This place is quite calm and peaceful for having good coffee or shakes after quite hectic day. Ambiance is quite good, not much crowded. Lil thing of disappointment is that the quantity of food served doesn't go well with the price.

Visited this place for 2 times and I never regret.. Taste wise , quantity wise it is perfectly alright. Provides you a proper cafe type ambience and interior decoration. Photogenic and instagramable .

Worst experience ever. I have visited so many tea cafe’s but never had such an awful experience. The staff doesn't know how to behave with customers. They behave in an arrogant manner. They don't know how to treat customers. They have opened up an hospitality service but it seems that they doesn't even know the meaning of that word. Never visiting again and if you're reading this, then please don’t visit this awful place.

The pizzas are good...but their signature drinks like....their cocktails, shakes, and teas are very very overpriced. Plus when I asked the person in charge about the tax he said it is 5%, but when I calculated personally they have charged extra 15 rupees I don't know why. So if anybody is visiting there please do ask about the total tax calculated from your total amount paid.

Not writing about food/ambience but the staff. They are extremely rude. The cashier was rolling her eyes off at every other thing and behaving as if serving us for free. Every cafe has the same coffee same food but how you make your customers feel, is what makes a difference.

Worst restaurant ever.. I've been to the place for like thousand times but they cnt keep up with their customers demands.. They don't have the items listed in their menu.. that place sucks big time... There are far more better affordable places in allahabad than this. and it's to ₹₹₹

One of the finest and cozy place you can find in Prayagraj like this however prices are on higher side. I feel it's more important for cafe to entertain more people and keep environment lively than milking few higher class customer.

Everything is overpriced and taste is awful. I ordered caramel chocolate and pineapple shake and both tasted the same. I also ordered cheese corn sandwich and it was overpriced and had average taste. Never visiting again.

They charge for their items as if they are an international. We don’t have any problem even if they charge premium for good food, ambience, and service. I ordered a veg pizza - it was 1/5. Ambience is okayish. Lastly and most importantly behaviour of the woman sitting at the counter was very bad. I am sure this restaurant wouldn’t survive in the coming years.

The staff is straight up rude and arrogant. The moment you enter the cafe they’ll point out several things you can’t do. And even after that if you ask any question, about a certain menu item or stuff they’ll speak as if you’re bothering them. They do not allow you take photos of the menu board and also do not provide you menu cards. So you have to just stand their reading the entire menu while trying to decide what you have to order. The staff does not know how to behave. This is literally the first time I’ve seen such poor mannered staff in a cafe. Now let’s move on to the food. The food is way overpriced for the awful quality they’re providing. It’s literally not worth it. Neither is it cost effective nor is it good in taste. This cafe shouldn’t even be doing this business if this is how you behave with your customers. I’ve never written a bad review on google before, but today I was compelled because of how bad the service is
