I have been to plenty of restaurants all over the world and this one easily falls among the 5 worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Food tastes like canned and service is pretty poor. Owner, instead of absorbing the negative and legitimate reviews, prefers to simply attack his customers, which talks a lot about both him and his business. Even though Miami restaurant scene is pretty poor imo, look for some place else to go and you’ll be better suited for a good time out.

We had a party of 22 and glad to have been seated all together in a long table. Enjoyed the wonderful Italian cuisine. Though restaurant was busy on a Friday night, staff was attentive and food came as prepared. Portions was generous and we had a grand time.

The place is very cute and cozy. The portion sizes are huge and it doesn’t take away from the flavor (personally I recommend the lasagna). The pizza and pastas were delicious. The only thing that might be a negative is that they don’t allow you to make your own pizza or change toppings. I would just check the menu first to make sure there’s something you like.

It’s a very good place to share with family, it has become a go-to when in big groups. Highlighy recommend shrimp parmigiana, garlic rolls, chicken parmigiana and tbh, we’ve been trying most of their plates every time we come, and there’s always a new option that we get into our favorites. You can easily share a plate between three people and you’ll be more than fine. Quality and quantities are beyond words.

Imagine this: you waltz into a restaurant that screams fancy vibes, serves up mind-blowingly authentic dishes, and yet, unbelievably, the bill is on par with everyone's favorite bottomless breadstick mecca—Olive Garden! Say hello to Crust, where a reservation is as easy as snapping your fingers, and valet parking is a mere $15. As you walk through the doors, you're greeted by the owner, bursting with energy and oozing charisma, instantly setting the mood for a delightful dining experience. But hold onto your seats, because the portion sizes at Crust are colossal! You'll be taking home enough deliciousness to make your taste buds rejoice for another day. Now, let's talk about the stars of the show: the irresistible Caesar Salad, the heavenly Garlic Rolls, the truffle-infused Pizza that'll transport you to flavor paradise, the classic Margherita Pizza, and the creamy Fettuccine Alfredo. Trust me, this place will have your taste buds doing the happy dance without burning a hole in your pocket. Crust is where it's at!

Wonderful place. There is outside and inside seating, giving you very different options. The staff is extremely friendly. Inside, the ambiance is great. Calm and welcoming. And then, the food. Delicious. Everything. You're warned about the size, so sharing a main course and an appetizer among two is a good idea. At the end, they gave us a complementary shot of Porto. Great restaurant. We will go back

Excellent service and delicious chicken parm and garlic knots (bread)!! We came for chicken parm and it did not disappoint! 😋 We shared between two people because it was a lot! We were also given a complimentary small glass of wine! It was so good! Thank you!

Our experience at Crust was absolutely amazing. We ordered the Seafood Linguine and the Chicken Parmesan, and both were phenomenal. We highly recommend. Our waiter was very attentive, sweet, and gave great service. A nice gentleman named khris, possibly the manager, stopped by our table to ensure we had a wonderful experience and assisted in a good wine selection. Overall, we will definitely stop by again when in the city of Miami.

Great vibes, but I have to say that the service makes this place great. Their manager (Chris) is the nicest manager in the hospitality industry. He touches every table and makes everyone feel special. We had a bit of an issue with the hostess being super rude and he made it all go away with his smile and demeanor. The food was tasty, albeit the gnocchi could’ve had less cheese on it. Other than that, sit on the patio and enjoy this place!

Not Italian, but Italian inspired. If you care about size of portion more than flavor it's a place for you. Pizza is decent 7.5 out of 10, but other food is mediocre. We got unlucky with service, waiter was avoiding our table. Didn't listen to order, forgot wine, brought still water instead of sparkling. The shot or port wine in the end is a nice touch, but overall this place does not worth the hype. Update: we literally had to call manager to get our server. Otherwise it was impossible to place order.

