I had lunch here today and it was soooo delicious! My first time eating here and it was well worth it! Service was very fast and the server was knowledgeable, she even recommended my dish. I ended up getting the curry chicken rice bowl. It was very spicy and tasty...seasoned perfectly!! I'm definitely going back again. Please be mindful, this restaurant can get very busy around lunchtime, so you have to plan ahead.

Really good experience, food was made really fresh and they gave me a huge piece of fish which I think is really reasonable for the price. Great concept, kinda like Whole Foods hot bar but made fresh for the price per pound - would definitely come back

If you work around the area this is a great place to have a nice and health lunch on the fly. I love their bowls! The price may seem a bit high but they give you a lot of food. I usually eat half and take the rest home. The aioli sauce with the alvocado is perfect. The lime and radish give the dish a refreshing taste. If you are looking for something health and delicious look no further. :)

I was attracted by the crowd at lunch time, checked the menu and it feels as if I made it 😬. Came back later and was impressed with nice service design and details. Very fresh and healthy juice choices. I chose Scotch Salmon with red sweet mash potato that was perfectly cooked and spiced alined spinach marinated with garlic, lemon and herbs. Perfecto!

The food here is amazing but the customer service wasn't so good today. I attempted to order via Door Dash and the restaurant showed to be closed although the website shows it to be open. I called Jar & Fork to verify that they were opened. I explained that I was attempting to order but the app shows them to be closed. I asked her if she could open the app so that we can possibly see if there is a solution. She replied "my app is open, I know how to work my app". She didn't even attempt to assist me with this issue. We will probably never return to this restaurant.

Awful customer service. Delivered food outside of scheduled delivery time and decided to drop it off on a couch in lobby. Do not care about covid or safety protocols. Do not recommend

I work in downtown Miami and I have had lunch here at least 30 times. The food is beyond delicious and everything is a def must try! My fav is the Green Thai Curry bowl w/ Salmon. This dish is spicy but oh so yummy! I love the salmon house bowl as well. Matter of fact, this place has the best salmon!! For sides the Brussel and cauliflower, green beans are amazingly good!

Such a cool/small local place. Really good lunch bowl. I personally had the chicken which was cooked perfectly, super moist and delicious. The owner and waitress were awesome… they could tell we were from out of town (wearing lounge clothes vs suits) and offered some cool spots to check out. One was Wynwood- very cool art scene. Thank you for treating us so great and feeding us some good food along the way.

The food is very good (i had a salmon bowl) but i can't recommend the place: the service is terrible. very moody waitress, treats you like she's doing you a favour. So sad .. because the food was actually nice 😐

Absolutely delightful, everything here is made with attention to detail and love. My previous two visits I ordered the same thing (salmon curry bowl) taste and presentation were consistent. Amazing both times however today I had a double cheeseburger, I expected mundane and it too was an Amazing experience from the fresh home made beef Pattie’s which were cooked to perfection to the original sauce. You need to eat here to understand. You won’t be sorry you did.

This is such an AMAZING spot for a casual but delicious meal!! The man we spoke with was so kind, attentive and made some great recommendations! We sat outside, enjoyed the delicious burgers, and my boyfriend even went back and ordered more food lol. The service is great, food comes out quickly and is so good, plus you can’t beat the happy hour prices! This is going to be our new regular spot :)

This is a great little spot in the heart of Downtown Miami. Such a wonderful change to find a place with great tasting, healthy food and super friendly service. A great spot to chill as the world goes by, even the music is good! Don’t go past the delicious green Thai curry bowl and, best of all, the $4 wine & beer Happy Hour! Our new favorite spot in DT.

SOB is great with avocado! It's a cheeseburger. The French fries are delicious! Very friendly! You can eat inside or out.

