Pathetic service by the lady staff @Aishwarya... I placed a pre-order for ring, and when I visited the store, it didn't had the exact finishing. Instead of repenting for not providing the correct item or checking it, the lady staff was adamant and was finding mistakes of the customer. Never had such a bad experience at any showroom.
