I recently admitted my mother in the private ward of this hospital for dengue and I was satisfied with the services but as her condition worsened she was transferred to the ICU, but they don’t provide you any care there. I know families are not allowed in the ICU but at least the hospital staff should look after them, feed them, console them but they are doing none of that. They have put her on a liquid diet but they aren’t providing her with anything also they are not even allowing us to feed here fruit juices. Giving just medicines on an empty stomach won’t help rather it’ll further worsen patients condition. We are paying all that money for nothing, their is nothing new that they do in the ICU, other than starving the patients and weakening them further. Private wards are far better than those ICU’s. Worst hospital to treat critical patients. The cherry on top is their most senior doctor who is apparently the founder of the hospital, as he is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met because when I reached out to him with this complaint he asked me to shut my mouth as started blaming me for everything that’s happening.
