❤️I would give this café a 10 instead of 5 star. Amazing. ✅Staff is pretty cool! They even helped me choose my drink. ✅Ordered Hot Cocoa with Cashew milk! Yum! ✅Snack: Almond Brownie. Try it! 👍🏽My mom ordered Lavander Tea, it was ok, no biggie. ✅Outdoor area.

As a resident of Wynwood I used to come to this place a lot a couple of years ago, the coffee was great and there were some good items in the menu, I decided to make a stop for a latte and a bite to eat, to my surprise the place was empty which was weird, the Prices went up a lot.. I noticed.. inflation? so Ordered an Iced coffee and an "avocado toast" waited almost 20 minutes until I had to get up to ask the barista what happened ..turned out .. they forgot about my order ..( with 2 clients inside) so they finally handed me the order ..not only I got a bland nasty iced coffee but the "avocado toast" is just some sort of wafer with avocado smeared on top, no seasoning or anything..disappointing.. the place is nice, but not what it used to be.. Immediately left and wont be coming back.

I used to be a regular at this location before the remodel and decided to come in and check out the new concept. My regular, the vegan sandwich, was taken off the menu and menu has not been updated online to reflect that. I immediately left. I was going to leave 1 star, because as a vegan and loyal customer to their delicious vegan sandwich it was extremely upsetting not seeing this one plant based item on their new, LARGE menu. However, 2 stars because the staff was kind and welcoming, per usual. I understand businesses need to try new things in order to grow, but personally, I do not like Dr. Smood’s new facelift. The tables are sooo close together, I just know on a busy day I would be so annoyed to dine in. Came to the location in Gables, which is always great (open weekdays only). However, they’re still using plastic straws. Pls consider switching to agave straws!

I used to LOVE this place & come every single day, but since they’ve remodeled & are no longer an “upscale cafe” I feel like they tried to fix something that wasn’t broken. See below. Critique: - Not only have the prices increased, the portions are significantly smaller & many of the most popular items have been removed. - I saw a woman eating her food on her lap bc the tables are so short. If they wanted to change things into a restaurant, they should’ve considered this. - Also, they are only open until 6pm so in my opinion, they should consider eliminating the fancy restaurant feel & switch back to the upscale cafe, sit down/relax, have a meeting, drink some coffee type of feel. - There are no avocado toast options for vegans any longer & if you ask for the avo toast without the egg or salmon, you’re still charged full price. Their toasts were so popular, I genuinely don’t understand why they’ve changed them & then charged us double for what they used to provide. Things I can appreciate: - The staff has ALWAYS been extremely kind to me & welcoming. - The food is organic & I trust that they use the best of ingredients. - The feel of the space is open & stylish. - The coffee, matcha & juices are amazing! In conclusion, I really do love this place, but I don’t like how they’ve changed it or how small the portions are now (with an extra cost). From a business perspective, I would genuinely consider switching back to a cafe-type feel where people can come & go as they please instead of having a server. I would also bring back some of the popular items or have a build-your-own avo toast or sandwich if you want to provide additional options. I live in a luxury rental building nearby & it seems that the opinion shared above has also been the consensus of others in the building. Many of us used to go to Dr. Smood each day, but we’ve been going to Joe & the Juice or Novela near Oasis instead. Also, to put in perspective, I’d say I used to spend $15-$30 a day at Smood, but now I’m not sure if I will. I mean this with love, I promise! ❤️ Just wanted to share my perspective. This used to be the go-to place for anyone who lives or works in Wynwood! I paid $15 for the pasta in this photo & it can’t be more than a cup & a 1/2 of pasta. The matcha was $7 for 1 cup (used to be $7 for a large to-go matcha that was double the size).

Nice place. There is always a table available. Baristas and team members are super nice. Outdoors sitting. Dogs friendly. Coffee is ok, nothing wow. Tried the oatmeal superfood and it was ok as well. It’s always clean, the bathrooms are impeccable. It’s a good place to work for a bit and take a break.

I ordered two matchas, but one was not mixed properly. When I asked for it to be mixed, I did get a new one. But the amount of matcha powder was so little it just looked like I was drinking milk. When my friend tried his matcha, it tasted terrible. He had to add a lot of honey to try and make it drinkable. I ended up throwing mine away. Overall I am disappointed.

First time in Dr Smood & I have to say I was surprised! I’m a huge fan of coffe shops and this one was perfect. Nice ambiance, music and food. Would def come back. Also the sever that took care of me was very attentive & on point. I think her name was Cherry- not sure but she was great!

Cute coffee shop with comfy seating and solid wifi to get some work done. They do not have decaf coffee, which I was bummed about because I love to drink coffee but cant sit around all day drinking it over and over (lest I dont sleep that night!). I will be back to try the acai bowls, as that looked really tasty!

