Horrible room , Worst hotel staff... Worst experience I have ever faced in my life..........Not safe for family , couples,

Most horrible hotel I have ever come across in the whole india unclean and un hygienic rooms and very rude and corrupt staffs Don't know how oyo added this hotel to its list nothing is the same as the pictures

I booked the hotel via oyo But staff and hotel oner denied ans said that they extra money, 3rd class hotel. Oyo should remove their label Not recommended for anyone.

Hotel servicing is not good.

No water facility. No electricity.

Literally too confusing direction and destination 👎

AC not provided. After lot of discussion AC given in night.

Very rude behaviour by Oyo customer care. Number which is mentioned on google map, if you call to enquire about availability or for any information they force you to book. Customer care person who was interacting with me was very arrogant and told me that it’s not an Oyo information desk. It’s reservation desk and if you have called means you need to book. Pathetic behaviour.

very poor services, my train was delayed, that's I check in at 11:30pm with my family, that time the property manager demanded Rs-500 extra payment for check in, i was very sad that time, trying to oyo customer care, they also not respond, at the mid night i have no other option for safe me and my family there, that so i pay the extra amount Rs-500 via cash, the property's services also very bad, Oyo services also vey bad,
