It was unbelievable thing , because this beautiful place is free for all and having lots of fun. Brave and daring person can explore many spots like climbing , swimming and tracking.

I have visited in October. This awesome place. To reach here you have to do a little tracking. The place is some distance from the parking place. Which is not not to long for young people. But the tracking u can enjoy click picture all quite and green full of tree and flowing water. Once u reach the place feel is awesome 👌 can't explain in words as nature lover. Have some time don't be in hurry to enjoy most from here.

Lakhaniya Dari is a place based in Latifpur uttarpradesh around 50 km far from Varanasi, it's a very famous waterfall in nearby location but not so in uttarpradesh or in India, I don't know you this place is not that know in entire indian as it's really beautiful and natural. Attractions: First thing you can enjoy the road to reach at this waterfall as it's not so crowded after leaving the city, no matter from which side you are coming from. After reaching to the destination you will have to park you vehicle on roadside and trek for almost 500 meters which is not too long I guess for normal people. After reaching to the final destination you will found a beautiful place full of stones and water covered with trees like a big open cave the flow of water is decent but you need to be careful before entering in to the water. You kan tak bath in the waterfall it's more like a big natural stairs you can go down stairs or up stairs to enjoy the nature bath, after entering into the water you will the old bridge which increases the beauty of this waterfall, you can climb up in to jungle in there, where you will found very less people. What to Eat? You can get som local food there like Kachori, Pakode, North Indian Thali, Boiled Corn, Rosted Corn, Biscuits, Chai and some more local eatables. Be Careful: You have to be careful with monkeys there they can take you things away, do not harm them to save you things but be careful, also not forget to give them some eatables it will make you feel good 😊. After entering or before entering into the water please be careful as the stones are very slippery because of water and algae stones are very share there so you can get harmed too much. Don't go deep onto the water it's risky and the flow of water is very heavy at some places very sudden. People are throwing after use there which doesn't seem good, you can slip off their, please avoid throwing your after use at at any place.

It is a nice place to visit during rainy season as the water is filled due to rain. Rest of the time there's very less water. I visited on sunday it was very much crowded. But you can visit with your friends & family as a picnic spot. Take some sitting material like mat and pack food from your home. So that you can enjoy.

Beautiful getaway from Varanasi. You can go there and have a great time in the midst of nature. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM It is severely littered. Tourists mindlessly throw away the waste and it is full of plastic in the beginning. Pathetic Management. There should be proper waste management guidelines before entering this ecological sensitive area. Authorities need to take proactive action on solving this otherwise it will not be worth visiting the place.

I was fortunate to visit during the 1st day of opening,post pandemic. It was cool weather with no crowds and Everything was clean. Water was fresh and stones were untouched for long due to pandemic closure. Cloudy weather and drizzling rain made the experience memorable.

At a distance of 35 km from Chunar & 54 km from Varanasi, Lakhaniya Dari is a breathtaking waterfall situated near Ahraura in Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the marvelous waterfalls in Uttar Pradesh and also among the best Places to visit in Varanasi. Lakhaniya Dari waterfalls cascades down from a height of about 150 m into a pool. The falls looks more beautiful and magnificent during monsoon when it is in full strength. Waters of this fall are stored in Ahraura Dam which is used for irrigation purpose to surrounding village farms and fields. It is a picnic spot for families and a small adventure for trekkers. One needs to trek 2-3 km from the entry gate to reach the Main waterfall. Visitors need to cross huge rocks, rivulets, jungles etc. and it takes around one and half hours. It is a lonely place and very less people do trekking for the main waterfall, prefer going in groups only. Try to cover this place in day time only. Do carry your own food as there is no eating joint nearby. The water is very deep and rocks are mysterious. Every year there are cases when people get in to water and then never come back. So if you want to get into water, walk some distance towards downstream and then do whatever you want.

