The two staff members that answer the phones, one is a woman and the other is a man (sounds like older man) no customer service at all and rude!!! they dont even tell you sorry for your loss and again, very rude!!!

It is a very beautiful cemetery, it has excellent service, the attention to the public is very professional, I congratulate you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Very disappointed with the way I have been treated My mother passed away in May 2022, in October I found out the inscription on the cover of the crypt where she is buried had not been done, I went to the cemetery personally to give the inscription information, that supposedly was missing, the only thing needed was her name and year of birth and death. We are in June 2023 and as of last Saturday the inscription has not been done. The cost of the inscription was paid up front back in May 2022. I will never recommend this cemetery to anyone

Our family counselor was Ileana Morel. To say the Ileana showed compassion and respect during our sadness is the least. Ileana was patient, respectful and walked us through the whole process. We are very thankful with the Miami team and how they took care of us in our moment of need. The service was beautiful and everything was taken care of.

Hello everyone...this five-star rating is to give SANDRA DI MASSIMO a Family Service Counselor at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North a well-deserved compliment and to thank her from the bottom of my heart for going far and beyond to help me with several problems I had with a niche I had bought many years ago at Caballero Woodlawn North. I had not visited the niche since I bought it in 1992...I went to see it and get re-acquainted with where it was and get more information on it as the contract was very old...I was so lucky to find Ms. Sandra Di Massimo...she was so kind and helped me get someone to clean the outside of the niche...there was an urn I had bought that should not have been put on the contract for the cemetery side and she was able to talk to management and straighten out the issue, and I was able to get the Urn in my possession so there would be no future problems. She also helped me out with a few other issues that I had. I am so grateful to her and her professionalism...there are people that belong and enjoy helping others and She is that type of person. Ms. Massimo is such an asset to the Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North Company...Thank You so very much Sandra Di Massimo for your excellent help and understanding with all my concerns...You have been such a blessing to me...God Bless you. I want to take this opportunity to personally thank all of the staff at Woodland Caballero Riviera North. We could not be more grateful or thankful to Ms Delice, Associate Director. Our situation was a little complicated because the plan was bought so many years ago. Ms Delice found a way to make all of the services and plan work. The service was beautiful. I highly recommend this funeral home and their services. The time that was taken to help us every step of the way was greatly appreciated.

He explained everything to us in detail, he found us a charming space and above all we were able to feel his quality of person and humanity in that difficult moment that we were going through. In addition to the great help we receive, the cemetery is very well maintained, always clean, everyone is very friendly and very welcoming. Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North services at time of need, when you have no idea of what to do makes all your decisions so smooth and with great help and prices

I am very disappointed. I always put real flowers and a couple of days after they are removed from their bases. I went to the office and let them know to please let the personnel know to leave the flowers until I change them with new flowers or very deteriorated. Nothing, I even talked to the personnel outside and one of them was very rude and told me that he has been working there for 40 years and seems to be offended. Three days after (not even a week) the flowers were removed and it was an anniversary of my mother's passing. This was really fustrated to me.

In July of 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, my mother passed away from natural causes at the age of 98. My mother, like my father, coordinated all funeral arrangement wishes before passing. Ileana Morel, at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North Cemetery, helped us immensely to ensure that my mother's wishes would be carried out exactly as planned. My family is so thankful that Ileana helped us every step of the way. With her assistance, in such a difficult time, my mother's funeral was memorable. We were left with the peace in our hearts that my mother's farewell was exactly as she envisioned. Ileana Morel is compassionate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We continue to reach out to Ileana with our family's funeral needs and will never be able to thank her enough for the work that she did and for the services received at the cemetery by the director, chauffeur, caretaker, and assistants. As you can imagine planning your funeral is not a pleasant experience, but she made it pleasant, informative and therefore I am very grateful for her knowledge. In the last few years, somethings have improved, others are getting worse. The back of the cemetery further away from 8th street is wonderful. Also, the mausoleum is so clean; however, the bathrooms-not so much. The groundskeepers and lawn maintenance crew are reckless and disrespectful. The front office knows this, because they talk about it like if it’s a norm. Around sections 9 and 10 with a lot of the other plaques, many vases are missing. One relative had theirs stolen, and after we got a new one the grass cutters ruined the vase. We had to put two orders in. We visit every week and the vase was never fixed for weeks, so we had to put in a second order. I hope it’s fixed the next time I visit. However, the reckless maintenance will only continue. It is as of though it is part of the norm. They also damage headstones. Over the summer, there was no water coming out of the pipes. Now, the water is very dirty and heavily corroded. This also creates a whole host of issues including health and maintenance of the grounds and graves.

Due to the unexpected passing of a relative, I had to reach out to Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North to plan the burial of my dear cousin. Ileana Moral helped me every step of the way in planning the funeral. I feel blessed to have met her. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and gave me peace during this difficult process. Many members of my family are buried at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North, both in the mausoleum as well as in the ground. My parents are at another cemetery in Miami-Dade County, which is where I would like to be buried. Otherwise, I would certainly have selected Caballero Rivero. I would absolutely recommend Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North.
