after
continuous
harassment
that
I
faced
for
treatment
of
my
mother.
Below
are
the
issues
that
I
faced:
1. Multiple
postponements:
It
has
been
a
month
since
a
date
is
assigned
for
cataract
surgery,
and
they
cancel
it
at
the
last
moment,
and
it
happened
four
times.
They
don’t
have
respect
for
patients’
time.
2. Asking
for
Security
Deposit
If
you
have
insurance
policy
and
want
to
go
for
cashless.
But
still
they
will
ask
for
security
deposit
(9000
in
my
case).
3. Delay
in
filing
for
Claims:
They
take
3-4
days
just
to
file
claim
4. Lack
of
Clarity:
Hospital
staff
lacks
clarity
when
it
comes
to
providing
information
to
the
patient
in
laymen's
terms.
They
don’t
explain
things
in
detail
to
the
patient.
If
you
ask
a
question,
you
will
have
the
same
answer.
5. Unprofessional
and
none
takes
accountability
here
The
staff
is
very
confused
and
unprofessional.
They
say
something
first
and
after
some
time
say
something
else.
Even
the
doctor
talked
rudely
to
my
mother
during
while
check-up.
Lastly,
do
not
go
for
ratings.
They
will
beg
you
to
rate
5
stars
regardless
how
your
experience
have
been.
UPDATE
:
After
escalations
to
Gurgaon
team,
I
was
referred
to
Juhi
Kalan
branch
and
surgery
happened
on
25th
Jan'22.
It
has
been
two
weeks
since
I
am
asking
them
to
share
the
bills
(Payment
was
done
thru
insurance
cashless
transaction)
and
every
time
they
say
that
they
will
share
over
mail
next
day.
(DONT
VISIT
THIS
HOSPITAL
IF
YOU
VALUE
YOUR
TIME
ESPECIALLY
THOSE
WHO
WANTS
TREATMENT
THROUGH
INSURANCE
CLAIMS).
