They call themselves a big brand but as per my experience they can not afford a single craftsman in their store so how they are a big brand. On 8th may I purchased a golden pendent from Sardar Patel Prayagraj outlet and on 12 may it got cracked and now they are saying it will take 1 month process to get it repaired. They told me that they don't have craftsman in their store to repair it. They are spending n number of amount on their branding and all but they can not afford a single craftsman in their outlets. Even they don't have replacement plan as well. Highly disappointed with the service they are providing. Will never recommend to go Senco. We can get products from anywhere but the matter is how they will provide customer service later on, which makes a brand bigger.

Employees are polite and well behaved but they should be more trained in their work because sometimes they don't know the actual price of things so it ll be more easy to describe about product.
