    Please avoid going here. Instead look for a better hotel. Worst one I have visited till date. No air circulation in very small rooms that I felt suffocated. Room service- one of the worst ever. They forget that you had asked for something and need to continuously reminded. Won’t be able to sleep properly. Please look for an alternative

    have booked 3 rooms for 20 to 21 August 2022 a week ago by paying full amount. When I reached Hotel the hotel asked for extra amount of Rs.1600. i have called customer care but instead of helping he told to pay Rs.1600 as asked by Hotel otherwise booking will be cancelled.time.

    Worst experience here, everything on prepayment. And after making payment came for cross check.Even I ordered food which has smocked test, when I complain said they will see, after that no one care about it, even I paid full prepayment for that. Expensive testless food.

    It is not townhouse. It is only named as townhouse. Neither breakfast is complimentary nor there will be any toiletries provided. Moreover there restaurant is over priced. (Eg. Rs. 62/- for tea, Rs. 200/- for 1pc Paratha)

    Not a very good experience. Staff behaviour not at all good. Rooms condition also not upto the mark. The bathroom door knob was broken. The only good thing is the Location.

    Receptionist is extremely rude and frustrated, and shouts on the customers. You have to give them multiple reminders for tea coffee water etc. And it takes ages for them to get the rooms cleaned by them. The only plus point is its very close to the bus stand.

    Dont let check in at last moment and asking extra for offline booking worst experience never trust oyo they charge extra amount every time . The ratings on oyo is fake dont go in this hotel

    Staff are not frndly. They even not provide the room keys, food also so expensive, service are very pathetic, group of boys always there which will quite uncomfortable for families person. even they are not updated the system like customer ch checked in. As i was with my parents and my experience was worse.

    It was complete OYO experience after sale, I mean you are own your own we already made sale. OYO customer care is so complicated, I mean they ask you for PNR number which can't be copy pasted from mail. Imagine you are sitting in taxi and calling customer care. Hospitality is awful. I booked their best room but room provided to me was not that, on inquiring front desk told me,all room are same, rate diff is just marketing Gimmick. In my package free breakfast was included hospital staff tol me it's chargeable. One can't argue with them for everything if mentality of service provider is just fleecing customer. Above all they don't have branding of OYO outside hotel. Photo attached is supposed to be three bed.

    I just book hotel from oyo and the hotel charge me extra 500/- for staying and I've have no other option so I just stayed there then I ordered Maggie and that was totally messed up and the food quality was also low it was worst experience of my life and I never stayed there again and I suggest everyone whose reading this not to stay there

    Hotel's condition is pathetic, it is stinky and untidy , they will force you to buy water at higher cost, didnt gave us complimentary breakfast also. When you go to them through Oyo, they will not assist you with location. Never saw any hotel staff so uncooperative.

    Before I start the review of the room. I’ll simply say avoid this hotel if you have a two wheeler. There are many great properties in Allahabad where the staff is very cooperative and understanding. My scooty was damaged by a dog and even though the front office staff took responsibility of it, after seeing the damage told me that a board is there which says parking at owners risk. They accepted their fault as well and the owner of the hotel agreed to repair my vehicle as well but later refused. I’ll sincerely say that take a property with a parking where your vehicle won’t get damaged. Now coming to the hotel review. The staff doesn’t help when there’s an issue related to room. There was no towel and soap and it took them 1 hour to solve that and then also gave only one soap. AC’s remote was not working and even after complaining it was not resolved.

    This is particular with Room 209. First the rooms are totally opposite to what they advertise. The receptionist is very rude, keeps on bad mouthing to customers, infront of me only she said Ma******d to one of the lady customer. The rooms were not cleaned at all. The moment u will enter to there room passage, u will smell beer cigarette and everything. I won’t recommend this hotel for couples or family. The bedsheets were torn off The comforter was dirty, was not replaced after previous checkout. AC remote were missing. No Channels on TV Jet spray was not working The clothe hanger in bathroom was loose and was keep on falling. Service is very very slow,i remember at night i asked reception guy to send me a water bottle and he gave it to me at 2.30 No complimentary water, no bath soap,no breakfast And they charged me 1500 fr such a bakwaas room.

    From the very start, I had a bitter experience. The room allotted to us was still getting cleaned when I entered at 7.30, 7 hours after check-in. And he left it wet and dirty and set aisa hi rahega. There were fresh pan spit in the dustbin, AC was throwing dust. We were then shifted to a better room on request. But there also the keeper did not clean the washroom on multiple requests. Dirty floor, negligible water flow from taps and still the sink was getting flooded. Then, comes the service, apart from 2 guys, everyone coming for room service talked as if they paid us for stay. And they keep charging you everytime you order something as if the customer would runaway without check out. When I requested politely to extend the checkout by few hours they started bargaining hefty sums and the receptionist girl is the most unprofessional I have talked to. She even said, "Hame nahi matlab aapki train wain se, aap paise do ya check out karo". And was constantly badmouthing other customers. Only good things were, the guard, "very humble and polite", the location, the rooftop restaurant ( NOT THE FOOD AT ALL, just the setting), and the receptionist at the restaurant. 2 stars are only for them. DONOT WASTE A PENNY ON FOOD AND THEY HAVE RO WATER IF YOU ASK REPEATEDLY>. At first they'll try to fool you into buying mineral water.

