One of the worst service center ever see. Staff behave worse than government offices. Just see the attitude of employee she said we gave 10am - 12 pm only 2 hours token, after that we will service phone. So if you want here service then you have to come at between 2 hours only. What a joke, have you purchased your phone for this 2 hours service? Just see the level of attitude they half shut shutter. Even lot customers were there. So I will complain against these. I never seen worst service than this ever by any institution. For that type of worst service I decided that I will. never purchase anything from vivo.

My experience at Vivo Service Center was very bad. They said you have to sign a paper , In which it is written that if there is any defect in your set, then it is not the responsibility of Vivo Service Center. This is wrong isn't it?

Very bad experience. I never feel worst service like that before anywhere. Just think their working hours. They said we gave token from 10am -11:59am. then we will give service to only these. If you have not time in between 2 costly hours then this vivo service center is not for you. Very poor behaviour of staff, mismanagement. They are taking benifit on the name of corona guidelines. They do not want give you service. So after that bad service i will never ever purchase any vivo product entire my life. This poor service center and their employees make vivo phone warranty less. Instead of service phone they will annoy you too much then may be you will believe to break phone and buy any other brand'[s phone. Even on complain vivo will not even register your complain. So only one option remains never purchase any vivo product. I get even better service of warranty less products. you will be misbehaved too by their employees as you did mistake of purchasing vivo phone.

Mobile 📱 Worst Service Center in Allahabad because Ladies staff are very much rude. They don't know how to talk with the customer ? How to treat all the customers equally? How to greet customers ? How to talk politely and solve the query ? * Especially Ladies staff are very ill-mannered. My experience is very bad. I will definitely complain in the head office of Vivo.

Inspite of having token machine, manual token has been distributed and executive are very much engaged in attending phone call instead of attending walk-in customer. And Male executive is rushing to smoke outside almost after every 15 minutes. No water No Guard No Air-conditioning available. 5 visits done by me waiting for more than an hour but observing the behaviour of executives not felt to meet. Please suggest if there is any other Service Center in Prayag raj. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Vivo service is pathetic because it's only replace serviceable part with new part while it's required only pasting. In my case my mobile screen combo peel off but mobile working normal ,it's required only pasting but service centre told me it's totally replaced with new because we will not provide pasting. I repaired outside in just Rs 50 only.

Here the talk of all the staff is a miss match with each other.The phone is taken at the counter saying that the update will be corrected After that motherboard battery damage is done by including extra money by saying battery damage around the world.I do not like at all I am very disappointed visit Vivo Service Center

Very poor service. Rather than repainting they force them to exchange the phone and the offer price is too low.

They not able to fulfill the requirements of folder of vivo X50 and still not available, they are providing alternate option to take some discount and get phone exchanged that's not worth it to the students . Very disappointing 😞

Clean, Hygienic Seating arrangement for customers. TV installed for time pass during the wait. Everything is good. Maybe they can employ some more People to get the work done faster.

Rather good facility to be seated but the facility they provide regarding mobile phones is not good . Most of the times they fool customers and advice to repair their mobiles form local shops instead of there (vivo center).

I had visited this service center when faced with network problem. He got me to sign the agreement paper. And without asking me open my display and battery. Whereas after that there was this problem with the customer with the token number. When I asked about it, they got angry at me. and Engineer that's work on my mobile name is Mr. Jay finally I suggest you if you visit this service centre then please alert about this. thanks

Expert engineer repair phone and all stop behavior are friendly and mobile repairing very fast

The staffs are really nice and polite . They repair really quickly. My Vivo screen just got changed within 4 hrs .

Token system is there. And if parts are available then your work will be done on same day. Supporting staff. Overall good experience.

Once a chinese company always a chinese company..they make you wait for long and then simply asked you to come after a week and then that week will never ends.
