Very very very very very bad staff Nature they didn't guide me nd even while talking with me continuosly he is busy in phone ....i m totally dissapointed very bad service

They are somewhat rude, and the worst part is that they'll try to convince you that there are no offers/discount doesn't matter what news is saying. If you insist then they will tell you that this offer is not in Allahabad. And even you can't ask them to explain features as they'll tell you that everything is written on pamphlets, just poke them if you ready to buy.😅

Must change staff in order to give better experience towards apple customers. All 5 star reviews about staff nature is so good and all are fake thats the part of digital marketing. I visited store today and asked about whats new and what's their store offer no positive response came.He didnt gave much attention towards me busy in using phone not much awareness about finance policies what stores had.

The employees don't give equal attention to all. But the product I bought was excellent.

In summer went for cool down the A/ C working super.😀 Fun part. We can buy Apple products and user the phone and other products. They carry cover and speakers & earphone. Nice employee gesture.

Good place and product's are available to check and you can use them however you want but they don't provide good customer service that they don't ask customer that what they want and they don't tell about products . Overall nice store

It was great experience for me. I went to buy a product and staff told me about the on going offer which saved me around 8-9k. Also they are very helpful and will do all the formalities by themselves.

This is only authorised reseller of apple they didn't treat properly for customer.They didn't mention proper stock of there apple product. I had requested for ipad mini 64gb for there showroom customer executive they are promise me for availablity with 2day but they couldn't not provide a availability and they also didn't pick call and didn't any message very unprofessional behaviour . We are customer and buying products for such good amount .so treat properly for your customer imagine allahabad. Never recommend for visit here for buy any apple device because after sell they didn't provide any type service if product not available they don't provide any information regarding the availability of product Worst experience In future i will never visited imagine store allahabad

I feel, the number of employees here is very limited. Moreover, their behaviour with the customer is not good. I felt as if they, at times, become judgemental. This is my personal opinion based on my recent experiences. However, it was not so when I visited last in the month of March or may be little earlier.