If you’re looking for something on the healthier side, this could be your jam. Tons of options from bowls to salads.. and even make your own plate combos Got the Thai curry bowl w/ shrimp. Asked to get it extra spicy and they delivered! Oo whee :) Bowl was good.. they use a Thai-style sticky rice for the base so if you’re into rice, you would dig it. Peanuts and sweet potato are a nice touch too Space is cool. Most places either close the door to maintain the AC.. or leave it open and hope for a breeze with the AC off. This spot has AC on so you can feel cool AND and has the door open which is awesome.. best of both worlds.. and tons of outdoor seating too Good service, will likely be back!

This review is long over due - I come here for lunch almost every Friday with my work colleagues. They have great food, I like the quality of their dishes and how its prepared. One constant is that their service is excellent. It is a very personable vibe, you always feel taken cared of. I typically order the southwest bowl but have tried their plates and some items on their son of a bun menu and everything has been good. They have seating inside and outside, its a nice casual spot for some quickly served wholesome food.

$18 for half a chicken breast ,a sweet potato and cup of rice… Chicken was extremely rubbery had it to go and had to throw it in the air frye which slightly improved it but felt like I was eating fake chicken

The food was tasty but I got the runs twice from this place. There may have been some cross contamination connected to the Chicken Curry. Amazing dish but did not need to have the full Calcutta experience. :0

OMG!! I wish I would have taken a photo of this bowl I got because it was absolutely delicious!! I got the Asian bowl and added tofu and mushrooms. I also got jasmine rice instead of black rice. 😋

It was a nice and cute place in downtown I had a Mediterranean bowl and an Asian bowl, both were awesome. I would highly recommend this place.

I've been coming to this place for 4.5 years and whole heartedly recommend it. Their consistency and healthy options are the best in downtown, not to mention their dishes which are all uniquely flavorful and well priced. The staff is super nice and welcoming and the owner puts noticeable effort into the place. Highly recommend.

Paleo saladas, juice, juice shots and rice bowls. Its pretty hip lunch spot that is usually busy. Slightly pricey at 14-16$ for a protein&rice bowl. Nice outdoor sitting area and friendly staff. I got the steak bowl which was solid option. Order ahead if you want to take it to go took quit some time. Everyone in my group received their food and I think mine was missed as when i got it was cold. They also have lunch set menue that looked pretty good.

Best service ever! We found out our cruise for the next day was cancelled while dining here and they were so friendly about it making lots of suggestions of other things to do instead. But honestly the food was AMAZING. The salmon was perfect and the sauce made it even better. Even the side salad was delicious. I wish I could go here daily.

Wonderful spot in Downtown. I came here for lunch and was happy to see the vegetarian options. I had the Veggie Wrap (very good) and it came with a delicious side salad. I feel great after eating here and looking forward to trying out more items on the menu!

One of my favorite spots in downtown. It can be on the pricier side depending on what you get but the quality of the food is fantastic. The only downside at the moment is seating is limited due to construction causing them to lose their outdoor seating. You really can’t go wrong with anything but their chicken is my personal favorite.

I love this place!! So healthy and delicious. My office orders from here for lunch at least once a week and my food is always delicious and perfect. I usually order the salmon plate with a sweet potato and the sweet chili green beans which are my fave. I have also had the curry bowl which is becoming my new go to and so filling! Could not recommend this place enough!

Been meaning to try this place for ages. I tired the salmon with the jasmine rice and veggies. It was okay… I mean based on taste I would give 3 stars. But the people work here me the service is wonderful.

Perfect place for a quick lunch or to explore cold-pressed juices. My friend and I both ordered salads: Mediterranean and Caesar salads. The salads were delicious. The staff was super nice and the atmosphere was great. Would love to come back again and try other dishes.

Wow. Just wow. All I have to say is wow. Update: I’ve gone back for the curry steak bowl. Wow. Food only gets better. I’m going. Back next week, their salmon with mashed potatoes looks amazing. I saw it on someone’s plate.

Was happily surprised to find a healthy and Organic cafe right around the Olympia Theatre after witnessing the extraordinary Van Gogh:Immersive must see experience! Wonderful food and service! Would eat here everyday if I lived nearby!
