Great experience of g.p. hyundai civillines. Welcoming of the customer at showroom was excellent , immediatly attend the customers and give great customer service.showroom was very neat and clean. GP Hyundai Showrooms is one of the best Customer Friendly Showrooms in prayagraj . The staff working here are always ready to help in any way possible. What I liked the best is that even if the car is not delivered due to a technical issue from Hyundai's side, the gp hyundai staff especially the Crm is polite and committed to solve the problem.

The Hyundai showroom is very big and inside the show room you will get positive vibe. The employees treat very well and entertain with a good gesture.

They are the most Incompetent dealer, we booked Creta Sx(O)Phantom Black color from here, but are forcing us to take any other Variant and color except Phantom Black color SX(O), they even forced us to take Alacazar. If you are planning to buy Hyundai Car just don't go to G P Hyundai. Get it from somewhere else but here.

GP Hyundai service is not good at all... Submitted Car for Almost 2 weeks before and still no work done... Aaj mil jayegi... Kal mil jayegi... yahi ho raha bus... I will be updating it on Hyundai Portal as well and will escalate it further...