The atmosphere has never been great but the food and service have always kept us coming back, even during covid. The food was of such low quality after we took a bite that we googled to see if there was a new chef. Dude.... there absolutely is. It is VERY noticeable. The risotto tasted like minute rice. The "crust" pizza that was supposed to have bleu cheese, did not have any. It was supposed to have figs (my favorite part) but I had 2 slices of pizza before I found any. The prosciutto was not even cut up or warm. The limoncello cake was delicious but definitely not the same as before. This one tastes like the store bought variety. Store bought is delicious but our bill was $200 for 3 people and I won't go back there until you fix this mess. Was the house wine always "Woodbridge" brand? Unfortunately, the service was not great either. We didn't get menus before the server asked to take our order so we asked him for some. He brought us one menu to share. We ordered our drinks and as soon as he brought them, he took our one menu and left without asking if we were ready to order??? He comes back a few minutes later and takes our order. At some point, I also got water spilled in my lap and no one even brought me a napkin. I used the linen napkin in my lap that was already soaked to wipe down the table. They did give us a 20% discount for the experience but they also charge an automatic 20% gratuity no matter your party size. We won't be back and we will be telling all of our friends not to waste their money either.

The amount of food they serve is incredibly good so if you are extremely hungry this is your place. Really tasty food, excellent service, indoor seating is a charming experience and outdoor dining is a relaxing atmosphere. Family friendly or for a date with your loved one. Valet parking available or if you’re lucky you’ll find public parking in the street. Overall we had a good time.

Love love love this restaurant! I've ordered delivery before, but tried it in person for the first time during Miami Spice and I must say it's amazing! The hostess and waitstaff are kind and attentive and the chef definitely knows what he's doing!

Great food and fantastic service with personal checks by on premise owner ensuring perfection. Big portion make large prices equal good value, expect to take at least half home, well at least we did! Dont pass up the mushroom risotto.

Food, service, price, everything is great. I been here multiple times and i always leave very full and happy. This restaurants is one of those Gems that even after pandemic it hasn't change, everything on the menu is good, but my #1 is the truffle mushroom risotto.

This is my second visit to Crust. Needless to say, this restaurant is very nice and staff is attentive. We came to dinner with some friends and ordered a few appetizers, drinks and a main course followed by desert. The limoncello is amazing!! You have got to order this desert if you come here. I promise you won’t regret it! The dinner portions are pretty big and I ended up taking mine home. I do think that is a bit noisy so it can be hard to carry a conversation with a big party (if the weather allows, I’d recommend sitting outside) it’s pretty intimate and more relaxed; I think it’s all preference at the end of the day. Overall, I enjoy coming here. I’d say that if you can either valet the car for $15 or take an Uber/Lyft instead of street parking as it’s almost impossible to find parking near the restaurant. Again, great experience the owned is incredible attentive and sweet. I’m happy to back any time!

Excellent pizza and very friendly staff. As soon as we walked in everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I don't think you could go wrong with any pizza on the menu. We ordered pickup and took it back to the boat.

I ordered their Chicken Parmesan and a bowl of soup. I did this via delivery. It arrived hot, fresh, and the taste: WOW. It makes me want to get off of my lazy rear and drive to the restaurant. If it’s that good after a 20-min delivery I can’t imagine how good it is in person. Great job! Six Stars!

This was our second time eating here. They were super busy but we had excellent service! Sebastian was nothing but sweet and attentive! The food was so authentic and trust me I know Italian food. I would recommend passing by on a weekend the place is buzzing with energy yet still feels cozy and dimly lit. Parking is tricky but there’s valet for $15!

I can't recommend Crust for pizza. Tonight was the 2nd time that I ordered a pizza from Crust and it was the second time that I could not finish the pizza. The first pizza I ordered was a gluten free pepperoni pizza and this pizza was a cheese and tomato pizza. I also ordered a side of their rolls and it felt like I was just eating something that was soaked in butter and oil.

Exceptional experience all around. The garlic knots are a must, and the other starters like the beef carpaccio were delicious too. The pizza and pasta are perfect! We tried the mushroom pizza and the namesake Crust pizza and both had incredible combinations of flavors and textures. Others at the table had pasta dishes and thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was great as well, we felt very welcomed.