    Room was ok, but washroom tap, lock not working, night duty receptionist/ manager is rude, kitchen staffs are super slow, no room service/cleaning. Have to call multiple times at the reception for any work. No proper response, just taken for granted kinda stuff. Wont recommend. Only the morning girl receptionist try her best to sort out things.

    we stayed their for 2 days, we made the booking seeing 3 star hotel, it's Very very bad experience, bad room service, food not good, no hygeine, no proper response, no drinking hot water too..badly treated..no cleanliness..no value for money..not advisable.. we went with senior citizens, no consideration about that...

    It was not clean and smelling very bad room and washroom. Bedroll and blanket was dirty and smelled bad. Receptionist talking very rudely. Tv was there but remotes are not available, I asked 2-3 times but did not provide.

    Hotel is quite good but location is not good. It situated much inside to the narrow streets. Staff is pretty cooperative. But when i visited there, some things as hangers and almirah were not provided. Also slippers were not provided. The main thing, Bathroom was clean.

    TOWNHOUSE 407 LEGACY, CIVIL LINES, PRYAGRAG: HORRIBLE PROPERTY ROOM # 105 WITH DIRTY AND TORN BEDSHEET, DIRTY & PALE PILLOW COVERS, DIRTY TOWELS. EVEN THE ROOM WALLS ARE DIRTY. MOREOVER, WE PAID BOOKING AMOUNT 100% IN ADVANCE AND AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE BOOKING EXECUTIVE CONFIRMED THAT BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN THE FINAL PAID AMOUNT BUT THE OYO TOWNHOUSE MANAGER CATECORICALLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE BREAFAST.

    Such a wonderful place, reception staffs are good, but One thing is not understanding that why they stop visitors after checkout to wait for guess more than 10-20minutes

    Hotel is good location, but hotel service was not good , restaurant in hotel have lack of professionalism, reception and restaurant are not belong to same person so their service was not good , when you book hotels from oye , the will not give room , they have arrange room after 1 hour , also basics of hotel staff was not trained manner , ..overall experience was bad 😞😞

    The hotel hiegene is pathetic, there were vomit, dirty water on the entrance floor. Rooms were very dirty. Pathetic staff ... Not responsible. They even had the audacity to tell customer that staff is sleeping, hence not available for cleanliness. WORST EXPERIENCE!!

    It's a cheating with the customer who is staying there. On the name of OYO TOWNHOUSE it's no more than a "GUEST HOUSE" or "DHARAMSHALA" even Dharamshala cleaningness and services are far better than this property. There is no cleaningness in rooms, washroom, dirty linen, no toiletries available in washroom. NO CAR PARKING AVAILABLE. In short - DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HOTEL OR ANY OYO TO STAY.

    Pathetic is the right word to explain this place. I stayed for one night prepaid booking. Bedsheets were stinking and spots all across it. Towels were dirty and consideration of covid I kept my mask on always. But non of the hotel staff follows covid protocol. They have mentioned parking during booking through Oyo website but in actual they don't have any parking we parked on roadside as also hotel don't have night security guard. I tried to attach pictures of the property but always get deleted from the post. Tried escalation@oyo email id got no response. Horrible place to stay.

    Worse Hotel. I was travelling with my parents with 68 and 66 ages and you're asking me to change the hotel by my own. Attaching the images of the hotel interior and the towel the hotel staff provided us. This hotel is a typical bachlor hotel where unmarried couple checkin checkout on hourly basis. The towels given to us had stain marks which cannot be explained. I would like this to be taken upto the owners of the hotel and higher management of Agoda as to how this hotel is treating there family guests. We were asked to wait for almost an hour because the Toilet was choked up. Even after coming to hotel at 4 we were handed over the room by 5.

    I have reached hotel early before check in time they asked me additional money Rs.500/- for early check in but not able to clarify calculation method. When I asked for payment slip of additional Rs.500/- they denied outrightly. When I asked will complain concerned said they don't care.... always has full booking !!!! Room has only Almira which's one door was not there. Room has one big Pillar in-between there was no toiletries available... Worst experience Town House 407 Legacy!!

    Worst behaviour of staff..room service was very dirty...it was like couple hotel where every single time pickup drop had happened. Food cost is relatively high..overall don't go...specially for families..
