Stay arrangement is very poor. Once you make full payment they even don't bother about your problem.

This service has made so many things easy. I am glad i came across prayag pandits for shanti poojan at my friend's house. Pandit ji was very nice and he helped in arranging the important things required for poojan. He was very knowledgeable and one can clearly feel this during the poojan. Overall nice experience. I recommend it to everyone!

Dont book any pinddaan services through them. I booked their services through Shivam to do pind daan in gaya prayagraj and ayodhya they charged me heavy amount and didnt even provide a good service. In gaya, pandits were charging 250 rs from other people to do same pinddaan process where we paid 7k to shivam .package also included temple visits in prayagraj which they didn't bother to do saying temple is busy beacuse it was Saturday. So I Cancelled pindaan at ayodhya with them. Guest house at prayagraj was okay which you can easily get it for 500 rs anywhere.we did pinddan first in Gaya so as per shashtra if you do it in Gaya then you dont have to do it anywhere still shivam did not refund me my money for prayagraj pindaan instead he perfomed tarpan which you can easily do it for 200 rs if you go to sangam. Please do not book through them instead go directly to sangam or temple you will easily find good pandits there. And also they are really smart replying to your negative reviews they make customers look like fool and made us feel like we didnt treat them well.they provided 1 single room and bathroom outside of the room in stinky condition but in package mentioned 2bhk room I have not received any refunds from prayaag pandits neither I received call from them any time to discuss about refunds. They just sent watsapp message saying we can discuss but its been 3 months i have not received any refunds for extra money they took from me. So dont fall for this people and do your research and find a good pandits on the spot and dont make any advance payments otherwise you will loose your money and regret for lifetime as I did.
