IF THEY WILL FIND A BETTER CUSTOMER WHO IS ABLE TO PAY MORE THAN YOU, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU THERE TO STAY AND START TALKING TO YOU IN RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND AT THE END YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL. SO, FRIENDS IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU ALL FROM MY SIDE THAT PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS HOTEL SEARCH FOR BETTER HOTEL.

Lift is available there and working properly....room was good ....for 1 day stay I think they should charge only 1500 but they charge 2000 so plz do bargaining

I have not booked I enquired if Unreachable early then what will be the charges? You said Rs 500. Then because the fog as usual Train got delayed and that is the regular during this period of any year While check in you have not said anything about this you took advance of two full days charges.Can you show any mail or msg which indicates I booked it. If you have please make that public.

I am continuously staying at prayag raj since 2015 for highcourt purpose. Now I would say that vk in best hotel at prayag raj as I have stayed almost every hotel . But vk inn best . Manager is very noble and highly professional.

It is very good neat and clean hotel with reasonable prices, and i would like to specially thanks Mr.Nabil khan gereral manager of this hotel who was in continuous touch with me as i have booked rooms for my family and the check in time was at night 3am , due to his Co-operative behaviour and supportive staff my family stayed very well and happily the time passed away. Hopeless hotel. I stayed for one night. The hot water is just show off. Poor service. Hopeless and costly meal. I don't suggest anybody to stay there. He charged Rs. 2000/- per room but rooms are not worth Rsn1000/-. Even dust bin was not provided despite repeated requests. I was told that We will get hot water to take bath in the morning. Ultimately we left the hotel without taking bath. Though room service is available but no spoons were provided to eat meal

It was a immense full stay in this location. We were actually looking for a layout and coincidentally we came according this hotel, Imran was a first point of contact and we all had a VIP treatment provided.The food was infact mouth drooling and especially with the neat maintenance of washrooms which was well impressive. Imran and his team had a best customer service skills provided with neat and decent pricing! I highly recommend this hotel within decent price range .

Very Good Service . Rates are cheaper than other nearby hotels. AC rooms including TV , Cupboard are available here. Food is also ok. Rooms are comfortable. Elevator service is also there. Nice experience. If you want to stay in Prayagraj surely you can select V.K. Inn.

Great location of Hotel VK INN, really pleasant and clean mesmerizing rooms, the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff behavior. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We traveled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed ever in my life span.

I gave 1 star for service coz there is no other option.otherwise i would have given -10 .Bad service.no hot water no clean bed sheets dirty comforter dirty smelly pillows .blocked bathroom
