Really nice atmosphere and the food amazing! We went after a Heat nba game and we were soo hungry, the we made the best choice to eat here. The food was coming super fast and very fresh!!! The service was on point and we had a good time here.

Food tastes like the sushi I buy in a grocery store. My partner and I have tried sushi from hundreds of different restaurants around North America and can safely say this ranks on the lower end of the scale. There were also so many flies, we were constantly trying to move them away with our napkins. Music was also very loud, it was hard to hear one another. Service was slow at the beginning, but due to the rain they were moving people from the patio to indoors, which is understandable.

Run of the mill sushi place. The biscayne location has a nice outdoors. Service could be more attentive. Food is good on premises. Do not order in. It's not the same

Came for lunch. Ordered 5 specialty rolls …… and by rolls i mean 2-3cups of over sticky rice with a minuscule amount of fish. After scraping off about 20 rolls I was barely full. Very slow to refill drinks despite the lack of people dining. Does not offer brown rice in case you’re wondering. If you want good sushi, this ain’t it

Delicious food & great vibes. Our favorite sushi takeout in downtown. Came with friends to eat at restaurant, great service & fun ambiance. Highly recommend & looking forward to more dinner dates at this location.

Food was great. People very friendly. I was a single so the only complaint I have is it took 15 for first contact from my waiter a quite a few minutes before one of the waitresses noticed I was done and waiting for my check. That always bugs me, but I’m old school so maybe these hip restaurants want you to sit a few so they don’t rush you???? Anyway, great place and fair prices in. My opinion. Right across the street from Frost which is where I’m working tonight so I was stoked to find this place!

It took a server about 20 minutes to even notice we were there.. thankfully we weren't in a rush and we were enjoying the scenery, but we had to go get the host at the front door to remind her that we were waiting. That food was 10/10 we had the Volcano and Miami Heat Rolls. They also charged 7.50 for a single glass of pineapple juice?? Great place for a romantic date night/cute pictures with the beautiful scenery and tabletop fireplace to add ambiance.

Could easily be made into a 5 star restaurant. Obviously the management is the issue. Man in picture at 10:45, while photo shows website it’s open till 12. This manager made his employees pressure us to get out. Including playing the song closing time at 10:45. The. He proceeded to turn off the music while raising all the lights at 10:50 in the place. The buzzers where standing to take our plates even trying to take plates with food still on them. I ate here 3 times this week while working wadapalooza. So incredibly insulting. One night the rice was under cooked and not a full sushi place. No Uni or toro. I loved the upscale miami vibe. This manager should be fired for his over all rude behavior. And the Resturant should change it website if it’s not open accordingly. Over all I spent $600 here this week and feel I may have gotten $200 worth of food. One night the Nigiri came on a quarter size piece of rice. Weird. I give the food a 3 star and atmosphere 4 star over all. Had a good server but tonight was amazingly aweful. And I cannot understand the managers disrespectful approach to kick us out. Maybe it was my Bills hat. We won today against the dolphins in Buffalo. Barely at that. No excuse to poor management. Who brought nigari to our table and didn’t even know what fish was on it and when questioned he went away and didn’t bring it back for 10 min. I cannot express how bad I felt after ruining my last mean and time with my family before. Being away for 2 weeks. May God work on this man.

I had a fantastic experience at Sushi Sake in Biscayne. The chef, who is Nicaraguan like my husband and me, was delightful and cooked delicious dishes. The bartenders were friendly, and I appreciated the charming restaurant decor. The prices were reasonable, and I plan to stop by for a meal whenever I'm near the Arena. Thanks!~Martika

Very nice evening . Came right after a Drake concert at the Kaseya Center and Gunther was above my expectations for a server. Had a great ambiance . We sat outside on the patio with a great breeze. Every time I come to Bayside now I will DEFINITELY come to Sushi Sake. Thanks Gunther !!

Amazing!! I enjoyed this so much.. our waiter Jeremiah was absolutely a breath of fresh air! You should really give this one a try!! The drink I had was amazing! Lychee Me Japanese was yummy!

So glad the renovations are completed, the new atmosphere is amazing! Sat outside and the fire pit was an added bonus. Our servicer Stephanie was top notch A1 service. Such a sweetheart even with all of our changes. Will be back more often to dine in versus take-out🫶🏾

Usually have a great experience here but today.. the sautéed vegetables were cold and the potion of steak seemed less than 1 once.. you. I asked why and they said it was a "lunch special".. don't come here if you're unless you're ready to get shammed

The food was exquisite. Loved and enjoyed every bite. I will definitely be returning. The restuarant was clean and out waiter was so nice.

Lets talk about expectations. Is this the best you could do by biscayne boulevard? Absolutely not. Sushi Sake is a pretty big chain in Southern Florida, and not one with a stellar track record. This stands as one of their best locations, while maintaining what would be considered pretty high prices in the rest of Florida, but dirt cheap for where its located. Considering that, if you want a cheap and decent lunch, or you are spoilt by inexperience and don't understand how excelent food can be around here, It's the place for you. My service was quick, and pretty painless. I'm not sure if gratuitity is included, but the reccomend tip% was beyond fair if not. My beer was served cold, but not what I would consider perfect beer temperature. The fish as served was fair, but not of extrordinary quality. I was a sushi chef for a couple of years, and the maki rolling was done beyond usual competance as far as technique. Not a classy place, but good for a step beyond Mcdonalds. For its location, thats its strongest trait.

We've eaten here a few times when we're in the area for a show. Our only issue is that we would have ordered a few more drinks if they'd been served a little faster. The service for drinks in particular was a bit slow (possibly because it gets busy when we're there with other concertgoers) but the servers and staff are incredibly nice, the food and drinks are great, and between the setting, staff, and other patrons the atmosphere is wonderful.

I’m not even sure how this place is open. The hibachi and sushi is some of the worst I’ve ever had. The spicy mayo tasted indescribable. Was so disgusting The sushi was coated in spicy mayo and contained cheep fish The steak hibachi had no flavor, and the lobster was actually alright, reason for the 1 star. I’m from New York, so maybe I’m biased, but I could not recommend this to anyone. I would have much preferred a $10 slice of pizza Service was awesome, waiters were kind and funny

Hidden Gem on Biscayne. Easy walk-ins on the weekend. High ceilings, wide screens and music. Impeccable service, and exquisite food.

we try a few things, ceviche trío is really good, we try the miami heat roll, the spicy tuna & the yummy roll , the sake sample was really good and the atmosphere was good too,

Sat at the bar on a Friday during Happy Hour and had very attentive service from Danny the bartender. Danny let me know that it was holy hour right away and made delicious old fashioned cocktails. I ordered two rolls and they were huge portions/great quality! A really amazing deal and good ambiance. Highly recommend coming here especially before shows at FTX.

Beware of ordering the Miami Heat roll. We ordered 2 rolls, sashimi, tempura and a hand roll. Everything came out pretty fast except the Miami Heat Roll...waited 10+ min for it while everyone was getting their rolls. When asked about it, they said it is a baked roll and this is normal.

Sushi were super fresh and fast. Ramen soup on the other hand was simple. I mean there were no spices, meat or anything interesting, just a broth and noodles.

The 5 piece nigiri was perfect… the Snow Maiden Sake coupled with it nicely… & Luisa is amazing… looking forward to many more lunches here in the future…

Great experience here. Food was extremely fresh and high quality. I had the steak fried rice. My husband had the shrimp hibachi. Stephanie was our server and she did a great job!
