If I could leave -5 stars I would I got super sick from this restaurant I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a raw uncooked chicken with breading on it. Absolutely disgusting

UPDATE: not sure what happened to this place. I just got food from here… what was once the best burger has become the worst. The fries was mushy the onion rings tasted average. The picture are from 12 months ago. The food I got today was such a joke, I didn’t want to take a picture and humiliate them. Reading all the recent reviews… it seems everyone else is saying what I just said. OLD REVIEW (12 months ago): Best burger 🍔 you will have in Miami. I literally dream of their burgers and fries. Get the smash burger.

Tasty & Creative Burger Menu with reasonable prices. The service was fast, the atmosphere was chill and the customer service was great. Would definitely come back again for a big quick bite.

I ordered the Tropical Chicken Bowl through UberEats for the first time last week and I absolutely loved it. However, the past few times I've had it, I have been beyond disgusted with the quality of the food. I ordered it yesterday and I found a WIRE in my food!!! Then today there was a piece of cotton from a t-shirt in it this time. Have you ever been afraid to eat your food? Yeah, that's how I feel when I think about ordering from them and today will be the last day I do so. Although, UberEats refunded me my money, I still wanted to speak to Brian who is the manager. I explained to him what happened and in all reality he couldn't care less. So, needless to say I will never order from them again.

The burgers are amazing. The service is excellent. The locations are modern and welcoming. The secret is in the ingredients. Everything is fresh and natural. Meat and vegetables you can actually taste. The potato bread is always soft and tasty. The list of toppings and sauces is very extensive and you can add as much as you want without paying extra. BUT... as amazing as the burgers are, the bowls are even better. They grill the 100% angus beef patty, chop it, and toss it over a bowl of crispy fries with whatever toppings you wish. Read the reviews before going. All the negatives seemed to point to the customer service and not food, so we took a chance. That being said, my expectations were low. It’s on a dingy street in Miami and it has an iffy look. No one was in there when we arrived but Food was actually awesome! The cashier was nice and someone complained about the cooks not smiling earlier?(!?) I’m not trying to lock eyes with the chef and maybe it served me well because our food was super hot and tasted great! It’s not a Michelin star restaurant but it never claimed to be. Get it if you’re hungry!

Ordered on Grubhub it came very quickly. The burger was excellent the rings were hot and crunchy only a few to the serving but good tasting.

Never had something like a burbowl. A base of waffle and regular fries with your choice of toppings, so I got the lettuce, corn, grilled onions and mushrooms, topped with the Angus burger cut up and covered with a cheddar cheese sauce and garlic chipotle sauce. It was awesome. For another $2.28, double the meat. Yummy, big bowl.

This is my maybe 5th time ordering with them through UberEats and I never had an issue with them. The champ burger is absolutely delicious and truffle waffle fries omg… just do yourself a favor and give it a try. Food is always cooked properly and warm. Orders are quick. Totally recommended.

The food was fine but the customer service was awful. They rolled there eyes at us. We walked up to order and they looked at us multiple times and just walked off. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Finally a real burger in Miami, We stayed at the place yesterday The service was excellent and the food came quickly The meat was tender and you can see that it is a high level meat, The spicy fries make a big difference Anyway Service 10 Price 10 Hamburger 10 5 stars because it is no longer possible 😅 Thanks

This is place used to be my favorite… Last time I ate here was probably 6-7 months ago and it is probably under new administration or something happened because I came back recently and the quality was horrible. The worse meal I have ever tried, the meat was so dry and a very small portion, the rice was a joke, everything cold plus ordered a large fries and they give me like 5 fries. Homeless going in and out of the restaurant which it is not their fault but it is part of the experience eating here. If you pay me, I would not come back here

A deli place 🍔🍟 Burgers are big. My favourite is sweet potato fries, you need to try that fry. Helpful staff👍🏻

First time coming for my munch break and saw the place on yelp. Inside wasn’t busy. The cashier was amazing knew just how to offer suggestions without overwhelming me yet still making it fun. Didn’t like the looks i was getting from the two female cooks , im not a stickler but a smile would have been welcoming. The food was good not amazing but good. To start the melted fries which are basically cheese fries were top notch. The burger even though i asked for no tomato no onions i still got the onions 🥲. And the lettuce was just so large they should have atleast split it in half or something. Other than that great place to get food will definitely be coming back.

Staff is unfriendly, and they will roll their eyes at you when they mess up the order. There's a reason that they are hiring the current staff sucks. Keep in mind that this is for the morning shift opening on a Wednesday. I'm not sure about other shifts, but the staff for this one sucks. I was unable to try the food, because of staff messed up the order twice. I ended up getting my money back for this order. I would not recommend this place at all.

Lots of toppings to pick from. Love the shoe string fries, very crispy. Will definitely be back soon.

The food is great but the place is filthy dirty. You need to put more attention to cleaning. I don't want to even think of the hygiene in the Kitchen. I am having the chicken winks which are great. But won't come again until the entrance looks clean and clear of the sticky grease and dirt black stuff

Great burgers and chili cheese fries were delicious. Took awhile with our order though, the cashier noticed we were still waiting and at least acknowledged us by saying your order will be ready soon. We waited about 5 more minutes after that and then our food was ready. (Take out order)

Good service and interesting concept of a burger place. But the walk-in order took quite long and the much recommended Pretzel bun burger was not for me and found its taste a bit weird.