But one should consider couple of things before planning to visit this place. 1) Local officials don't allow you to cook inside hence you have to get the food cooked from home or you have to cook nearby places outside of the dari. 2) This place has closing time around 4.30-4.45 pm evening by local police hence plan your trip accordingly.

I visited here in April at that time stream of fall is low. It's better to visit this marvellous place in rainy season. It situated approx 60 km from Varanasi. Walk around 800 m from Lakhaniya Dari to Chuna Dari although entry in Chuna Dari is probohited during rainy season. There is no entry fee & Parking fee is ₹20 for bike.

Beautiful place for picnic Entry closes by 4 and you have to leave by 5. There are few shops outside where you can get chips, biscuits, chai pakore You have to pay Rs50 before entry but its not an official entry ticket, just the villagers have made that rule.

This is a waterfall place. It is near Mirzapur. It approximately 50km away from Varanasi. You can go here by taxi or car. It is a beautiful picnic spot with great view of waterfall. The waterfall can be reached after a 3km long trekking. The trekking can be tiring with rocks, water, mud, etc. The rocks are slippery and one has to be careful. The place is secluded so it's better to go in groups. And preferably in day time. Eatery shops are present at the entrance gate. Overall it has a serene atmosphere.

5 star for nature, 0 star for humans loitering the place. Filth and garbage everywhere, humans are destroying this amazing waterfall. Pro tip - Make sure you trek for around 2 kms to reach the main waterfall - breathtaking views!

Good place, nice and pleasent atmosphere. A good picnic spot for whole family/friends. Ticket charge is Rs.20(as of now). Make sure to carry your own food and water because the foods and water available here is very unhygienic. The main waterfall is inside, you have to walk upto 2kms to see it. It is a beautiful and adventurous place to visit but a little dangerous too. Here you should be careful at each and every step. It is situated in mirzapur district at a distance of around 48 km from varanasi. The waterfalls are hidden gem of this city. It is prefered to visit here in group and don't visit this place during monsoon as the water level increases and waterfall overflows which can be dangerous. One has to carry with them water and things to eat as no proper shop, restaurants nearby.

Wow, amazing experience there. Me and my friends were really excited for this and finally we did it. During summer vacations we visited this water fall. We arrived by bike and so much crowd because it was Sunday and no any parking charges so we parked our bike with other turist bikes near main Gate. If you are coming with cars then park at the side of road because of crowd you can face difficulties if parked close to gate. After 30 minutes of tracking near about 1.5 km and finally we arrived at waterfall, a beautiful waterfall for picnic and vacations enjoyment in Mirzapur hill areas. This waterfall is better to visit in Rainy season. 🌧 the view around this area, it just wow. Many hills and mountains ⛰️ you can see here. Also you can track near lakhaniya Dari hills. Some points to keep in mind before visit:- 1.)Take ur lunch and water bottles with u bcz these things are costly there than the MRP. 2.)If u are going with auto then it is safe to book ur auto for up and down both bcz there is less chance to get auto for return,btt u can take bus from NH which is little bit away from there in case it is hard to find auto. 3.)If u have ur own vehicle then its 50/- parking charge for four wheeler. 4.)There is no network near waterfall so make the calls u want near ur vehicle parking zone and then move towards the fall 5.)To see the waterfall u should have to move on foots near about 1.5 to 2km ,and no doubt that journey is very lovely and that adds memorable moments in ur adventurous diary. 6.)So keeping these points in mind go for there and make ur trip memorable. Best time to visit is from 11 am to 5 pm. Best season to visit late Winters or early springs. Local people stays near the waterfall and it can be dangerous to be there in dark. If we talk about waterfall, it is quite big and full of water but mountains and jungles are bit dry and barren. It will be hardly 3 minutes walk to the waterfall from the main road. On Sundays, you will surely find it overly crowded. If you're planning for pre wedding shoot or exclusive party shoot, then please visit it on weekdays, you will be more comfortable.