I think I went on the day they opened or something. I like how quaint it is and the location. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and certainly Healthy. I think it’s a great place to meet for lunch or small meetings although I overheard that they were doing without the outlets.. I think they should keep them for lunch time guests and studying students.

Service is poor, today I ordered a breakfast to go for my friend , everything was dirty. Although I mentioned this fact, I was ignored. Prices are actually twice higher on some positions then it is on the website. I hope that the quality of the food is at least the same as it is declared. The interior and atmosphere is nice.

This Wynwood shop is hands down one of my favorite spots in the city and my favorite place when in need of great coffee. I highly recommend stopping by early, especially on weekends which is when I usually go. You can park right by the door, have a chat with the staff who will be more than happy to share their knowledge about the different products and ingredients on each one, and take break before heading back to work. Class establishment through and through.

Perfect place for coffee, breakfast or lunch. The best thing about this cafe is knowledgeable sourcing of their produce. After talking to the manager he informed me about the importance of the quality of their food, to actually know where it is grown/originated. Everything is mindfully sourced from reputable organic, wild caught produce markets. Menu options have a lot of variety of toast, sandwiches, bowls and even pastas. Oh and do try desserts! Definitely recommend! 👍🏻

This is the first Dr. Smood I have been to years ago and it is always a delight to come here and to the other locations. The coffee is really good and I like that I have the choice of using homemade cashew milk which makes the coffee creamy unlike other places where their cashew milk makes the coffee thin and not enjoyable. Also they have palm sugar syrup which can be added to the coffee and gives it a little different taste. They also have organic juices, snacks etc.

This spot is an absolute gem in Wynwood. I've never left a google review in my life, but the experience was so positive I chose to leave one today. Great people with great energy from the moment I walked in. Almond milk latte was exceptional... if you're polite they'll drop a little cinnamon in it for you. The food was insanely healthy and still filling. I had the Farmer's Paradise and added egg and hot sauce. The staff made me feel like family. Will definitely be hitting this place regularly.

Delicious. Love the sandwiches and the smoothies. A little on the expensive side but it’s a great atmosphere. Great customer service. Awesome space for coworking.

I love this place... the satisfaction of knowing that the food will always be fresh and organic is incredible! Add the fact that the ambience is great for meeting up with a friend, grabbing something to eat or working onsite. The staff is always super helpful and attentive.

Such a beautiful and chill environment. It excited me to spend the day there. But I got a hot cacao drink thinking it was gonna be BOMB... and I was really disappointed. It was bland and lukewarm. The employee there was really sweet and helpful, but still. My friend came through and ordered a latte, and was also disappointed. Dr smood needs assistance in the flavor department.

Food poisoning after I ordered coffee with coconut milk. Staff is also very entitled, unless the barista is the owner but I highly doubt it. Anyhow, I am slowly getting better thanks for asking. Sending my love, Johnny.

Food, space and atmosphere are perfect. 👌👌👌 Healthy as I desired. Staff is nice, except for the one guy that made me feel racially discriminated while I'm sitting n waiting for my order, saying that I can't sit (outside at that) if I'm not a customer. Of course... I'm black in 2021 and in a fully black outfit.

My iced coffee came split.. It’s not just my opinion that dr.smood has the worst coffee in Miami. If you’re looking for a good cup of coffee, go somewhere else.

I ordered yesterday the large avocado toast as I usually get around noon via Grubhub. I get my order and I went to eat it when I noticed that the toast have extra chili flakes on it. I scraped it off and ate it, I was quite hungry! After a few hours, I started to feel bad. Although I did remove most chili flakes from my toast, it must’ve been mixed up with the avocado and since I have diverticulitis, I had a massive flare that had me vomiting all night and with severe inflammation of my stomach. I never had such a severe reaction to spices but given that there was a significant amount of chili flakes I strongly believe that this caused my severe discomfort. I am at the moment in bed and hopefully I can go to work tomorrow. I love your products but I am afraid that it can happen again. I did not order extra anything, just the toasts as I usually get, but this needed to be shared.

We ordered americano and lavender blueberry latte. Both were great, especially the latter one. The cafe was also beautifully decorated.

Not a traditional coffee shop. If you want coffee or cappuccinos, I would suggest another place. If you are into healthy, non-milk drinks or juices, maybe your place to go. Service is not the best. They forgot my drink and then the one for my friend.

Very nice atmosphere, great selection. Good service. Food was good to very good. They need a washing station. A kosher restaurant that serves bread should have a place to wash.

Nice location, chill vibe and tasty food but ridiculously overpriced for the small portions they serve. The salmon on my (large) avocado toast order was so small it looked like it was taken from a goldfish.

Love this place! The atmosphere is awesome! Great place to hang out with a group or alone. Would also be a great place to work. I eat vegan and they have some great options. They also have a great smoothie and juice collection that’s pretty unique. It’s an experience, enjoy!
