Please don't believe at any reviews except for the worst ones. It seems that they are posted by the doctor's known persons. He is just a money minded doctor not bothered about his patients health. He asked me to pay RS 6000/- for removing wax from my wife's ear and that too only for one ear. When asked he told it will be 12000/- for two ears and just for 10-15 min of normal cleaning. Thinking us fools, he told that he will be using a microscope for cleaning.Wow what an advanced technique. We simply wasted RS 500/- as his consultation fee. I had the worst experience after consulting him and we came back. Moreover his receptionist gave us appointment for 0730 pm on being contacted at 0130 hrs in the afternoon so that we had no option of going to some other doctor at late evening and there wasn't even a single patient at his so- called Hi-Tech clinic. PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK OF VISITING HIM FOR ANY TREATMENT.

(I am giving him 5 star so my comment can be visible at the top of all and no one get lured in his money making trap) Pathetic doctor who gives you open medication in an paper envolve, which is totally unprofessional, he charge me with 700 consultation fee, in which is told me same thing that i already knew about my ear issue (ear infection). He will inspect your issue outside his clinic without proper instruments, and try to lure you in his trap to extract as much as money as he can by asking money for simple clinical procedure, which is done for free of cost(or minimum cost far less than 1500, procedure - micro-suction ) in most of the ENT clinic to inspect the condition of the patient properly and if you asked him that he is demanding lot for this simple procedure, then he will try to fool you by telling you that you will lost your organ and other stuff to convene you, in my case he didn't clean my ear and left all the pus or unwanted stuff inside my ear and after that he went inside his clinic and bought the medicine in open envolve which costs me Rs 500 (which will you get around 300 to 350 in any medical store)extra apart from Rs 700 consultant fee. So final verdict is that he successfully extract Rs 1200, only for telling me that i have ear infection(already know to me) and for the medicine.

This Doctor is not at all genuine. I visited with my wife's ear problem on 11.09.2019 at his clinic in Prayagraj. Without observing & listening the problem properly he was in hurry to do a hearing test unnecessarily. We had to pay 500/- as consultation charge and 2500/- for the test immediately. He did a simple sound test by applying a headphone like device for only 1 minute. That's it. The test costs Rupees 2500/-!!! This doctor made us absolutely fool. After that he said that to create an unnecessary fear that my medicines can respond up to 60-70℅ and if there further complications happen, we should call him and come at his clinic for a surgery!! See the inhuman attitude of a doctor. Doctor should treat a patient for his/her recovery. He the doctor was in a trip of making his money only. He has given the printed report of the 'bakhwas' test which one can't read out as the print quality was so poor. Above that when we asked the receptionist/ assistant Madam to provide us the money receipt of 2500/- , she said she can give it on coming Monday when the accoutant will come. We were surprised to know the mis -arrangements of that clinic. Medicines given by Dr. S. S. Kapoor didn't work at all. 5% of the problem not cured. I would request everyone, please don't go to this doctor ever. In Allahabad there are many more good ENT doctors who can treat a problem with care. Dr. GS Samaddar near city hospital is one the best ENT doctor in Allahabad. He is an ex army doctor. Only 200/- consultation charge. My wife is now under treatment of Dr. Samaddar and getting good result.

The worst doctor I have ever visited. I was suffering from a throat irritation from few days and therefore I have taken an appointment. First of all let me tell you that I was the only patient at that time. Then hearing to my problem the doctor scared me like anything and confused me. He just told me that you have your entire life ahead so you should undergo a test which costs 10000 rs. Indirectly he forced me to do that test. When the report came I asked him what is there, so he just replied you don't need to know that 😃. Let me tell you about the report, it was just a hand written letter by the doctor. I suggest that no body should visit this doctor. There are some good ent doctors in prayagraj where you can go.

I had problem with my throat. Called preeti hospital for the treatment but this Dr managed to pursuade me to get my treatment done at his clinic elsewhere so that he can loot the money which would have been otherwise not been possible in preeti hospital. Though this Dr is smart and has skills to do profiling of the patients first and then charge him according to the patients aaukaat. He charged me Rs 7500 for an endoscopy which can be done for 600 in other hospital or clinic. Both husband and wife will let no stone unturned to pull every penny from your pocket. And still if this isn't enough then they will sell their own hand made medicine at obnoxiously high rate to which they will not disclose the composition also so that you can purchase from market. Visiting this gentleman was the biggest fault of my life. IF this post is not an eye opener for you then GOD BLESS YOU!! - Suffered patient.

First of all I would like to say that I felt comfortable to talk to the doctor. He only sees on appointment thus saving patients time. He gives time to each patient . I did get the value of my money. I received an evidence based treatment. The instruments are no doubt high tech but the size is as small as our ear nose throat. Now I am able to study comfortably and without stress. Thanks to the treatment . I did not regret spending in such a clinic.

Please don't go as this Doctor is very unprofessional and fraud too.

Hi, My experience was very great with him.I was suffering a severe earache when I woke up...I called many of the doctor today but everyone giving me appointment of afternoon even though my pain was unbearable. I see the Sunita Kapoor Clinic and review . I called him he understands my emergency situation and give appointment with in 10 mins and opens clinic for me. And situation is critical when he see me..he told me if it was late to diagnosis then it can worst and effect my ear drum. I personally recommend him as he is generous doctor with the correct advice and medication.
