Staff is also well behaving except the the person at the desk. Surrounding is not that good. Garbage thrown outside You are coming here for exam you can stay for a day. You will feel hot if you are in a non-AC room. Otherwise all good. You need to bargain. If you will bargain you can get the price reduced. Thanks.

Value of money . Best service and cleanliness

One of the horrible experience I had. I went there for my ssb and got my room through OYO. The room was for around ₹674 after discount as I have OYO WIZARD GOLD and this hotel was under Oyo wizard. First there was no bucket in the bathroom and the water was not flowing through the sink hole and was getting collected. The bathroom was super dirty and the room had transparent windows which was a big problem. There was curtain but was not enough for the privacy. The room was also quite hot even with the fan. There was no drinking water facility, the water cooler which had beetel nut stains and was quite dirty. The hotel sign was not visible properly from outside and it is quite far away from prayagraj station evn when it showed it's only 1.1 kms from the station. There was dirt and garbage in front of the hotel.

Very unprofessional and rude! The receptionist refused to give me a room because I'm a foreigner... I booked a room online 2 weeks before, so he had plenty of time to check my nationality... I had to find another hotel on the spot after 8 hours on the road... During that time he was playing on his phone...

Receptionist so rude...Didn't accepted online booking....Non AC Room at 1200 and AC room at 1500...Not good at all

Worst hotel I saw.. Absolute ZERO room service & hospitality.... They ask for extra amount at the time of check-in and even after that give 3rd class room with no AC/TV...WiFi may be available but they don't share password.🤮

This place is not so i have booked online. And also expected professionalism from them but instead of that i got rejected calls and bad behaviour. I have been here for first time but was regretting whole scenario. Will be over cautious next time . It's better to book offline or if you are sure about the service then only book in advance through online cause sone hotels deny check in at the very last moment especially if you landed at night with luggage or family.

A very beautiful premises and good in hygiene and the best this about this hotel is their staff behavior. I happily recommend this hotel to everyone without any hesitation.

Notice before stay Very dirty rooms. Don't stay here if they provide free service until ignore this hotel. They taken heavy hidden charges. Owner is very arrogant, they bribe people. Don't stay here with family it's very risky. They are MAFIA of that areas.

Not trustable, initially they agreed for pricing 1day (1am to 8pm stay) and given booking recipient for it but during check in they asked for 2days , atleast they should have told us before or get late check-out price rather 2days. Not keeping up words, not recommended

At night, the hotel signboard was not visible. There was a lot of dirt in front of the hotel. It took the receptionist a lot of time to get the check in. The room that was shown was not waisa at all. The entire room was damp. His smell was so much that it was difficult to stop. There was no water in the tank.

Worst ever experience. I don't understand why this hotel is rated so highly on Oyo. when I arrived they checked me in immediately. Later, they started saying that I will have to pay extra as I had checked in 15 mins early. Then they asked me to cancel and book again which I refused to do. Basically, they wanted to grab more money from me by cheating. The room was not even swept, lot of dirt in room and bathroom. No proper drinking water facility, unhygienic water cooler. The surroundings of the hotel are full of dust and dirt, highly polluted. Never ever choose this hotel.

Very bad condition of room. White sand everywhere in the room. Sheets were not clean. Some kind of smell was there. Also washroom was not cleaned.

Never go there. They behave like landlord of rental room. In winter they provide warm water only for 2 hour in morning,can you believe this? No room heater not gyssure even you can get warm water there. Hotel room are too small, not cupboard or chair, even hangers were not in room. the reception boy is the laziest person i have seen so far and he doesn't know how to talk. he took more than an hour to get the room ready. No water No towel. i went outside to buy water by myself. worst hotel. frequent power cuts during the night. i was not able to sleep because of these power cuts. no one should visit this place.

Absolute worst stay, 1. Flush was not working, and reception said how would they know. In changed room neither TV nor AC was working. 2. Washroom was not clean. 3. Receptionist behaviour was very rude. 4. During rain, you can't get breakfast ( this is what receptionist told me) 5. The place was really shady. The rooms were also very small. Like barely big enough to stand. The bathroom is congested too. The place was dirty. Only plus point was that they had water cooler which gave cold water then again I don know from where the water came.

This place is budget friendly and have some good rooms. The rooms are having proper ventilation and the owner's are also good, they really helped us. The location where the hotel is bit messy but could be easily detectable.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Non co-operating staff. They won't deliver a water bottle to you. To my surprise if you book through OYO they'll charge 200 extra stating policies with OYO are under changes. Otherwise go and have a sleep in our dorm(storage basically) room. Was hell of an experience.
