I had one of the best experiences here. I had to board a train at 1:30 AM and at that time they provided me tasty and fresh meal. You guys truly deserve a shoutout. The ambience is awesome. The behaviour of all the staffs is awesome. The taste, quality and quantity is also awesome. You guys have very reasonable price of all the items. A must visit place.

In the hot summer if you stay here for 3-4hrs they can offer you 3-4 cups of tea or coffee but they can't give you a single glass of water for free. They have highly advance washrooms that literally waste water, but for a single cup of water you have to buy a bottle. I agree the place is good when you visit here in winter but don't even try to go there in summer , this place is worst

Worst place. Worst service. Worst staff. They don't even know how to talk with customer. No fan.Ac is also not working.in the name of freshment they provide very cheap quality of cookies and coffee. Worst experience ever faced. Not worth of money they charge.

Nice place to waiting, hygiene washrooms , but in this harsh summer , their AC is not working , and staff are so unprofessional, he didn't inform me when I am booking, now stucked and bound to wait . You must take care of survice more than infra Editing the same as staffs were rude and unprofessional

A very good place to get fresh, change clothes, have breakfast etc. very hygenic with free wifi and charging point. They include complimentary tea coffee with 4 cookies in ₹70 along with 1 hour stay.

The Place is Very good and Hygiene,but the Staffs Are Very rude And They Don't know how to Talk with Customers.And staffs are very aggressive VERY late Service. The hotel staff Should seriously Get changed 👍 Not recommended

Good aminities, North Indian food is good. South Indian food are average. But during travelling one thing which we rally miss always to have get a good tea, which they have. Tea is awesome with elachi and ginger. Good place for relax if u have to spent more than half-an-hour. Neat and clean, nice staff behaviour.

I had a last minute meal here. The food was decent and and sitting space was nice and peaceful. They also offer executive waiting lounge at Rs. 70/hour with great facilities. Their bathrooms are super clean and hygienic.

Visited this place few months back it was good but now it's complete mess... Ordered Maggie and chai which took them 1hour to make,There wasn't any handwash or sanitizer in washroom and on top of that sofas chairs were extremely dirty ...even IRCTC's waiting rooms are better than this! Big no ! Food tastes good abhi bhi but rest everything is horrible

Very good place to take rest or for waiting train. Staff Mahak and sandeep's hospitality is very nice they are also humble and courteous. One important feedback that you need to provide some good books and one television or soft music as per linking.

Pros: New Infrastructure. Cons: Wifi not working. Unprofessional staff. AC not working. Booking time not informed. Note: Really need to improve alot in staff professionalism and hospitality.

Very neat and clean place. Clean and fresh bathroom. If one has to spend a couple of hours at the station, this is the best option. One can also keep the luggage here at nominal charges.
