There is just one banner in corner which in hidden in bushes which will direct you toh this airport ... Regarding shops it is away from city .. no shops are outside few eatery are inside... So you are on your own while traveling to this airport ... Only navigation issue I felt in this city Otherwise airport is really nice

It's so great to have an airport rather than landing in Lucknow or Delhi and taking a connecting train or bus. Direct flights from Bangalore is a boon to the city. Only downside being connecting road is really scary leading to the airport as it's within a village. Rest all thumbs up.

Travelling from my own city civil airport first time, my experience is much better than Other nearby airport which bigger than this. Overall very good and happy with the cleanlyness of the airport and parking space available for overnight parking. Since the airport is small and crowed is less things are much easier to manage. Only draw back is to reach reach here by road since road connectivity is very bad.

Since the airport is small, it's less crowded and therefore the mobility is lot smoother and easier for almost everything. The premises is surrounded by lush green trees from all four sides making the ambience very Pleasent and peaceful. The staffs have taken a really good care of hygiene. They maintain very good hygiene and all covid measures are followed here properly. Here you will get around 10 to 12 flights daily around the country. Navigation is very easy and local transport is nice option for you to reach here with ease, it's 12km from prayagraj junction and 14km from prayagraj civillines bus stand which takes around 30 minutes to reach by local bus auto or cab and they charge you around 30 to 50 rs. Airport is located outside the city so there are not too many shops available outside airport for food and drinks so you have to depend on your own and inside airport you will get to eat. It's small airport but you will fell in love with the staff and the way they treat you is very nice. I must say it's one of the best airport in uttarpradesh. Right now not too many flights are available due to covid but hopefully soon we will get many more flights to travel to our destination. IndiGo Airlines and Alliance Air are the only airlines flying from prayagraj. Flights are always on time so you don't have to bother about that. Proper parking facility and neat and clean toilets and lounge for waiting everything is available here. Counter tickets and online both facilities are provided here and everything is easy and nice. Overall it was very good experience for me and i am totally happy and satisfied with the services i got in prayagraj civil airport.

This new version of the airport is really nice, clean and convenient. Only a handful of check-in counters located are very close to the gates. A few stalls for snacking and also a restaurant, plenty of seats, clean toilets and all areas are wheel chair accessible.
