Extremely frustrated with this hospital. Had 4 visits to this hospital and have lost all my trust with it. This hospital has great doctors but extremely inefficient and poor management and staff. You will not be given any information about when you would actually be meeting the doctor. Regardless of the time of appointment given by the doctor, your file will not even be moved and sent to him until you go follow up, argue or even scream some 10 times. It might take you anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours to see the doctor. All in all, despite of having some really great doctors, i would not recommend visiting this hospital. If you have money to visit private hospitals, please go to private hospitals in metro cities. Or even R. K. Netralaya in Varanasi. They are far better in patient management and also with some greatest doctors in the country.

The hospital is probably the best in Varanasi. For a complete eye check up they charged me 700 rupees but the kind of service they provide, it's worth every penny spent. The staff is highly professional.

Recently visited the hospital. Worst management. You should have a lot of patience and be healthy enough to wait for 4 hours to meet the doctor. It is very crowded nowadays and staff is rude and unprofessional, few people had reached here at 11am but were still waiting for their turn till 3:30pm. The consultancy fee has increased to ₹500 but things have gone really bad here. If you have an emergency, still you got to wait for your turn to come. I would never ever visit here again and will not even recommend it to anyone. You can't even be sure that they are going as per the appointment or registeration because people where saying that people who came after them had already met the doctor before their turn came. Doctors are may be aware of this kind of mismanagement but they are doing nothing, during a previous visit to the hospital the doctor was also talking rudely regarding this issue. Hospital management must give attention to this subject, rest is ok. Thanks.

don't visit this hospital please . my mom gone there for normal eye checkup they prescribed some medicine and it caused cataract as he prescribed wrong medicine . and when we told the doctor he said no its just a temporary it will be okay. but now my mom's eye visibility is too low . please be aware of them please. its very painful to see my mom like this .

Facilities are good however it takes a lot of time to get through the appointment. In my experience it takes almost full day for whatever type of appointment you come here. It would be really helpful if they guide us in the beginning itself about the procedure instead of making us wait and keeping us on our toes!

Management is very poor. It took more than 4 hours to go through all the procedures. If such hospitals claiming lot of things then they should also consider an efficient appointment system to reduce waiting period of patients as I have seen most of the patients are senior citizens and it is very difficult for them to seat there for 4 hours.

I went for cataract surgery for my mother. The cashless desk and people dealing with insurance claim are prompt but at few places the staff takes a lot of time to respond. The whole work-up and surgery time can take 4-6 hours and there is no canteen for patients. Many patients come from far off places and they can arrange a small canteen for ease of patients.

My mother is feeling absolutely fine. She is more confident than earlier the doctor is really very good by his nature and in his works.She was used Panoptix lens and feel good. I visited this clinic for my father in law and mother in law's eyes checkup. The staff is so rude they don't have the manners, how to behave with patient and their attendent. Ok let it be staff behaviour, but the doctor's behaviour is also bad. They even don't know, how to suggest the solution to the patient and their attendent. He is not giving the solution to the patient, he was asking what solution you need. Boss, I came at your clinic for my problems so you should suggest best solution. They just have the marketing team and they are posting fake reviews to build repo that's it. It's not a clinic for eyes problem. They are just making money.