A Most Go!! If you love good quality food, please go. If you love Italian cuisine, please go. If you love personalized services, please go. If you eat a lot, please goooo. Their signature it's definitely huge portions and excellent quality. We usually order one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert, and we both and eat it from. Prices are great for the quality and quantity. The ambience is nice, very cozy. 100% recommended. I plan on going every other weekend until I've tried all the menu. So far, my most important recommendations are the octopus and the lava cake. Take a look at the pictures. I'll update as I go Update --- 5th time we eat here, and we don't disappoint ourselves. Posted more pictures. Tip: The Octopus is best as a starter plate.

This restaurant is AMAZING! The service was great, staff were friendly, the owner was also incredibly attentive and sweet. My partner and I came tonight and we tried the miami Miami Spice menu; and everything from the appetizers to the dessert was beyond great! We had the shrimp crab tans the mozzarella(something) to start. Ur main course we both did the Alfredo pasta, one chicken, one shrimp and for the dessert we had the lemoncello and the chocolate (something). Needless to say. I am very pleased with the food, as the restaurant in it self. It’s such a gem to find good places to eat. Definitely worth trying it out. There’s street parking and valet parking as well. The restaurant is very cozy and elegant I highly recommend it, and I would definitely come back!

Fantastic food, space and service. The staff was great, Chris the manager, was beyond kind and professional. We are on vacation for a week in miami and ate twice at Crust, we split appetizers, dinner and desert- more than enough food. The sauce was delicious. You cant go wrong.

From the minute you are greeted until the end of your (extremely satisfying) meal, you will wonder why you haven’t been at Crust before. Huge portions, priced as reasonably as possible. You WILL have a doggy bag! Attentive service and great atmosphere. That’s all one can and should expect from a dining experience. Crust does it all! Reserve! They are busy for a reason!

Have been coming here for years, but the quality and taste of the food has Changed…maybe it’s a fluke on this Sunday. Ordered the lobster ravioli which didn’t have the lobster taste, a pizza which was soggy, and the chicken park which is usually life changing and tonight fell flat. I’ve ordered to go many times and today it’s not the same. I hope the new owner takes this review as feedback to see what happened. It’s not to bash but to let him know a long time customer did not see the same taste and love as the original owner.

I came to this place thanks to the good reviews. I was not disappointed, food was 10/10, the host was very nice, and the owner came to say hi to us and all the tables around us. The food was ready really fast, I recommend the chicken parmesan dish, it was amazing, and you better be hungry because it is a big quantity and excellent food quality, fresh and very tasty. Cannoli was our choice for desert, I didn’t love it, next time I will try Tiramisu . Another recommendation is to call and reserve a table, otherwise you will probably have to eat at the bar (high chairs, or outside) we didn’t have a reservation so we sat outside. Do not sit next to the plats, i got many mosquito bites, I know thats difficult to control for the owners, but its an easy fix if you call and reserve a table inside. Parking, not easy to find a parking space near the restaurant but, $15 valet parking is their solution, be prepare. After we paid, the owner came to our table to thanks us for the visit and brought with her 2 shots of wine, it was delicious, great detail to create customer loyalty, and it definitely worked, we will come back with friends and family!!

CRUST is one of my favorite restaurants! I make it a point to go every single time I visit Miami! From the minute you walk in being welcomed by owner Anita’s smile and hospitality, the service is impeccable, the food made by chef Klime is DELICIOUS - overall a TOP-NOTCH experience!!!! Favorites: the Shrimp Cakes and really any of the pizzas. I have had almost every item on the menu! CRUST is perfect for any occasion: date night or family gathering or a work dinner. You won’t regret it! Enjoy!

