Worst experience ever Room was very dirty and fans are not working properly. I make online booking for one room in this hotel but when I reached at hotel they said that no room is available which you booked and also trying to make booking from that place because I need to stay i stay but this is my worst experience ever

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL using OYO. I booked this hotel for an exam in Prayagraj 15 days before the exam date. One day before the test I start getting SMS that booking has canceled, but no such information is shown on the app. So I call the hotel to find out that all Rooms have been booked and owner refused to honor the OYO booking because according to owner OYO displayed wrong prices and has not paid the Hotel the money it owes from previous bookings. TLDR: Due to exam the demand of room increased and they got greedy and cancelled my booking because they could get better price for the same room. Very Unprofessional.

Fraud hotel... It's basically a home converted in to hotel... They are completing working to do fraud with outside visitors.

Fraud hotel .operator is Sanjay Mishra Brijesh Mishra . While visiting on Railway Station i saw them to blackmailing visitors and fighting with him for payment even visitor is saying he is already paid amount for 12 hour but they are saying they will charge new booking for 06am 9 am .

Oyo app booking is very bad 😞😞 and second time I am not booking Oyo ..

Don go for this hotel. Very bad rooms and charges are very high. It's just behind railway station so lot of noise. Also locality is not good.

Small & Dirty rooms with so much mosquito's. Hotel is nearby a garbage area. Unnecessary charged for food n tea.
