert on his field, most of time i was ignoring these thing but not recommending this branch

Beware!!! Worst place ever for eye-checkup. 0 stars - but minimum google allows is 1 star. Most rude and incompetent staff, no hygiene, old and crumbling infrastructure and bad smell at entrance. Technician touched my eye without gloves and didn't even sanitize their hands! Working in eye hospital and worker doesn't know about health and safety protocol! Absolutely shameful!! As other reviewers have said, wait time is very long and the staff will say doctor is always "in a meeting" and will not tell you when you will be seen even if you have an appointment. And staff really needs proper training in patient interaction - the females there were acting like we are bothering them for even being there (after we paid the consultation fee)!! Save your time, money and health and go to ASG hospital instead of this dump! ASG hospital is much better!!!

Best hospital for eye surgery, people must visit once for best treatment that is available in the hospital. Nature of staff and doctors are so good. Staffs are Well spoken and coordinating. I have operated my mother's right eye here. She is feeling very well after surgery.

Surgery was performed by Dr. P K Singh very skillfully on 3rd of June without any pain or discomfort. Consequently I gained 6/6 vision post surgery whereas prior to surgery I was not even able to see 2nd line of eye testing board without glasses. Kudos to entire team of Eye Q Kanpur.

Eye q hospital takes good care of you. Cataract surgery was done well. Even lens was delayed but Ankita and Prabal tried to manage and get it as soon as possible. Process was smooth and medicines were explained. It takes some Waiting as Eyes need to be dilated please cooperate. Staff is friendly

The hospital is good, the doctor who we consulted was good. Negative review is for their Optical shop, which is inside the hospital. Despite the lack of variety and high prices, we ordered eyeglasses from there for our convenience and paid in full. The person there told us that the spectacles would be made in 3-4 days and delivered to our address free of cost. Now, it has been 2 weeks and we have not yet received the order, despite having called the hospital as well as the shop 2-3 times and being promised that it would be delivered that day or the next day. Poor service!

I'm here to share the experience with "eye Q vision " eye hospital, Swaroop Nagar,kanpur. My Father had a cataract surgery this March and it turned out to be successful . However, hospital lacks infrastructure for overnight stay and emergency purposes such as high BP and diabetes & any other unprecedented circumstances. @mr. Ajay Srivastava who is nodal officer, helped me lot during the whole procedure without his co-operation it was extremely difficulty because the staff were negligent. And apart from that I have faced a huge inconvenience while contacting the staff for my bills query as those were generated very late. If you can visit hospital frequently and residing in same city then you can get your required procedures done otherwise it is very difficult to connect with the staff over the call, in case of any query or emergency. #decide wisely

Facility is adequate, but the center lack number of doctors, only one doctor is available for all the patient. Huge waiting time, you have to wait atleast 3-4 hour for a simple eye checkup. I also have medical background and understood that my mother's problem is not being detected properly I came to know about Dr. Puneet Jain , who is an oculoplasty and ocular oncology specialist. He is trained at AIIMS New Delhi. He comes from Delhi to EyeQ Kanpur once a month. We met him. He is so gentle and patient in the opd. He listened to all our problems very carefully. He diagnosed my mother and tol me about the surgery in very simple words. The amount of time he gives to very patient in good is amazing. She got operated by him and is very happy. My journey started with Eye Q Swaroop Nagar while browsing the best EYE hospital in Kanpur, and never imagined that this would help my father restore his eyesight 100 %. The consultation and expertise offered by EYE Q Swaroop Nagar has no match to the any other eye hospital in and around Kanpur. Many doctors had recommended cataract surgery for my father but after visiting Eye Q and consulting with Eye Expert Dr. Anamika Ji we got to know the issue is something else, and his loss of vision has nothing to do with the cataract.