Decided to go on a last minute date with my fiancé. We live in the area and always pass by Crust on the way to work. The location is great (only thing is parking was a bit of a struggle during the night time). The restaurant inside feels very homie and classic when you walk in. The attention from our server was awesome. We ordered waters and they were always refilled without asking. Food was amazing, the meatballs (suggested by our waiter) were on point and very flavorful. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza (one pizza was enough for us that day but it was so good you could easily order one each) and finished with cannolis which were really good as well. Highly recommend it for a date night, family dinner or if you are trying to get the best Pizza in the Downtown/Brickell area.

Crust in Miami is an exceptional Italian American restaurant that truly stands out. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with outstanding service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of this restaurant is their emphasis on family-style dining, with generously sized sharing portions that are perfect for groups. Start off by ordering the garlic rolls which are a definite must-try. Freshly baked and oozing with garlicky goodness, they set the stage for an incredible meal. The meatballs are another standout, bursting with flavor and served with marinara sauce with ricotta cheese. Each bite is a delight! Moving on to the pasta dishes, both the carbonara linguine and penne bolognese are absolute winners. The carbonara linguine is creamy and indulgent, with perfectly cooked pasta and crispy bacon. The penne bolognese is hearty and satisfying, with a rich meat sauce that's packed with authentic Italian flavors. For those craving classic Italian-American fare, the chicken parmesan is a standout choice. Tender chicken cutlets are breaded and fried to perfection, topped with marinara sauce and melted cheese. It's a dish that epitomizes comfort food and is sure to leave you wanting more. As for the pizza, the supreme is a true crowd-pleaser. Loaded with a variety of toppings, including savory meats and vibrant vegetables, each slice is a flavor explosion. The crust is just right and crispy, providing the perfect foundation for the delectable toppings. To end the meal, the lava cake is a delightful dessert option. While it is undeniably delicious, it does fall short in terms of size, especially compared to the generous portion sizes of the other dishes. Nevertheless, it still offers a rich, gooey chocolate experience that satisfies the sweet tooth. One thing that sets Crust apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owner goes above and beyond, personally ensuring that guests feel welcome and appreciated. She provided us with a complimentary shot of a sweet wine before we left adding a touch of elegance and a perfect ending to the dining experience. Crust in Miami is a standout Italian American restaurant with an array of delectable dishes. The service is impeccable, and the family-style sharing portions are incredibly generous. From the garlic rolls and meatballs to the carbonara linguine, penne bolognese, chicken parmesan, and supreme pizza, every bite is a culinary delight. While the lava cake dessert could be larger, the overall experience is highly recommended. Don't miss out on the warm hospitality that truly elevates the dining experience.

I’ve been in multiple pizzerias and restaurants in Italy but this place was definitely on the same level. Amazing food, very very good service. Would recommend anyone who is a foodie and in the area to try this place out!

Found this cute little place across from one of my fav places. Kiki on the river, and decided to check out the food! Everything was amazing, except for the lobster ravioli. We had the beef meatball and shrimp cake for appetizers, which were excellent. For the main course, we had the lobster ravioli and the mushroom risotto; the lobster ravioli was very fishy (assuming it was due to inferior quality of the meat). I love lobster but never had it taste so fishy. The mushroom risotto was amazing in flavor! For dessert, the flourless chocolate cake and tiramisu were a perfect pair: the cake was a bold decadent flavor and the tiramisu was light and airy (not overly sweet). I will be returning!

First Time trying this Restaurant! I must say my Family was very happy and impressed. Service was Great, Food Was very DELICIOUS 😋. The servers were very attentive. And Mrs. Nita was so pleasant and greeted everyone that came into the Restaurant with a nice smile and full of energy and joy. We loved it. We will definitely return. Thanks for the great Experience Crust.

One of my Miami favorite, the food is great I always order the same two dishes, mushrooms risotto or mushrooms pizza and it never lets me down. I always try the dishes of others at our table and also good… the service is always excellent.. highly recommend. My only complaint is that the tables are soo close together and parking situation.

What a great little spot to eat. Large portions, meant for sharing. Valet parking is great due to it being in a very busy neighborhood. We came here with family and loved their pizza & buratta salad. Highly recommend. Sebastian, our server was excellent & made terrific recommendations.
